Manali Luxury Tour Package(4N/5D): Overview
This 4 nights 5 days Manali luxury tour package covers Solang Valley, Rohtang Pass, Hadimba Devi Temple and Old Manali from a 4-star base, with private transfers and all meals, from Rs 44,000 per person. It is built for travellers who want the classic Manali circuit without the budget-tour compromises: a single 4-star property for all four nights, sightseeing by private cab rather than shared coach, and breakfast, lunch and dinner included every day.
The route pairs the town's older landmarks with its high-mountain draws. You get the temples and market of Manali itself, the activity slopes of Solang, and the snow line at Rohtang Pass or the Atal Tunnel and Sissu on the Lahaul side when the pass is shut. This package sits inside our wider Manali tour packages and Himachal tour packages range, and every day of it can be customised.
Prefer the standard, lower-priced version of the same duration? See our 4 nights 5 days Manali tour package. This page is the luxury 4-star variant of that trip.

What makes this a luxury Manali package
The difference is the base and the transport. You stay all four nights at The Whitestone Resorts on Hamta Road, Prini, a 4-star property a short drive from the Mall Road bustle, on double occupancy with a welcome drink on arrival and cable TV in the room. Every transfer on the trip is by private or SIC cab, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are covered throughout, so there is no daily hunt for meals or haggling for a taxi. Government taxes, service charges and toll are already in the Rs 44,000 fare. Single or triple occupancy, heater charges and monument entry or camera fees sit outside it (see the full split below).
Day-wise itinerary
Every day can be reshaped. The plan below is what most travellers on this package do.
Day 1: Delhi to Manali, arrival
After you arrive at Delhi airport or a metro station, our representative meets you and drives you up to Manali. It is a long haul of roughly 12.5 hours over about 530 km, and the road follows the Beas river for much of the second half. You pass Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, the Aut Tunnel and Bhuntar along the way. On reaching Manali, check in at the hotel and rest. Dinner is at the property, followed by an easy first night.
Included today: private transfer, stay.
Day 2: Manali local sightseeing
After breakfast, spend the day on Manali's own sights. Start at the Hadimba Devi Temple, a cedar-wood shrine built in 1553 by Maharaja Bahadur Singh, then walk across to the Manu Temple in Old Manali. Next is the Club House, with its skating rink, billiards room, auditorium, library and zip-line. From there the route takes in the Tibetan Monastery, the Beas river bank, and Vashisht village for its stone temple and natural hot-water springs. Wrap up with an evening stroll and shopping on Mall Road before dinner at the hotel.
Included today: breakfast, private transfer, sightseeing.
Day 3: Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass
After breakfast, head to Solang Valley, the activity hub of Manali. This is where the paragliding, zorbing, cable-car rides and, in season, the snow scooter and ATV rides run. On the way you can stop at the Him Valley amusement park and Nehru Kund. Continuing towards Rohtang Pass, the road passes the village of Kothi, Rahala Falls and open views of the Beas. When Rohtang is closed for permits or snow, this leg switches to the Atal Tunnel and Sissu on the Lahaul side instead. Drive back to Manali for dinner.
Included today: breakfast, sightseeing, stay. Rohtang needs a permit; snow activities are paid on the spot.
Day 4: Naggar, Kais Monastery and Kullu
After breakfast, drive south to Naggar Castle, a 15th-century stone-and-wood fort that was once the seat of the Kullu kings and now houses an art gallery and the Roerich connection nearby. From there visit the Kais Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist site dedicated to the Dalai Lama, before carrying on to Kullu. Kullu is where you can opt for river rafting on the Beas or paragliding at your own cost, and pick up genuine Kullu and Pashmina shawls straight from the shawl factories. Head back to Manali in the evening for dinner and the night at the hotel.
Included today: breakfast, sightseeing, stay. Rafting, paragliding and shopping are on your own account.
Day 5: Manali to Delhi, departure
After breakfast, check out and begin the drive back to Delhi. It is the same long descent along the Beas and the highway, and you reach Delhi late in the evening. If you have an onward flight or train, book it for the next morning to be safe, as the mountain road can run late in bad weather. Your package ends on arrival in Delhi.
Included today: breakfast, private transfer.

Getting to Manali from Delhi: Volvo, cab and how to reach
This package runs as a road trip from Delhi, and there is no direct flight to Manali. The drive is about 530 km and takes roughly 12.5 hours, usually overnight. Your fare covers a private or shared cab for the transfers; if you would rather travel up on your own before joining the tour, an overnight Volvo semi-sleeper from Delhi's Kashmere Gate or Majnu Ka Tila costs in the region of Rs 1,300 to Rs 2,000 one way, and HRTC and private operators both run nightly.
If you prefer to fly part of the way, the nearest airport is Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali), about 50 km from Manali, with connections via Delhi; from Bhuntar it is a 1.5 to 2 hour drive up. For the full route breakdown and seasonal road conditions, see the Manali travel guide.
Cancellation and refund policy
Plans change, so here is how cancellation works on this package:
Free window: cancel 30 days or more before departure and you get a near-full refund after a small processing fee.
Part charge: cancel 15 to 29 days out and a part of the advance is retained to cover hotel and transport blocks.
Late window: cancel inside 15 days of departure, or no-show, and most of the trip cost is non-refundable because peak-season hotel and cab bookings are already committed.
Date changes are usually easier than cancellations and often carry no penalty if requested early. Because every itinerary here is customisable, talk to your trip coordinator before cancelling; shifting dates or swapping a hotel is frequently cheaper than starting over.
Best time to visit and adventure activities
April to June is the most comfortable stretch, with clear days, green valleys and open roads, which suits families and older travellers. December to February brings snow to Solang and, when it opens, Rohtang, so this is the window for a white Manali and for snow play. July to September is the monsoon: greener and quieter, but with a real chance of landslides on the ghat road, so keep the schedule flexible.
Solang Valley is the base for most of the paid adventure: paragliding, zorbing, the cable car, and in winter the snow scooter and ATV rides. Rohtang and the Atal Tunnel side add snow points and high-altitude views. These activities are booked and paid on the spot and are not part of the package fare. For a month-by-month view of the weather and what is open, see the Manali travel guide.
