        The trip was a good one. The hotel in Udaipur was amazing. Perfect location. The attractions that we went to were every min. However, 2 days before travelling I personally made calls to both hotels in Udaipur and Jaipur when I was told my name was not reflecting as a booking. I specifically had booked that hotel well in advance and was very disappointed. The alternative was good but not what I wanted. The attractions in Jaipur were amazing too. Everything was going well. When I was dropped to the airport I was unwell due to the weather changes. The driver spoilt my entire trip by messaging me and saying I should have paid him tip since he took me around. When I have paid Everything in advance I do not understand why would you force a tip. It's not like he was not paid. Moreover I was unwell. I might have missed but my mood went off. That's really sad. The attractions were beautiful

        Greatly enjoyed the trip. Please look into hotels matter. No hot water to take bath during winter we came for in OM heritage. Toilet flush buttons outoff order. Minimum things not kept for pre occupying room. Only 3rd occupied hotel Devi palace was 90% appreciable and good. With best wishes Jaipur and udaypur sightseeing and food consumed to our regular different

        Travel agent (Saurabh): Great service, quick response, Good cab service. Only problem was in Jaipur where the agent promised for a whole day tour guide for sight seeing, but guide showed up only in Amber Fort ( but we were ok, as we were not so much keen on having someone to explain around) Cab Driver(Anil): really polite, patient and punctual. Helped a lot in sight seeing suggestions and local info. Hotels: no comments as agent booked the hotels selected by me (which were not in list of agents' recommendations)

        I loved the services of Outing Designer.. I liked the way Nithin ji & Rashika arranged our trip and made us feel so comfortable.. We really liked our Cab driver Shankar who made our journey & trip memorable.. We only had some petty issues with staff response at Ajit Mansion at Jodhpur.. Rest everything was perfect.. Everything was memorable..But the desert camp was exceptionally superb...loved it..

        Trips was good. The cab coordination was excellent. We didnt have to wait for the cab and we recieve the cab details well in advance. Stay was good at all places Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. However, the 1 day camp stay at Jaisalmer could have been improved. Our camp was around 4KM before SAM Dunes. There were better camps right accross the road of SAM Dunes. But still the food at camp was good.

        Everything was nice. The hotels were decent and driver was having a good behaviour towards us. The hotel issue happened was with the hotel that was provided to us in Jaipur and later driver took us to wrong camp in Jaisalmer. All these things have been resolved by the agent on the trip itself. So, quite happy with the service. Only that if these minor issues would not been happened that this would have been an amazing trip of ours.
