The overall Dubai experience was OK. The Hotel Panorama Grand is good with respect to its location (near to local market such as Meena Bazaar) but overall hotel was very OK (definitely not a 3 star type hotel). There was a booking scare with us at the hotel as when we reached there was no booking inspite of we having booking voucher. Need to make few calls to Travel Triangle and travel agent finally to get booking confirmation after waiting almost an hour at the reception. The cab drivers were good. Forex Card facility provided by Travel Triangle through DCB Bank was also very affordable and pleasant.

Thanks to their ground support team for cooperation and prompt response on WhatsApp throughout my stay in Dubai. However I felt that the role of travel triangle was only till I paid their platform fee of Rs600 as they didn't even bothered to confirm if I had really travelled or not but they were very proactive in reminding me about the payment dates.

The experience right from planning the itinerary to the final drop at the airport, everything was as expected. Ashish our dedicated manager was prompt and experienced in managing even the slightest discomforts. His recommendations were feasible and best in the time we had. I planned my family trip to Dubai and wanted it to be wholesome in terms of experience and comfort and MYT team made it possible. Even their co-ordinators in Dubai were very punctual. However, there was a slight miscommunication with one of the drivers and due to that, we lost almost half of our day in Dubai at some random shopping art place (which was his commission place). And the final day as well, the same driver was so much rude to us in terms of timing and behavior. So I would deduct 1 point for that. But the best part is that the MYT team talked and sorted this out instantly and even sent the vehicle the next day to compensate for the time lost. Rest, all was perfect and seamless. :)

The trip was amazing. Well planned by our agent Suvendu from A1 Tours. It was exactly how we wanted. All the drivers and guides were very friendly and shared very useful information about the place. There was no problem at all in the trip. Since this was my first time outside India so I was worried but the agent Suvendu had planned everything perfectly and supported us all the time during the booking of the package as well as during our tour. I booked my Dubai tour via Travel Triangle (only in and around Dubai trips, excluding flights and hotels). The tour was well planned as per my requirement. I would recommend to book your own flights and hotels as you would always get a better deal than what the TT agent will give. Don't forget to bargain before closing any deal. One thing which I didn't like at all is the insurance coverage provided by the travel agent is very useless and pathetic with cover of only 5K USD and with 25% co-pay. Avoid that at any cost
