The resorts, hotels, private transfer and the driver was all very good. But I was very upset with the travel agent. The WhatsApp group created a hell lot of confusion. The contact details of the driver was sent wrongly to us, which made us wait in the airport for almost an hour. Every information given by the group wasn't right. The spa and the candle light dinner was exceptional. The breakfast provided was amazing. The guide for the Mt Batur trek was very friendly and helpful. The driver was very good and friendly. Overall, the trip was average. I would say it could have been planned better. Since this was my honeymoon trip, I would have expected it to be little hassle free. The places that were planned to visit, we were rushed to those places. We couldn’t enjoy any place. The driver was always in the hurry (except for the last day). Choice of places to visit could have been better. Instead of just going to view points to click a photo, I would have appreciated if I could enjoy the beauty of the place for a couple of hours atleast. The decoration that was requested in the hotels were not there (Asvara didn’t have any decoration). Mahesh from Befikre ghumo was constantly in touch with me and helped me troubleshoot some of the problems, but again major problem was with the planning of the itinerary. Everyday was tiring for us because of the way it was planned. The candle light dinner was also super hectic for us as we were directly taken to the beach for candle light dinner from the airport. This isn’t a good planning (although my flight was rescheduled but still I have given the heads up 3-4 days before). The spa session that was planned for me was planned in the morning after breakfast (I don’t think so if anyone would prefer spa after breakfast). I had to let the spa session go and spent 4k INR for a separate session at Asvara. Good part of the trip were the choice of hotels (little bit of hiccups were there with respect to the rooms at Sadara but that was still manageable). We barely spent any time going to the waters on the beach. For Snorkelling also, it took 3 hours which wasn’t required (all the points were exactly same). Due to this, we were again rushed to all the spots in Nusa Penida island and skipped Crystal Bay. The ground staff (Ms. Yuli and driver Mr. Kadek) behaved rudely on one day when we had to go to Nusa Penida and they constantly bugged us till the time we left the hotel. Although we were on time as per the itinerary. I would prefer to plan a trip on my own the next time so that it’s a relaxing trip instead of a hassle The private transfers, condition of the car, choice of hotels, Bali as a destination are among the good memories from the trip.

I think the hotel & location selection was very good! So thanks for the recommendation. The hotel and the room was very nice. And it was not too far away from Ubud centre or generally other things in Bali. Yet it had a secluded feeling and an AMAZING view overlooking the rainforest and river below! The rooms have started to show their age a bit though. As for the itenarary, the best location was the Tibumana Waterfall. Even the sunrise trek was very nice, which can be easily swapped for a car tour if people don't like trekking. Tanah Lot temple was closed when we reached because of the high tide so it's important to time this visit properly. Over all the trip was Excellent.

Must say the driver and guide mr tegig vyasa was an excellent person,knew the place,was friendly and did a good job The trip was fine with good response to queries and other stuff from galaxy tours Delhi, mr Kailash. I had requested 2 properties for stay and was alloted benoa suites as first property and kampong villa as second.. the benoa suites was a disaster for me,right from entering the room,the room smelled is something old,the bedsheets were not clean with dirty spot on it which was changed, the shower was not functioning properly which even after complaining the technician could not fix...the receptionist before allocating room is giving me a list of what not to do in his property ,so no benoa suites for me. Was impressed with the kampoeng villa stay and would recommend it to anyone..the property was clean,lived up to its pictures ,just that it's a bit remote but that's ok

hotel was too far from the various places to be visited .. most of the tume was wasted in travelling to the spots.. tjendndrana villa nusa dua was selected by us. but changed by travel agent at last moment to a hotel in ubud which was too far from all the spots. another thing was that honeymoon freebies were mentioned in the quotes but were not delivered to us at the hotel... as hotel manager told that all freebies were available.. but your agent has not informed or mailed to them regarding that.. we even informed our agent through the whatsapp group created. but the did not took any step on that...hotel manager told that she need a mail from the agent she will arrange everything.. but..our good agents told that it is subjective to availability in the hotel. water sports were good. i think u shoul have included under water sea walk also.
