SPSV travels arranged for a very smooth experience, all the tours were good, any issue was immediately responded by the ground team, post booking support was also very good. The only con was both the hotels gave us no view rooms, although both properties were great, also we missed the lunch on our private tour to the emerald pool and hot springs as the driver did not inform where it would be served. The 7 island sunset tour from Krabi agency was specifically very good gave us the bio luminescent plankton tour, it being a specifically a no moon night we could see them even from the boat. The Phi Phi and other island tour was also great. Overall would highly recommend SPSV and Mihir, they were exceptionally helpful and offered most competitive pricing with topnotch service.

::: Trip Summary ::: 1) Krabi trip was awesome. Poda 4 Trip was also good and lunch was delicious. The Speed Boat Staff in Poda 4 Trip was also cool. The driver who picked from Airport to Krabi and Krabi to Phuket (Mr. Tik) was also nice, very quick, Nice Guide and helpful. Srisuksant Beach Side Resort stay was also nice with helpful hotel staff. 2) <<Phuket to Phi Phi Island Trip was <BIG BLUNDER> as Big boat took 3 hours reaching either side and we only got 2 Hours which includes Lunch so unable to explore Islands. Also driver who took us from Phuket Hotel to Pier was 30 Minutes Late.>> Hotel in Phuket (Andakira) was good and 10 Minutes walk from Patong Beach via happening Bangla Street. Phuket Stay was so so as no Sightseeing was available, where they have Tiger, Elephant and Dolphin shows which can make kid happy as we have half day there.

Our Thailand trip was so perfectly planned that it did not require a Plan B through out the trip. From the pick up/drop timings till the quality of hotels, everything was up to the mark.
