The trip was well planned and each day was full of activites and sight seeing. It was wonderful to see the beauty of Srilanka and that too at a nominal charge with the best of the places to stay. The food served at breakfast and dinner was also superb. The driver who took us along from our pickup till drop was amazing and highly co-operative. It was one of the best trip. The room in Bentota which gave us a view of the ocean was the best room and holds beautiful memories.

Without doubt one of the best trip -Srilanka!).

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Raj and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. He had showed us the best of Srilanka and provided the best experiences which we will cherish in our whole life.
Special thanks to Ayesha and Kashish for such a wonderful trip planning in our budget. Both are very helpful and easily reachable. Ayesha planned a surprised candlelight dinner for us, which was awesome.

Overall the trip was good. We had some hiccups when we were told that our hotel in Nuwara Eliya would be upgraded to 5* hotel which was not the case. The hotel was not even aware of our schedule and demanded 7k for kids meals while everything was paid upfront. We did a change in itinerary, an additional 200 KMS costed us $150 which we felt very expensive. I am not sure if we were deliberately taken to cheap looking restaurants with expensive pricing. In a tiny guest house, we were charged 500 LKR for 2 boiled eggs. That's insanely expensive. We went in a group of lovely people who actually made the trip memorable. Sam, our tour manager was very accommodative.

Travel triangle helped us find the best agent and quote. The services provided by the agent were better than expected. My son had travel sickness. The driver went beyond the call of his duty and found us a local doctor in late evening hours and also hopped several chemists to collect all the prescribed medication he needed.

I must accept the fact here that before proceeding on this trip I was a bit worried due to ongoing situation out there and what I have been seeing and reading in media but when I landed in there it was one of best holidays I have ever had. I should say that if anybody wants to visit Sri Lanka and they are sceptical about it due to ongoing situation there so they must be rest assured that tourism is not at all affected in there and all tourism activities are going on without any interruption. I found Sri Lanka as a place where people are so nice and generous and whatever the protests are going on are only against the government and are more or less peaceful. And for the people who are worrying about fuel and electricity so I must tell them that they should not be worrying about it since I noticed fuel is only an issue in Colombo and the more you go inside the country the problem is not that much, Evan I saw so many fuel stations in Nuwara Eliya and Yala with hardly any queues and whenever there is a power cut, the hotels are well equipped with backup generators with fuel. Now coming to my point to point experience. I must say that Mr. Prasanna is so professional and he arranged everything for us and we did not require to worry about anything. Also, special mention to our driver Mr. Bandara who is a gem of a person and is a very humble and polite guy. He was always on time and his driving skills are the best. Hotels in Colombo and Yala could have been better as both the hotels doesn't fit into the category of 4 or 5 star as per my understanding. Hotels in Kandy and Bentota were the best. Overall it was a fantastic experience visiting Sri Lanka and I would recommend every one to visit this beautiful country once in their lifetime. Thanks

I had a great experience with Direct Link. Right from the pricing, following up just before travel and arranging everything for the trip was perfect. I highly recommend Direct Link's services. Only one feedback, which is not a complain though that our driver was relatively new and did not have much suggestions apart from itinirary.

Travel Triangle had connected us with many travel agents from their panel and we shortlisted Overa Tours, who were extremely professional and delivered to their commitment right from pick-up to the airport to all the bookings. We opted for all 5 star properties and the travel agent provided the best. We requested for bookings at other restaurants and the same was also done, which was out of turn. The driver was with us all the time and extremely courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Nipuni, Overa Tours for arranging for everything and contacting us all the time to find out if there were any complaints. We visited Numara Elya, Kandy, Bentota and Yalla. We were fortunate enough to sight 2 leopards, herd of elephant, crocodile and other animals at the Yalla National Park. The best property turned out to be Jetwing, Yalla besides The Golden Crown, Kandy and Langdale by Amaya at Nuwara Elya, Kandy. Sri Lanka is a safe country to visit and there is immense security all over. We urge everyone to visit Sri Lanka as it is a beautiful country and extremely good people. Thank you Overa Tours.

One of the best times I have had in the recent times. Everything was well planned and executed. Except for the hotel at bentota, the ocean queen, hotels and their locations were very good. The location of the hotel at Nuwara eliya and the entire landscape of the place.

Cinnamon hotels were very good. Serenus Boutique did not have good food. The cab driver gets 10 stars as he took us to all beautiful places, he made our journey smooth and he was like a family to us. The Elephant ride is the best one and the chats with our driver where he gave good information about all locations was really good

Sri Lanka recent trip with Tropical Ceylon was fantastic. Special mention for the tour chauffer - Sujith. He was very helpful, friendly, ensured timeliness, and made sure we had a lovely time. Even the person who helped me finalise the trip - Hoshin was very good and prompt in her response. Though there were few minor issues with Tropical Ceylon, 1) driver detailed not shared in time; 2) final invoice not shared on time, Travel Triangle was able to help in both these matters which kind of solved these concerns well within time. Since I have travelled a lot extensively across the globe, quick research on the areas to cover and hotels to stay helped me in deciding my final itinerary with the agency. Though the agency covered everything in their itinerary, I would suggest to do your research so that you enjoy your trip to the fullest. Overall, would highly recommend Tropical Ceylon / Travel Triangle for your future trips

It was such a wonderful trip I am not sure where I should start. For starters, the itinerary was very planned, Ceylon Holiday Connections did a great job to fit in everything and they also made sure to give us enough time for ourselves as we were on our Honeymoon. A big thank you to Gishan. Another person who deserves a special mention is Francis, our chauffer(driver), he was ever so friendly and cooperative. He did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Taking us around in an organised manner and many a time acting as our translator. He heeded to every request of ours and exhibited tremendous flexibility. He was more of a friend. And some credit should Gishan and his team as well because they are associated to people who understand hospitality. Gishan himself had a very personal approach , he called us on day two to check on us and made sure that we were comfortable, a very nice gesture indeed. I can write pages and pages together in praise of Gishan from Ceylon Holiday Connections and Francis our chauffer. I had heard of Srilanka being a very friendly place but I experienced it in full because of the way our trip was organised by Ceylon Holiday Connections. Our chauffer and can were excellent, the hotels were too brass and the itinerary was so well planned that we never felt tired. We had time for ourselves and we had time to experience the beautiful country that is Srilanka. Another aspect that I would like to mention is that Gishan was constantly in touch and available with regards to the quote he provided. He was very diligent and always had a personal touch as well. The river boat safari at Bentota. Easily the standout memory for us.
