      It could have been more better. There were lot of stuff which we were unaware of and booking during tour was not available. If agent would have told us we could have booked more and planned accordingly. Second during tour agents add families on sharing basis which is fine but the planning is not good. We were given a family who did not have any tour for the evening in abu dhabi and due to them since they wanted to return early we were also rushed back and due to that we could not visit attraction properly Warner bros and miracle garden were the best

      Travel Agent: Booking and modifications to itinerary was very easy and agent was accommodative for suggestions and changes, was available always on the site for clarifications or changes till booking was done. Never seen responses from the portal post booking. All were email communications with little latency making user think through on the decision made to go with the agency. Suggestion: better to provide upfront information on expectation post booking and communications as I was clueless when there were no responses in the portal after complete payment was made. Post booking: Travel request was passed on operations team, as per discussion with agent. Operations were available for clarifications over email always it was reactive than proactive communications. Vouchers were not issued on the portal as indicated in the confirmation saying all vouchers and invoices would be shared within 3 days of payment. Infact, all travel vouchers and tickets for places as per itinerary were shared on the day of visit to the place. Only Hotel and Invoices were shared prior to travel on request. Suggestion: Either make proper communication on when can traveler expect vouchers, etc upfront or stick to the claim of sharing with 3 days of payment as indicated in the portal. During Travel: Team was available for all clarifications and communications on each day activity. Sharing the day plan, driver details and for any clarifications. It would have been better if the vouchers were issued well in advance as in some of the cases, tickets were missed for kid and sometime issued on the day of visit to the place on requesting for details. Hotel: Quality of the hotel, and all basic necessary stores like restaurants, pharmacy, clinics, shopping malls were nearby and the quality of the food served in hotel was very good. However, the type of the room booked was not meeting our needs though the agent was made aware to book a room for 2 Adults, 1-Kid. The room booked was very small though they claim it as Deluxe which had Queen size bed (By joining 2 single cots), Travel agent and operations team was not helpful making necessary changes rather insisted to speak to hotel front desk which is not expectable as booking was done through the service not by an individual. Cab and internal transfer: Vehicles provided during internal transfer were of good quality and drivers were also very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the trip to Dubai & Abu Dhabi with the attractions covered, friendly and helping nature of people. But from the service availed from Travel Triangle (TT), its a mixed experience on availing the service from TT , as everything needed a follow-up post payment, till then the communications were immediate. It's not like we make a booking, relax and wait for travel dates. Based on the services availed from TT, rooms allocated are not of same start rating as indicated in the itinerary.

      We had a wonderful family trip to Dubai during the first week of May 2023. We had opted for a customised package with accommodation, transfers and site seeing activities. Holidays paradise team(Harsh and Miraj) explained the details of the proposed package well. They were patient enough to make the necessary changes according to our concerns. Overall the trip went really well planned and co-ordinated. Accommodation : We stayed at Novotel Deira City centre. The room was very neat and comfortable. It was slightly small for our family size of four; but overall it wasn't any issue. The hotel was right in the centre of the city close to shopping malls and eateries. We enjoyed the stay there. Again, thanks to Harsh for booking this hotel for us. Breakfast spread was varied and good; but Indian dishes were quite less and were not tasting good. Transfers: The transfers were very well co-ordinated via whatsapp. All the assigned drivers were punctual and polite. We still remember the warmth conversations we had with driver Mohammed and how passionately he explained Dubai and its legacy. Site seeing activities : We enjoyed most of the attractions. The off season was starting and the tourist places were not very much crowded. The dubai city tour, Burj Khalifa, Dune bashing, Underwater zoo and aquarium, Marina Cruise... were all very enjoyable. The best thing we liked was Ferrari world. It had enough of drives and attractions to keep us really happy for hours. We reached a bit late for Ferrari world; could spend around 4 hours there. 6 hours is really needed to cover all the rides. Abu Dhabi Mosque tour wasn't very interesting; we could have skipped it to have more time at Ferrari world. We also had an awesome dune bashing experience by the experienced driver; we were really amused. The desert camp performances (belly dancing, fire dancing and tanoura dancing) all were good; but the overall arrangements (food/snacks/henna painting) were not good. We wholeheartedly thank the Holidays paradise team for supporting us in having a memorable experience at Dubai. We will definitely be considering you again whenever we plan the next trip.

      Firs of all I would like to thank Ms. Shalini for arranging such wonderful trip. Ms. Shalini was very cooperative and professional. She provided many tips on itinerary and schedule to follow for shopping in free time. Everything was well planned and we all enjoyed every single day of our trip. Even though there were some changes in the itinerary just before the trip but Shalini handled it well even at 1am in night. And how could i forgot the surprise compliment of miracle/global tour on private basis instead of sharing basis. During the city tour, the 'Monorail Ride' was the fun piece for my 7 yrs and 3 yrs old children. Again thanks to Shailini. All thanks to Travel Triangle to connect me with Ask world vacation and will be looking forward to take more trip from Travel Triangle and Ask World Vacations. However, every trip taught us many things and some improvements to thought off are, 1. Advised better to carry cash instead of forex card for shopping in Dubai. (For mobile and Gold). 2. Break fast in the hotel was so-so. Not comparable wit 4 star hotels. 3. To my shock, hotel has asked charges for providing empty plates, spoon and forks in the room. 4. Miracle garden and Global village are large place to cover and keep sufficient time to spend over there. (Personal suggestion: min 4hrs.) Normally planned in single day. 5. Future museum also requires a minimum of 4 hrs to spend. 6. Marina cruise arranged was a wonderful experience but the cruise ambiance and food could be better. May be with some different cruise operator it can be better. 7. Food in desert safari was not upto the mark. But i understand at all desert safari, it's like that only. 8. Don't miss the 7pm time slot for fountain show, light and sound show at Burj Khalifa. 9. Lot's of options are available at location of fountain show at LG floor of Burj Khalifa, so don't waste time in food court of Dubai mall for food. In a nut-shell, I will say my first international tip was awesome and the reason is the experience, hard work and personal touch of Sh. Shalini. Thank you once again and Soon will contact you again

      The travel triangle with their agent customized the itinerary according to my way. The hotel and cars provided were good. The problem is they follow the itinerary as it is. So check your itinerary before leaving. In our itinerary, it was written Cruise at the creek, though we booked at the marina. we discussed this with the agent before leaving but she said it will be at the marina without giving a written confirmation. Once we reach there for the cruise, we were taken to the creek and they didn't change the cruise. The rest of the tour was fantastic except this one.

      It was average experience not felt special as so many follow ups on pickup drop. Even the time for some of the tours restricted as and one point we need arrange own cab to come back to hotel even though it was private drop. Even at place like snow world And Aquaventura, we had to pay extra for lockers as tickets which were booked does not include it. At the end as compensation entry for Atlantis was not worth as we just 10mins walked as suspicious people without any booking or purpose. No proper information from some tour guide where we can save our money. I was promised at the time of booking for shopping vouchers which never received Desert safari is ultimate

      Our Overall trip was excellent other than 2 instances of mis-communication. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable. - Next day of arrival there is a confusion in the I-ternary details, due to which we happen to stay at Hotel half day. if it was informed early we would have utilised the time appropriately. - Return flight was booked by Fly Dubai (Partner with Emirates) where the flying experience is bad. I totally don't blame the Agency but it would be good if you clarify such differences and give an option to the customer. If i would have known, could have paid more and choose to fly back by Emirates flight. But Overall we enjoyed the trip. Thank you, Naveen, Lakshmi & Pranav
