Shyama's 5 days trip to Bhutan

My experience with Bhutan INC was simply wonderful! From the very first chat until we reached home, the agent's coordination was perfect, making sure that everything was just the way we wanted it for our dream vacation. The travel triangle platform also deserves a special mention for providing an excellent platform for us to explore Bhutan. The cab, tour guide Wangpo, and the driver Uphaar were all fantastic - they made our trip even more memorable and enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough (5 stars for them)! While there were many things that worked for us during the trip, I must mention two issues that we encountered. Firstly, our stay at Punakha residency was not great, as the washrooms were disappointing despite the rooms being clean. Secondly, Uphaar was not available on the last day of our trip due to a personal emergency. The replacement driver arranged under emergency situations was neither friendly nor cooperative, and that made us a little unhappy. However, everything else exceeded our expectations! The hotel Mantra Home in Thimpu, Paro Village View Homestay and its host, and the Penchu Boutique hotel in Paro were all delightful. Bhutan INC turned our moments into memories, and we appreciate them for the lovely souvenirs and hosting us wonderfully during our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Bhutan INC and Travel Triangle to anyone looking to explore the beautiful country of Bhutan. Thank you once again for making our trip unforgettable!

Trip plan was nice. But our driver was not good who took us for Bhutan tour. Bith pick up and drop were good. If we could get either of them, our trip to Thimphu and Paro could have more memorable. Travel agent Priti was very helpful. Bhutan is nice, clean and peaceful country. we enjoyed there.

Hotel at Phuentsholing was very good whereas Thimphu and Paro were just average. The driver was very good. Suggested that the tourists be briefed that shopping at Phuentsholing would be cheaper than other places. Stay at Thimpu.

My first with Travel Triangle and their Bhutan agent, Sunshine Travels. I must say that I have nothing to complain about. The Travel Triangle platform connected me with Sanju Sharma@Sunshine Travels and from that point onwards he took complete charge of the trip. He was extremely responsive, proactively following up on all things relevant including sight seeing, hotels and transportation. Sunrise had the best price amongst suggested quotes but was extremely professional and reliable managing the process right through Bhutan permits to picking/dropping us at Siliguri. The hotels provided were nice and comfortable and the driver was very accommodating as well. So, a fantastic short break thanks to some immaculate planning by Sunshine and my first trip with Travel Triangle will remain a memorable one forever. If in Bhutan I would love to use Sunshine and if I am planning my next trip, Travel Triangle it will be. Thanks Guys! Much appreciated. Chelela Pass was outstanding. It was a 35 km drive up the winding mountains from Paro. Worth every cent, as a bright clear sky made peaks of Mount Cholmohari in Eastern Himalayas looked like touching distance. The view was ecstatic with some local Maggi and coffee providing warmth. Every shutterbug was spellbound with the beauty of the mountains and the deep gorges while some set afoot on hikes from there. Nature can just leave you numb with awe... trust the Himalayas !!!

Smit's 5 days trip to Bhutan

We planned 5 days & 4 nights trip via phunetsholing. Pros: 1. Great effort in getting immigration done on day of arrival.Hence, saving our whole trip because immigration office is closed on weekends and we reached on Friday evening. 2. Good selection of hotels and cab provided for sightseeing was amazing. 3. We were very well compensated by providing good vehicle (Venue) for drop to Bagdogra when complained about pick up vehicle. 4. Proactive in arranging packed breakfast. 5. Mr. Dorjing (our cab driver cum guide) suggested good alternate view points when we found out that few view points were closed. Con: 1.Itenary could have been better. On weekend, few of the view points in Thimpu are closed so we missed them. Travelling back to phunetsholing and doing tiger nest hike on same day is very hectic. 2. Food in Pemaling villa hotel (Thimpu) was not good. Look and feel of hotel was also not good. Overall, our trip was amazing and arrangements were good.

The planning was good. Except for the first day stay at Phuentsoling in Hotel Shine everything was good. They had arranged everything in place. They had only made some issue in telling the plan correctly to the Driver which was unprofessional and not fair where the driver was supposed to be incurring loss. They must improve in dealing with customers. Else everything was good.

Bhimal and KNG travels are best guides in Bhutan bar none. The personalisation and the care put into making the trip happen by Baliman, our friend and driver was noteworthy. We will miss everything about this wonderful trip, the wildnerness, the culture, the people, KNG and esp. Baliman aka David. White river rafting on Mo Chu at dusk was more than fun.

Wonderful place. Sunshine Travels was awsome. Great and customized service by Sanju, who represents Sunshine Travel. Guide cum driver Sonam Tsering was also fabulous. Even though there are few small issues about hotel selection in one or two places, considering the remote location, I am satisfied with the whole trip. Thanks Travel Triangle, and thanks Sanju from Sunshine Travels for this wonderful trip. Lot of fresh fruits, Bhutanese dishes, People, the beauty of the place the walk along the river Paro Chu and many more..
