                          Overall Experience is awesome. Hotel at shimla is not a hotel it's a homestay type, whose services are ok ok. So, tour planner should plan a good hotel instead of it. Hotel at Manali is better with services and food. Driver and his sense of humour are nice.5 star to driver.but I have to pay extra for 4*4 vehicle at Manali in snow which should be cover by travel agent or driver. Also, all rolls taxes are covered in package but I paid green taxes at two locations. Which should be covered. Travel agent is good but at the end of journey my last hotel said you have to payment before checkout whereas I already paid full payment to travel company. It takes 1 hour at last hotel. Which was embarrassing. Manali awesome snow fall made my journey memorable.

                          Trip was wonderful and enjoyed a lot. Cab driver was very polite and he showed as per itenary and also took us to sissu Valley where we enjoyed the snow. He was a wonderful driver ever met. We dint find any difficulties and the trip went very smooth and enjoyable. Sissu valley, atul tunnel snow was unforgettable memories ever.

                          Trips were planned nicely but we had the issue in making to our place in time.As the trip was not planned taking in account with traffic conjestion as a result we had to travel very early to make our destination on time.Travel agent should converse with driver before planning trips as it is very in convenient to travel early morning and arriving at destination very tired.

                          Initially I was skeptical about the whole process whether it is genuine or not as I had never personally met and got the arrangements done. But later when I was given assurance about the payments and the whole process, it turned out to be an extravagant experience of a lifetime. Amazing hotel (himalaya aurum), more classy than expected, great hospitality. Driver was smart and friendly. Overall a superb, hassle-free experience. Rohtang pass views,OMG !! Zip lining in solang valley- must try.

                          Everything was good except travel agent not updating with details properly. Several places like driver, hotel asking for money saying it is not paid. Also getting calls from several driver and no update from agent which cab, drivers number and etc.

                          I usually plan and book our holidays myself and was a little cautious but thought I'd give booking with Mountain People Adventure via Travel triangle was easy and trouble free. My Mountain People Adventure consultant Mr.Rakesh and Tourist Mr.Sunny were very helpful and friendly. Documentation etc. was received promptly and the emails received prior to our trip were very helpful, ensuring we had everything in order before our departure. Mr.Rakesh is contacting us every day to make sure our trip going well to provide proper suggestions if need in between, Totally it is very well organized trip by the Agency. When planning our next trip I will certainly look at what is available and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mountain People Adventure to family or friends

                          Overall trip was great. Nice weather, nice spots. A bit costly all the things at solang valley. Not worth as compared to time given for activities. Manali hotel overall is good place for living. Propmt service. Only things they can add is adding varieties in daily dinner and breakfast. Kasol hotel was not good. Heater provided with extra charges was not even ok. Its waste of money. Food also was not good. Driver was good at driving. But at starting he was not enthusiastic for showing different places or not even same places which was mentioned in trip details. Expecting other places or options if any of the place is closed or not reachable. Solang valley - only place with snow. Kasol - Manikarn -mesmerizing view. Manali street mall.

                          We have got hotels in Shimla and manali at some hill corners with no stores and Medical stores near by..there were so many hotels on main road only..but they tried to save money with these.. before going only we asked for non veg food from hotel and they promised that hotel gives you veg and non veg option.after going there from both hotel we got only veg food and we had to pay extra for non veg..driver changes the itinerary as per him...hotel and food was the worst part of it..they don't reimburse food money also..travel agent says he was not aware about not getting non veg food.

                          Trip was managed really good and all promise fulfilled by travel triangle, assure trip and cab driver. Was skeptical about booking without any reference but assure trip really proved their service. Shimla hotel paradise resort was best memory as wood fire and room service was best in natural location. Manali hotel was good but service was okay considering weather conditions. But view from room was fantastic. Overall everything was accomplished as promised. Shimla hotel service was best ever paradise resort and also best service by cab driver. Also all time support by assure trip and travel triangle till last day of trip.

                          Except hotel service everything else was average...... Driver always asking for money .... From first day ...till last... His vehicle has battery problem ask me to pay for repair.... In night after rohtang pass visit he was not available at bus stand as was drunk.... Travel agent also take his side.... One day full plan was not at all good.... Totally disappointed for rohtang pass..... Kasol visit was good. I recommend tourist to visit of own, you can prepare things well then the agents. Even agent dnt HV total knowledge. Kasol visit day 4

                          Ambience of the Shimla Hotel was really good. However the service was pathetic. We had to wait for the room key for almost an hour, had to followup with the staff multiple times to change the covers there was no water in the washroom, intercom doesn't work that you can call and tell the issues. Manali hotel was really good but guess as it was in Mall road very much overcrowded. I would not say it was a perfect hotel for honeymoon. But they were really good at their service, cleanliness and food was awesome
