      Hotel in Kodaikanal was awesome, but checkout took more than an hr. Rameswaram hotel was not maintained properly. Driver and cab was good. He spoke politely and friendly.

      Hotels mentioned in iternary were changed. Promised hotel rooms were not provided. Made us to stay in service apartments. Not a happy trip. Nothing. We were in continuous call to get a room. Hotel room was not finalised even after we reach the place.

      Hotel provided was just ok. Not that great. No toiletries were provided.when we requested. For an upgrade of the room they said they would charge us 1000 extra per night. However they demanded 1500 while checkout. But finally they agreed for 1000 per night which I felt bad on their part. They never told me 1500 extra per night. Same type of breakfast for three days. Travel agent did not call us a single time to know the status and Check if we have any issues. Expected call from the agent. Cab driver was an excellent guy. He helped us with all the tour details and always had right suggetion.

      We took tour to ooty and coonoor in month of February. Iternary was set good. Toy train ticket to Coonoor was mentioned in Iternary from travel traingle side, but it was not booked prior, I had to remind the agent for same. Train ticket we gave receive did not give enough time for sightseeing in Coonoor. Hence i booked toy train ticket by my own. Other than this everything was good. Hotel given was nice. I would have enjoyyed hotel stay if view room was provided. Try to give option to travel if they want room with view or not with cost difference. Tour to coonoor

      The trip which they planned is not worth for 19500, Since the trip won’t go more than 15000 which I feel. Cab Review: The cab which you provided is very very dirty with bad smell and the drivers is not a professional. For honeymoon couples at least you have to provide cab with professional drivers with clean environment . We didn’t feel the safety while on travelling. The driver always speaking phone while driving. Hotel: Villa wise good but it almost 500 metres from main hotel, every day for complimentary breakfast we have to go there main hotel. Initially you guys promised like your are going to provide the studio room but you guys provided premium villa. Last as we go for honeymoon you should give complimentary bed decoration or candle light dinner you guys didn’t provided that too also. So finally we are satisfied with your service and I am not going to suggest any of my friends about this agent. Thank you Hemanth

      I went on a trip to Ooty and Coonoor through Lee vacations this past weekend. We wanted something full fledged and safe as it was just two girls travelling. Right from the beginning Ramya was very helpful in customizing the itenary to our needs. She was confident about giving us an amazing trip and my God a perfect trip is what we had. A special mention to our driver Mr. Raj Kumar. Right from the time he picked us up from the airport to till he dropped us off he made sure that all our requirements were catered to. He was very knowledgeable about the places and has a clear idea on where to go first, how not to waste time and also had immense knowledge about each of the place he takes us to. All in all, it was a wonderful trip.

      Had a wonderful experiences in Ooty. Murali has taken care of everything but regarding hotel(Rosepark Residency) I was totally disappointed, it is not a 3 star Property everything was very basic. Must to say about Jagdish cab driver he is wondeful driver, explained each and every thing and site, showed us lot of animals in forest. Very Patient. In future also I request him for cab service. I expected Break fast buffet(generally in 3 star) but here we need to order they will bring us by which we cant try different varieties.

      Hotel Stay was amazing and sightseeing was also very good totally loved my experience for first time booking with Travel triangle. Driver Pasha was also polite and had a good knowledge about the locations and his control on his driving was amazing and I give full credit to him for my family's comfort during the trip as he took special care while driving knowing that there is a small child in the car. Coffee cadu estate hotel was also good and special thanks to them for making my daughter's birthday special. Looking forward for more trips with travel triangle and Chill Memories(Without them this experience would have not been possible).

      We had good trip all over .... Hotel in coimbatore was good The cab driver was also good Deccan park hotel in ooty was worth it Only drawback was the food of deccan park it was not good as the guest were few so maybe thats the reason but it was bad. Other than this it was a very good trip.
