Known for its beautiful Haflong hills, landscapes, valleys, and mountains, Haflong is popular among campers and nature enthusiasts. It is situated at an altitude of 680 m above sea level and is ideal for a peaceful holiday. Serving as the headquarters of the North Cachar Hills district, Haflong is a production center for horticultural products like pineapple and oranges. You will explore the nearby places, Some of the major attractions you will be covering today are Jating, a popular bird-watching spot in the region, and Ethnic Village – a village located in Haflong town towards the Silchar road, built by the tourism of Dima Hasao. Ethnic Village is built amidst natural abundance and has little huts representing different ethnic tribes of the Dima Hasao district. Also, you will be visiting Haflong Lake which is a major tourist attraction in the hill station. At the lake site, tourists can also indulge in recreational activities like boating. Day 3 of your 6 days Haflong holiday package is for exploring Maibong, a town famous for exotic natural beauty which includes the mighty mountains, gorgeous waterfalls, and historical relics. Maibong was once the capital of old Kachri Rulers between the 16th and 18th centuries. After a full day of exploring the town, get back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

On Day 4 of your trip, after a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel you will leave for Kaziranga National Park. En route visit the Panimur Waterfall which is situated on the Kopili river, situated about 120 km away from Haflong. The Kopili River is obstructed by stones, yet it turns into a gushing milky white waterfall at this spot which is indeed an ethereal beauty.
