      Am writing to thank the support extended by Ms Nikitha for my recent holiday to Gangtok & Darjeeling. I am very happy with the support extended by Nikitha, and have already recommended her to a few friends for their next holiday, and will definitely connect for my next holiday too. Overall I would rate the trip 4.5/5. To share a bit more details & feedback, 1. Cabs both in Darjeeling and Gangtok were amazing. 5/5 2. hotel in gangtok was very nice. 5/5 3. Hotel in Darjeeling was unfortunately not nice at all. 2/5. It wasnt clean, the food was terrible, and they kept music playing until 12 in the night, until I went downstairs to ask them to stop the music. i was happy we only stayed there for 1 night 4. Support from Nikitha 5/5 I had planned a very last minute holiday, booked less than a week in advance, and was very nervous about travelling with senior citizens in my family. Nikitha was very responsive, proactive, and all her arrangements were well made. It was especially nice that she could customize our plan based on our requirements.       Namita's 5 days trip to North East

      Despite your reasonable rates, there was a significant issue with service coordination between teams. I had specifically requested flexible cab services, but miscommunication among teams led to unnecessary challenges during the initial two days of the trip. Fortunately, from the third day onward, operations were more seamless. Additionally, while the assigned driver was competent, we noticed he frequently diverted to his preferred food stops at hotels, which did not align with our expectations. I did not opt for stay so the hotel ratings are not applicable here.
