      Most of the hotels were good, except the last one. Welcome drink was not offered and food was also not good in the last hotel. Cab driver could have been smarter and could have avoided a fine levied by the police and paid by us. Shanil was reachable and approachable but unnecessarily lied here and there for a few small things. Srilanka is a nice place, and first 2-3 hotels were good.

      Our trip to Srilanka was good. Travel triangle has have us most economical package.And Directlinks at Srilanka has organised very well. The cab and driver cum guide Mr.Dilshan was very good and humble. But the hotel at Bentota was horrible. No water for drinking and hot water for bathing. Stay at Nuwara Eliya and Nogambo

      The tour to Sri Lanka was good in terms of the site seeing and weather and natural beauty of Nuwara Eliya and Kandy, beach and water safari at Bentota was good. Yes, the food, particularly the Indian food is a problem. The breakfast menu at some hotels i.e. Orchid Villa at Kandy and Villa@69 was unthinkably poor and sub-standard. Rooms provided at Kandy and Hotel Concorde at Colombo was not up to mark. We have been provided a good vehicle and a Chauffeur by Travco. No head massage and free herbal tea was provided as promised enroute. Traveltriangle travel agent, Mr Narang did not respond positively when we had informed him of some dislocations over whatsapp from SL.

      Thank you Ms.Shivangi from Travel Triangle and Mr.Shone from Apple Holidays for organizing this magnificent trip to Sri Lanka. This has been our first experience outside India and needless to say, it was nothing short of our expectations. The hotels were amazing and so was the chauffeur cum guide. We were enthralled while exploring Sri Lanka. Couple of things which could ha been better: 1. Hotel at Nuwara Eliya (Heaven Seven Hotel) was not upto the mark. The room was too small for 3 people, looked more like a double room. 2. I had requested for 2 SIMs on arrival and received only 1. Initially, I was told the SIM would be loaded with $1 or $2 and user has to top-up as per need. The SIM that as provided to us has 0 balance. Later, it was topped-up with LKR 100, which is not the promised amount. Overall, a great trip and thanks again. Looking forward to booking the next one :)

      Tour plan was very good but with too much travel involved. Small and calm beach hotel at Bentota. Superb and panoramic views from Lourdes Hotel along with a variety and tasty vegetarian food, fantastic climate are most memorables. Equally good food and warm hopitality at Manorama Hotel at Bentota and at Nuwara Eliya the hotel restaurant team excelled in their food preparations and service.       Overall the service was good and we had a peaceful and memorable trip. Only a few points. 1) hotels were upto our required level but locationwise , Nature First, is a bit away from the town and Ocean spray is at a less attractive beach and away from Bentota . 2) Sana is a disciplined and decent guy , always taking care of the safety of people. But he has to narrate a little more about the spots visited . 3) Ensure that the Hotel selected has 24 Hr room service . In one hotel, room service was not available from 10 pm to 6 pm. 4) Vehicle was really nice and may be provided bluetooth music facility to play music of the pax with microphone. Thank you Travel Triangle for your service. Recommended strongly for family trip. Sri Lankan food , neatness of the places , good roads, hospitality of the people .
