                    Hi team, Whole trip was organised thru the traveltriangle and over all it was a great experience apart from a hotel called Winterland in Mussoorie which was not less than a NightMare. Only Winterland was not upto the mark and rest of hotels were fabulous. The hygiene level of the hotel is very poor and believe its not even the one Star hotel and the Hell TT mentions that hotel as 3 Star. Hotel Star Ratings are based on the International Standards and not what you mention to attract customer. 3 Star hotels are like Marriott Or little less than that. I hope this does makes a sense and going forward as people to book tickets from Dehradun itself and not delhi where the 7 hours of journey is simply useless.

                    Everything seemed to be good in the package when we went for it but when it came to matching the services with the amount you pay,it wasn't worth it.The hotel we were provided was stinky and untidy(though when told they cleaned it up).The kettles and cups were not for those people who would prefer hygiene over anything.Only good thing about the hotel was a scenic view and that is why we compromised.Second day ,the package included four places which were not even known to the driver as well as the local people.When contacted the travel agent,they kept on giving promises that we are talking to aur seniors,our agents and to no end we were dropped at the hotel only after visiting 2 places of the package for that day.If you are booking a package please confirm the places which they included as it may only be the icing on the cake.

                    It was a hassle-free experience. 1.5 billion inches is "recommended" if you are planning a vacation. Arrangements were as per expectation. Great job done, Sandeep @ 1.5 billion inches!! It was a last-minute booking and he managed to arrange everything right.

                    Before I was scared when I read reviews But in real things were different. Agent holiday fusion really gives good service. Thks to vaibhavi. Car driver sarik too good person. Very helpful . Hotel kalmla palace - ambiance is ok but service n food great. Hotel spring wood ambiance v nice but food not good. N not happy with service. It was a good experience to be with travel triangle. Driver showed us nice places

                    Hotel in Rishikesh was very good. The services were very nice and the staff was polite and helpful. On the contrary, Hotel in mussoorie was not very good. We faced problems staying there initially but was later shifted to another room due to recurring issues. Shivangi ji from Shiv Darshan was very helpful and they made the journey very smooth. She was ready to assist round the clock. Our cab driver Mr. Prince was a wonderful person.

                    Its a gud Experience in the kanatal resort 180 Degree the resort define its name clearly. get out of room and u will see a jaw dropping view from ur door or window. but the Hotel trihari was not that much good in hygiene and behavior of the staff is also not good.

                    This was my first trip with travel triangle and experience was not so great. Learnt from mistakes. So hotel which was provided to us was told to be 3star. But it shall have been 2star. Room view was good, Bed was highly UNCOMFORTABLE, It was a spring Bed and hence I experienced back pain. It was never flat surface as you sleep on that bed. Then hotel has NO WIFI NO LIFT NO CHARGING POINT NEAR BED AND WHEN ASKED FOR EXTENSION, IT WASN'T PROVIDED. NO GOOD NIGHT OR ALL OUT provided. NO ROOM CLEANING WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS OF OUR STAY. The worst was frequent power cuts anytime. Sometimes light is there then NO AC. When AC was working then NO LIGHT. However staff was courteous and polite. Food was good. But overall the experience of our stay was not good. The support from agency was not helpful. They didn't support us in anyway. They just wanted money. When we complained about hotel they said these are technical things which happened, we can't help. Even for rafting, we were told 16 kms however we did only 12 kms.
