Agent didn’t pay the money to cab driver. I had multiple talks about the same with Chanchal and it seems like he didn’t pay the full money even after completion of the trip. This was definitely disturbing while we were on the way to airport to catch the flight. Driver was helpful and a nice guy. After taking full amount from me, it is not at all fare to do this. Hotels were good expect the one in Jodhpur. All hotels were our selection within Chanchal’s recommendation so I’m not complaining about this. Ummed Jodhpur was not something we should consider.

I have booked a 5N/6D Rajasthan tour through TripSailer for 25Dec2021 to 30Dec2021. Jyoti assisted me in trip planning including hotels and cab and cleared all my doubts wrt itinerary. I had a smooth experience with them and had a wonderful trip comprising of Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Everything was provided as per the booking voucher. They can improve on the cab coordination side as it required some handholding. I was very skeptical as I was booking 1st time through TravelTraingle but overall it was delightful experience.

The whole trip was organised in such a meticulous way. Prajakta was the primary point of contact who came up promptly with the customized itenerary as per our requirements and was so swift in getting back. Chirag was our secondary point of contact who constantly was in touch with us as well and arranged a hassle free trip. Special credits to the hotels they had booked for us. It was just amazing. Special mention to Kalu bhaiya who was our driver and guide throughout our trip. He was so supportive, down to earth and an amazing human being we came accross. Ravikiran's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

The Rajasthan Trip was nice. We had a good time in visiting Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer (+ desert camp). The vehicle given to us was very good and our driver (Mr. Dhara Singh) was excellent. He used to be on time and covered all the places that was listed in the trip sheet. We really appreciate the driver and his promptness. We thank Mr. Pradeep from Tourpedia , who was in regular touch with us. Couple of concerns here.... (a) The room that was given to us at Jaisalmer was very small; hardly some space inside the room to walk. There was no storage cupboard in the room. (b) The room/tent at Desert camp was average... it was cold inside the tent and the tent cloth (wall cloth) was cut through which the cold wind was coming inside the room, which resulted in uncomfortable inside the room. The temperature was around 9 deg. , we did not get the hot water though we had requested (previous day night) the desert camp people to provide us the hot water next day around 5am in the early morning as we had to leave to Jodhpur to catch the return flight. (c) The accommodation at Jaipur and Jodhpur was good. (d) Our trip route was Bangalore -> Jaipur -> Jodhpur -> Jaisalmer -> Desert Camp -> Jodhpur -> Bangalore. Instead of this, the route could have been Jaipur -> Jaisalmer -> Desert Camp -> Jodhpur -> Bangalore. This route could have saved us (time, cost and distance) the to&fro journey between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Overall the trip arrangement was good... but it could have been made much better with respect to accommodation and the route.

although the trip was good. First 4 days are well managed but on last day, we suffered a lot, as the hotel was not good and no proper arrangement for food, and there was no cab at first half but later on they arranged a cab and drop us at railway station by evening.

We had a pleasing and satisfactory trip in Rajasthan. The hotels were good and comfortable. Our cab driver really was well disciplined both in person and as a driver. I was surprised and pleased to see that our travel agent was so caring and prompt to handle the situation in case of inconvenience.

1st night stay at Hotel Meera Mahal, Jaisalmer was sub-standard. Travel agent shifted to Hotel Priya for 2nd night after my complaint which was better. Rohani camp was a good experience. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli has the look of a Heritage Hotel. Only problem is the location which is inside the crowded city area and difficult for cars. The car And driver Ratan were excellent. Experience at Rohani Camp near the dunes was best.

I highly recommend Ganesham Tours and Travel. They had planned the trip very well including all the places I wanted to visit including Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Ranthambore. Mr. Saurabh was very attentive and provided good support throughout the trip. The hotels were good except for Hotel Sanjay Villas which was not that great due to hygiene issues. hotel kuchaman and ankur we're perfect for short stay. Dessert camp was average. The major let down of the trip was the driver who was not at all interested in showing us the places. He was more interested in things not present in the itinerary as he can make extra money in those trips. He used to force us to try additional services like dessert Safari outside the camp which was charged thrice the price. Apart from this he was a safe driver but his behavior was not welcoming. Jungle Safari was best. We saw the majestic wild cat. It was surreal experience.

Thank you Travel Triangle (Ms Apoorva) and Mr Chirag from Aapka Tripwala for making our rajasthan trip a memorable one. We wanted a relaxing trip with not much of hurry at any sightseeing point since i had my parents both above 75 years of age and my children both below 10 years travelling with us. This i had assured with Mr. Chirag while booking, hence he provided me with a cab which was flexible wihtin local limits. The driver Mr Khetesh Rana was really helpful person, he was driving very safely, taking care that the elders and children wont experience any jerks. We took our own time at every sight seeing point , but the driver never complained for that. In fact we went for shopping in jaisalmer at Gadisar lake twice, he was ready to take us again and waited for us. There were issues with the cab, though it was running very smothly, but the seats were not at all comfortable, even the doors were not opening from inside. The travel from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer and reverse was very tiring only because of the condition of the cab. Every time the driver had to come and open the doors for us. Since the driver was very good by nature, my parents insisted not to complain and would continue with the same cab, otherwise i was sure that Chiragji would have arranged for another cab by next day. The hotel Pithla haveli at jaisalmer was satisfactory though not execellent, the breakfast served was ok, we had dinner there on second day which the cook made as per our choice and it was really tasty. The Overnight Desert tent experience at sam dunes was execellent, Thank You Chiragji for giving us the complimentary Jeep desert safari, it was really an awesome experience, the camel ride and suset from the sam dunes was very beautiful. Even the rajashani folk show was excellent .But the food and its quality was not at all good in the tent. Even we didnt get hot water in the tent and it was freezing cold there in the morning. The hotel in Jodhpur Shree Ram Exellecy was excellent, good rooms and nice breakfast. The overall experience was good, we really enjoyed and had fun.
