We had a memorable wayanad trip. I loved resort location(karapuzha village resort)and lake view from my room. Driver Santosh was well aware of the site seeing places. He was calm and behaved professionally. Trip coordinator (Namit) listened to all my requests and provided a vacation.

Trip was good....got good trip planning and guidance from agent . Not much happy with cab driver, he was good at behaviour but not aware of location much and he was just trying to avoid long distance sight seeing location.

We used Comfort Destination (TT)to arrange our trip to Kerala. It was a pleasant encounter. Agents are quite beneficial. The whole trip was trouble-free. Nothing at all wrong. Comfort Destination (TT) is appreciated.

Hotel in Waynad was superb and awesome but the house keeping was not as expected , They didn't change the sheets and clean washroom , and even didn't take the coffee cup that we use to have outside the room . Hotel in Coorg they have replaced the hotel and the hotel ambience is good but room is not as expected , Dental kit was not provided except soap and room was full of ants and mosquito , we where not getting hot water in morning and waited for 30 mins to fix it up. Transport - This was not comfortable to sit and AC was leaking both in front side and back side water was leaking via AC vent , and the seat was lose every time break seat is shaking , Driver says its bold was loose Overall we didn't met the correct Iternity provided . Day 3 was flop for us , Day 4 in coorg is simply superb except room. Food : Corrg resort food was not as expected and they don't have enough variety , But in Waynad it was good .

Ms. Nikita Kumari had helped us plan our 2 nights trip to Wayanad. She reached out to us regarding the itinerary and package a short while after our enquiry. The resort and cab services provided were really good. There were no hiccups faced during our trip. Everything went smoothly and we were able to make any changes in the last minute as well. There were no hidden charges and the payment was made in installments. Overall had a very satisfactory trip.

Day 1 Hotel very well maintained and ambience was great. while day 2 hotel is good but not comparable with other hotel. Cab driver was flexible but the cab is not in good condition. A/C was dripping inside front passenger dashboard and most of the time we drove without A/C.

Had a great holiday, would like to break the review in three parts, 1. Planning and execution by the Travel Triangle team: Excellent in this aspect. We had no hiccups at the end of the hotel and transportation arrangements. 2. Hotel and vehicle arrangement by Namaskaram Travels: Good property, the vehicle was provided and the drivers were also supportive. The only issue was the air conditioning of the vehicle, the climate to and from Waynad was a bit hot and the vehicle AC was not up to the task. 3. Local sightseeing: we faced a problem due to the language barrier. we were not able to re-plan the location due to a lack of local information.

Eric from Wish your Trip travel agency was our contact. He gave a attractive packages with decent estimate for 3D and 2Ns Wayanad trip. Hotel vouchers were provided 4fyas a head of the trip date. And the driver details were shared 2days before the trip. The driver was able to understand our regional language Tamil has well which was very helpful for us. The sightseeing was well planned by the driver and we went ahead with his plan. We stayed in Karapuzha Village Resort which we ane of the pleasant stay. The resort ambience was very good. We got a lakeside view Village which was quite good and comfortable. Overall the trip went well ahead. I would strongly suggest this Wish your trip travel agency to my friends and family to make their trip memorable
