Had a very pleasant trip... Planning was done nicely... But at some points the cab drivers disappointed me... You plan a trip with such a budget & the cab driver tries to restrict you with pick n drop times... Our was Andaman Ocean Tourism... They kept saying that one vehicle has multiple pickup n drop so you do the activities fast... This kinda spoils your mood... Once the driver even tried to manipulate by telling the false closing time... Which felt very unprofessional... Else things were planned ok... But a scope of personal touch was missing...

Shanuji managed everything properly. Even she sort out my all problems. But Hotel in Havelock, Gold India, indeed was the bad experience. The service was very poor. During Havelock period, the hotel should not give a single star. Shanuji and Artiji arranged good hotel in Neil island and Port Blair.

We have great travel experience at Anadaman Trip. Mr. Anil was always very communicating and on time. Hotel suggested at port blair (Seven Petal) does not have in house kitchen facility, they bring food from outside and serve breakfast. After our complaint the agent have change the dinner facility at near by hotel. Last days hotel suggested by agent (The Pearl) is very good and rooms also very specious. Overall experience at Havelock and neil Island is satisfactory.

We had good time in Andaman with help of travel triangle. I really appreciate the people involved to make my trip awesome. I had travelled with my one year old kid. The little bud enjoyed the whole journey a lot. Cons : The hotel in the portblair shompen was normal and long waiting time for check. TT missed to match up the time. Ferry might be Markus instead of green ocean for my travel to Havelock from portblair. Return trip was awesome Pros: Hotel in Havelock was awesome. The cab and drivers are very friendly Everything was perfectly planned and executed. Water sports are amazing Candle light dinner was well organised. Food taste might had been better. Scuba ,jet ride, stay at symphony palm and travel to elephant beach are awesome to remember for ever. Had took a lot of cool photos

Whiteshell representative Raji did a wonderful job in coordinating with the hotels as per my requirements and all the bookings were made well in advance.Mr Anil who coordinated with us throughout the trip made sure the he was on time during my arrival till the the time I Departed Andaman.He also know the details about the place and makes you feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend White shell travel to others as they are travel agents from Andaman itself.Over all very professional, reasonable and friendly in their approach. They infact surprised us with a gift which we would treasure for a lifetime. Only good experience at Port Blair with agent Bala & best come with driver Melvin. Sub agent/driver at Havelock are seems hungry for money only, not for better customer relations. Experience at Neil was even worst than Havelock. Agent- Bala (summer vacations) is not so attendus for his customers. He even not eager to meet or call back his precious customer many occasions. Enjoyed Port Blair, Havelock, Neil as possible as maximum in short time. Arrangements of professional photographer, water sports, beautiful beaches was unforgettable.

Had an awesome trip to Andaman with Lazy Yatra tour package. Right from the booking process to till trip completion everything went very smooth. Poonam from Lazy Yatra co-ordinated with me for the booking process and prepared my travel plan very well. Itinerary and hotel suggestions are perfect and matched my expectation. Area of improvement would be on cab drivers punctuality. Most of the time I end up waiting for cab drivers in tourist spot around 10 to 30 minutes as the cab pickup/drop is point to point basis. But cab drivers are very friendly and polite.

Shifali : - was really helpful, right from coordinating with the flight booking team and Andaman agencies. - For any doubts regardless of time, she clarified all the details for last minute messages from Spicejet team. - she was also good in organizing my calls with agencies. Andaman Bliss - Hameed : - very kind and humble in organizing the trip as per our requirement - his team was damn good in coordinating all the timely requirement during our stay in Andaman. - Cab facility(Rahul) and the driver Nitish(port blair) and Surjith (havelock) were excellent in providing the details of the place and humble in coordinating the timely pickup and drop irrespective of the time. - Back end team - Nirmala and Navin were also helpful in guiding us with our requirements . - Buji in Baratang helped in quick booking of tickets and visit to limestone caves, mud valcanoes and even for the last minute of bus booking from Baratang to POrtBlair.

Mridul from "Da Ocean World" designed our package and high regards for that.... I was happy with his offerings. But the biggest problem is -- NO communication between Mridul and Andaman local coordinators..... Most of the things that were promised to me, got changed when I really visited Port Blair. The biggest problem was, their local in-charge "Tanmay" was totally unresponsive. Day 1: They changed my Hotel without any information and pushed me to 2 star Hotel... After wasting 1.5 hours, they upgraded my room in that 2 star hotel.... The food and service was totally below standard. Day 2: I had to check out without breakfast... Though I requested hotel people to provide Milk for my little kid but they denied saying nothing can be provided before 07:00am in the morning. One more issue was, I was promised to have either Makruzz or Green-Ocean Ferry while going to Havelock but they booked some other ferry service for me. At Havelock too, my Hotel room was not blocked by them, but the local coordinator Roopkumar quickly managed to get it for me. Day 3: Overall peaceful day and enjoyable day at Havelock Resort. Day 4: My journey to Neil island was booked in a government ferry... Though they charged me for Private ferry... This time also nobody was there to answer me why it happened like that. The bad part was, they did not inform Neil island coordinator about my arrival and I had to struggle to find the right person/driver. - The worst experience was waiting here -- They dropped me to Resort but my room was not booked. I wasted 2 hours to contact Mridul/Tanmay/Sohail/Tanya and others to sort out this mess. I had only one day at Neil island and by the time I got my room, it was already 12:30 pm.. half day wasted.... They took money 2 months in advance but still rooms were not blocked. Day 5: Back to Port Blair and very good support provided by Sohail/Siraj to arrange my visit to Cellular Jail and drop back to Airport. The biggest issue is -- No communication between the agent who books your travel and the local representatives who execute the tour. Do ask for Hotel confirmation if you book with them (In my case they never provided).

Aboslutely not responsive Bania wala attitude the natural beauty of Andamans however made up for the shortcomings of your penny counting local tie-up. Suggest change them Radhanagar beach.
