Food at Nuwarya Ellia hotel was below average, howver, they accommodated indian food request Most importantly, we should have been allowed freely to choose government authorized operators for whale watch, Madu boat safari , polonurwarya city tour who offered tickets at half the price compared to Glamour asia recommended operators. No such restriction was mentioned in the itinerary Also, we had to book tuk tuk at Merrissa as cab was not available for whole day Several places mentioned in itinerary were not covered on one pretext or another eg Ambuluwawa. adam peak, Zip line etc. On the other hand, we were charged 10K LKR for polonurwa sight seeing in lieu of village tour and cultural programme in which we were not interested Lastly, we should have given flexibility to adjust time for sighseeing spots a little eg some spot is more appealing than the other Overall it was a good trip and well organized Thanks to Travel triangle and its partner So many of them eg Lion Rock, Nuwarya Elliia, merrissa whale watch, tea lounge, gem making, Hibiscus beach resort with priavte area, lotus tower at colombo .. so and so forth

The initial plans and arrangements looked good. Due to the rains and landslides, the locations were changed. The travel agent probably tried to reorganise things. He was not fully careful in selecting hotels as I had asked for all 5 star hotels. Even if a 4 star should have been chosen after thoroug

h check. The Bentota stay was a mess. Mirissa was still good. To save money the agent did shabby arrangements not because of time. There were plenty of options. I am not happy with travel triangle for the first time. This must be compensated. Good stay inn Mirissa. Hotel was good though some initial confusion about the package but clarified later. The driver was principally good but not consistent. Young boy, goes away for long in the gaps, every time delayed to return and pick us. Always on the mobile phone. Very insecure driving.

He wasn’t just a driver—he became a friend and guide, always ready to solve any problem and suggest the best places to visit (or skip). His kindness and friendly nature truly made our trip special. We left Sri Lanka with beautiful memories and heavy hearts—the hardest goodbye was definitely to Mr. Sumith. This trip was an unforgettable experience, and we’re so grateful for the amazing hospitality.

We had taken a land package for our Srilanka vacation from Crimson voyages via Travel triangle. Nurshida from Crimsons voyages was our trip manager. I initially liked the swift and prompt communication with Crimsons which made me go ahead with their itinerary. We liked the way they greeted us at the

airport. The hotels were also very good at all locations . However, the other experiences , could have been better. I am sharing few things which we didn't like about them. 1. The driver assigned to take us around was not even aware of the itinerary which was finalized with Crimson. Due to his lack of awareness, we missed our Colombo casino visit which was part of the package. I had to give him a copy of the itinerary separately to bring into his knowledge, what we were supposed to do. Till then he was simply blank. There seemed to be a huge communication gap within the team of Crimson. 2. A 7 GB SIM card was supposed to be provided to us as complimentary with the tour package. I had discussed the same with Nurshida before travel, however, after a lot of persuasions and follow ups, they gave me a used SIM with only 1.7GB data. The response from the backend team was very cold. Things could have been better. For every other thing they had an excuse that it is a New years’ time and shops are all closed ( in reality not all shops were closed and I had detail discussion prior to our travel). 3. Driver was not having any knowledge about the places. For every other thing which was promised to us, we had to keep following up with the driver or the tour manager. 4. The vehicle assigned to us was also not in good condition. Video system was not functional. Things did not look welcoming as initially we had hoped for. I hope Crimson voyages will take note of these feedbacks for their future clients. Thank you. Beach resort stay at Palms Bentota and stay at Araliya green city hotel.

However, we would like to highlight two key concerns: 1. **Herbal and Spice Garden in Bentota:** This was our first visit to the garden, and we were unsure of what to expect. Upon arrival, the representative’s initial question was whether we planned to make any purchases. They indicated that they would only show us around if we intended to buy something, as their time was valuable. Although we expressed interest in looking around before deciding, their attitude changed when we chose not to make a purchase. They made disrespectful remarks, insinuating that we couldn’t afford it. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards tourists who contribute to the country’s tourism industry. 2. **Availability of Indian Food:** Before flying to Sri Lanka, we repeatedly confirmed that Indian food would be available at the hotels where we would stay. Despite this, 4 out of the 7 hotels did not provide Indian food. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience. We kindly request you to address these issues to ensure better experiences for future travelers.

in many ways . He takes personal interest to take care of my mother 87 years old wherever she could not get down from the cab. The chauffeur Mr Charitha was a problem to us right from picking us at the airport, made us wait at the entrance airport zbd went to arrange cab for another 4 german traveller's. He was a man full of attitude always complaining about m/s steeple Tours, our agents and on the 7th day wanted to go away to pick some of his friend from the airport and made us wait at the road jn pitch dark for more than 40 minutes. Only with the interference of our staff M/s Dillini from steeple Tours we could reach the hotel at bentota on that day night. The chaffeur guide Mr Charitha did not behave properly and did not show anything at Colombo on the last day resulting a great disappointment to us. We lost our enjoyment due to the guide Mr Charitha eventhough we had a good itenary and support fron Ms. Dillini and with a good driver for the vehicle Mr Nandana The places are memorable and beautiful at nuwareliya & nine arch bridge, kandy cultural programme is worth to be seen. Seetha Amman temple, kathirkamam are oc devotional memories. Also Hanjman temple on way to nuwareliya and Indian restaurant Annapoorani there are great memories to us
