We had a great time on our recent vacation to Shillong, Cheerapunji. The places are scenic right out of a post card. Must visit. The hills, the waterfalls, caves and the rivers everything is so untouched and beautiful. Our driver was not very friendly and did not support us much. If he had better information sharing then we would have more comfortable trip. Overall great places to visit.

We were contacted by Swarup from break bag after raising request for quotes and itinerary. Swarup was very helpful in providing multiple options and helped in zeroing down on plan along with cost negotiations which were reasonable. We had a good trip overall. Only one suggestion could be that the agents should be able to fill in with more info so that we could choose to skip certain things [In this trip Cherrapunji could have been completely skipped as there was not even a single place visitable in December...it is only a monsoon place]. Given we were traveling with Kid this recommendation would have been very helpful. The hotels were very neat and well maintained. The car assigned for commute was very good.

Costing compared to the service provided was on the higher side compared to other places enquired. Expected a better service. As per the inclusions, parking fares should have been borne by you. But at all the places it was paid by us as the driver insisted on it. The co ordination of travel agent could have been better and more efficient. Efficiency was seen before making bookings and nothing after payment was made. Over all a good trip. Thank you

We felt that there are a lot of gaps in communication between the the vendors and the travel agent. However, we finally sorted it out at the last minute. Hotels : Shillong : City Palace 0/5 : This is probably one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. I had read poor reviews of the other hotel offered and hence had chosen this. The breakfast was pathetic, rooms were smelly and dirty. Washrooms were pathetic and fittings didnt work. Located far away from the main city. Cherapunji : La Kupar Inn 4.5/5 : This was a complete contrast to the shillong experience, The staff are well behaved and the rooms are decent considering that it rains all the time. Beautiful property. Must Visit! The drivers were good and knew about the place. Amit, who was coordinating with the drivers was also responsive. Thats good. We had to cancel the trip to dawki due to a landslide there. So the driver gave us another option to visit. Overall satisfied with the experience with the drivers, although there were some coordination issues initially. Overall i felt that with the quality of hotel offered, it could have been managed in a lower budget as well.

One of the Hotel given by travel agent without any due diligence. In that property there was no wifi option and no phone network as well. Which hotel is now a days not providing wifi??? Totally cut off that day and travel agent was more interested in getting the balance payment for which he called reception and asked them to give call to me as my phone had no network. I asked him to do something and give some discount atleast as there was no wifi and network and hotel was not upto mark in that sense but he said pay full amount and he will see what he can do. Post that i msgd him twice but now he is not replying as full amount of payment received by him

Our driver from the day we started not told about the time it is going to take. He was terribly silent throughout the journey. Unless we asked he didn’t give any information about the visiting place. When asked when we reach our destination, he casually told within an hour whereas it took 3 hours though he was driving at good speed and safely. Just he would tell the name of the spot and leave us. Of course he was courteous and polite but lacking informative talking. In any tour, the driver who is going to be with you through out the tour should be like a guide. He should tell you how much time it is going to take for each tourist spot. Our stay at the resort “Abode of Clouds “ in Cherrapunji is the best one. The scenery around the resort is wonderful, beautiful, Awesome. Umngot river in Dwaki is superb. The spot Gift of caves is really beautiful. Stroll through Mawsmai cave is an adventurous one. Distance is less but travelling time through the hills consume much of the time. Meghalaya tour is a seven day trip unfortunately we had less time , 3 days only and couldn’t explore or enjoy. If anyone wishes to enjoy the nature in its purest form it is in Cherrapunji, Meghalaya. Though it is a short tour we have packed life time memories.

I still remember, I got a call from you in the morning and the deal was closed on the same day. You not only convinced me why to visit Meghalaya but also promised me wonderful memories to bring back home. You managed to successfully provide a list of good hotels and homestays in Meghalaya and Guwahati in a short notice in a peak season. The entire package also got fit into our pockets. I don't think anyone else could have provided such nice service with this price range for the same itirenary. I had a trust with travel triangle based on my past experience that this time also I will get a good service provider, which also made true by you. This was such a lovely experience with fully packed days. Carrying 2 kids and aiming to hike 3 mountains wouldn't be possible if our driver cum guide, Mr Bharat Da wasn't there. He guided in each and every place. He took his car to show us some real beauty of Meghalaya. He was so friendly that we got emotional while saying bye to him at the airport but promised him to meet again at Guwahati for some different tour may be an Arunachal tour, whose itirenary again will be prepared by Ms Nikita :) I would like to thank you all for the wonderful experience. Quite impressed !

It was a wonderful trip and driver Raz was very patient full and guided us well through out the journey. Liked all the places very much. (Just a info on whoever planning for phe phe waterfalls make sure if you have a kid along with you then this place is no to go.There is a lot lot to walk and the pathway towards the falls is very steep down and it's very difficult for kids to go and as well parents to carry them and go. Hence will request you guys to please not suggest this place to a family who has small kids )We had a tough time here with our toddler .
