Kaleidoscopic Krabi 4 Days & 3 Nights

ter. Street market and restaurants are at 2 min walk. Nice hotel with good food and staff. Cab arrived on time at Krabi but in Phuket they were not on time. Last ride from phuket hotel to phuket international hotel was horrible. First of all driver came late by 30 minutes then after boarding he took us to cab station and asked us to shift in another traveller. After covering few km, that second driver stopped car at some place and waited for his friend . Later again he asked us to shift in 3rd cab. Overall experience was good. Tour guide of both the places were good, punctual and friendly. Covered all the places as mentioned in our package.

us Visa beforehand because as per our previous experience it takes a lot of time but she insisted on free Visa on arrival which is quick as per changed new rules (though I was ready for paying beforehand). The time between our two flights was hardly an hour hardly leaving any time for Visa process. V literally had to run like crazy at the airport to finish Visa process and catch next flight. Either u should have agreed to give us paid Visa beforehand as v wanted or should have informed us clearly about the marginal time lag between flights which would have made us miss our flight. Anyways Visa wasn't free v had to pay 800baht ! 3. V opted for 3 star hotel but later changed to 2 star for 1 night. Isn't it the responsibility of the agent to inform us that its non AC room that she is giving ? Note- the same hotel had AC rooms too. Infact I had asked the agent clearly that don't give me this hotel as this has bad rating on internet. But she insisted on taking this saying her recent client has been there and it's ok! Looked like the agent and the travel triangle themselves had no idea that its non AC !! On top of it, after complaining u guys r asking us to sort it out with hotel ?? Then what's the use of booking through u or ur agent? 4. The other 3 star hotel too had horrible AC which didn't work. V had to change the room. We didn't even feel like reporting this to travel triangle on WhatsApp group because u guys actually weren't helping in that anyways. Hotel provided us a pedestal fan for one night. And on next day changed the ac ! 5. V had booked the tours earlier with other traveler like MMT etc, there when they said any sight seeing was included they had included everything. (We just had to pay separately for our personal extra optional activities like sports shopping etc). But with ur package everywhere we had to pay a mandatory fees for every site visit ! Then what did u guys actually cover from your end ?just the hotel pick and drop ? Same confusion was there with other customers v met in the trip from travel triangle 6. The same site visit had multiple options, like which included speed boat/big boat/multiple island /single island etc etc. Before booking isn't the agent supposed to inform us this and consider our choice? How would v dream that same site visit will have multiple options? Your local agent in phuket there helped us to upgrade the package by informing us of all options 1 day before so v could upgrade it. But no agent help or information in krabi.. so v had to go as per what u had given Last but not the least- 7. I really didn't understand the use of this WhatsApp group after the trip had started. Because for our every issue v were supposed to handle on our own there on the trip, handling with hotel /agents/ airport etc ourselves. Good points- 1. The cab transfer was better than expected. Always present before time. 2. The local agent in Phuket was also very informative 3. The flight options given were also perfect as per our requirement Note- We booked our honeymoon for Mauritius from u guys. That time your agent had suggested us all the options and asked us to select as per our requirement. From hotels to site visits to everything, he gave us all the options to select from. No hidden charges he was very clear where v had to pay from our end. But this time it just didn't work at alllllllllll neither in choice of hotel nor in site visits Scuba diving Jet skee Canoe boat ride to lagoon towards James bond island Thai spa massages Steam Sauna Jacuzzi

arrival of the drivers,pickup and drop off was always on time. Both PVT and SIC basis journey went very well. The travel agent and guides were always available over call in case of any doubts. Very much appreciate there efforts to make this trip memorable. I must say I’m very eager to plan another trip with Around D world.. Journey with speed boat while going to each island was a splendid experience. Only suggestion would be regarding the check out time with the hotel depending upon the flight timings. If that can be negotiated at times then the waiting time can be reduced at times.

own arrangement for that….Seriously very…we had feeling that we are staying in Hostel not in resort. 2-Phi Phi Natural resort was very good but you have not provided facility to reach hotel from Tonsai Peir to Hotel nor drop to Tonsai Peir. But Resort quality, services & facility was very good. 3-APK Resort was also not at all 3-star. Reason : there are no room service available, No Telephone, No Sleeper, No good condition towel, very horrible lift condition. No swimming pool in provided hotel building. 4- Site seeing was good, Staff was polite & service team response was good. 5- We are very much disappointed with Hotel Stay & selection.
