        Himachal- Date June 26, 2023 Thanks to Getaway, we went to Macleodganj, Dalhousie, not Rajasthan The Himachal Tour package provided by The Getaway Holidays was a good personalized travel experience. We had a great tour with The Getaway Holidays. They provide good services and coordination during the whole trip. They responded to our queries timely and provided excellent suggestions. Every query we had was well answered, and we were able to personalize our trip to our specific requirements. Our driver, Vicky , was also good in behavior and arrived well on time. The car was in good condition and the driver was professional, courteous, approachable, and jolly. Professional We stay at Dalhousie Hill Resort - Hotel Ambience was Good, but poor cleanliness, No Power Back up the whole night, and not approachable and were on extreme heights and can't walk due to no proper roads, after coordinating with The Getaway, they shifted us to another hotel - Amar Dalhousie Hotel, it's like staying in dharmshala type, not a hotel, not at all a 3-star hotel- horrible washroom, cleanliness also poor, food is only time pass. We just spent two nights in two different hotels, but we did not enjoy the stay in the hotel. The Getaway Holidays I like all the services provided by Getaway. Still, I really want improvement and carefully check the allotment of hotel quality per customer requirements to avoid last-minute changes, which make the customer adjust the situation.

        The hotel was good...The cab was in average condition.... However the fasttag recharge was not done prior the starting of trip and petrol was not filled prior the trip starting and also driver was not given any cash by the travel agency to get petrol filled and for the tol taxes...the driver had to call everytime to the travel agency and then the travel agency used to transfer the amount through paytm or into my account so that I can give cash to driver which became very hectic....this ruined our enjoyment of trip as the driver daily disturbed us by getting money transfered in our paytm or account and then taking cash from us...apart from this I also had to pay the toll tax at pushkar as the driver was not having any cash... However Travel Triangle advisor Ms Moushumi Haq helped us through out this trouble and followed up with us even on her week offs, giving us an extraordinary customer service.

Only the hotel provided to us in Jaipur that is Fern residency was not upto the mark , the main problem we faced over there was the room comfort means rooms were smaller than that which was provided to us in Ajmer.         I had booked stay and travel in Rajasthan for 6 people from Trip sailer. Jyoti was our travel agent. She was very good and was available throughout the trip. We had our hotel confirmation voucher for Jaipur stay but got to know there was no booking in our name when we went and asked in hotel reception. They arranged different hotel and travel to that hotel wasted our half a day in Jaipur. This is one of the complaint I have. The innova car we got for our journey was very old model and not well maintained. I was expecting well maintained higher model of innova. Also the driver was very irritating. For most of the sightseeing in Jaipur he used to refuse which made us call travel agent back and forth. All the hotels were good and well maintained. Thanks to Jyoti for suggesting good hotels to us.         Great experience. The trip was planned for my parents for Pushkar fair. I was afraid as they were traveling alone to new place with unkown language, But Srinath (Asiago travels) has made the trip very comfortable for them and been constantly following up for any issues.The Cab driver provided was gentle and the hotels provided are good.         Over all tour is good and smooth. Hotel service is also good. But given hotel in Jaipur is out side city area and in some society, so not so convenient for walk around and night night life. The rooms are Also small to accommodate extra metress. The best part of tour is stay in Ranthambhore hotel Like good rooms, best foods, good knowledgable staff, etc and verious monuments in Jaipur. We also enjoy shopping in Jaipur . Regarding taxi and taxi driver he is well menered, punctual, ready to go any were , and good kind of men. The only things to improvement is knowledge of city and verious places which is more important for tourists like us.
