We recently booked a 5-night family trip to Bhutan through Travel Triangle with AD Tours & Travels handling the ground arrangements. While our experience with AD Tours & Travels was excellent, I must express disappointment with Travel Triangle’s customer service. The Travel Triangle team was very proactive in ensuring payments were made, but once that was completed, there were no calls or follow-ups from them before, during, or even after the trip. This lack of courtesy was quite surprising, especially for a company that claims to focus on customer service. On the other hand, AD Tours & Travels, and especially our travel consultant Seema, were exceptional. Seema went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. The hotels chosen were fantastic, the vehicle provided was comfortable, and our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a small issue with our guide, Mr. Tashi, but Seema quickly addressed it, demonstrating excellent customer care. Overall, AD Tours & Travels saved the experience for us with their dedicated service, but Travel Triangle’s lack of follow-up and support was disappointing. I highly recommend AD Tours & Travels for their professionalism, but I hope Travel Triangle improves its post-booking customer engagement in the future.

The trip went well. Things were well organized on the Bhutan side. However the communication for the travel details like cab number and driver contact information were not communicated ahead of time at any stage of the trip. This should be improved. Also for the return into India we had to do it without any help from the guides. This was easy but we should have been informed ahead of time. The last minute communication caused unnecessary tension which could have been avoided. Rhe giant statue of the sitting Buddha was awesome. Chellala pass was exhilarating. Seeing the Yak and the Taskin was memorable.

We can't thank AD Tours and Travels enough for making our recent family trip to Bhutan absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, our coordinator Meg, meticulously handled every detail, ensuring our hotel bookings and itinerary were perfect. Our driver (Tshering) and tour guide (Yeshi Wangchuk) were the stars of the show - friendly, cheerful, and always going the extra mile to create lasting memories. They accommodated all our requests, including changes to the itinerary, and were incredibly supportive during the challenging hike to Tiger's Nest. Our guide's encouragement and assistance were truly invaluable. They even ensured our vegetarian preferences were met at all the hotels throughout our stay. AD Tours and Travels truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to recommend them to everyone we know.

A very warm thank u to Sanjana and her team of All Ways Tours and Travels for a perfect summer vacation trip to Bhutan encompassing the magnificent ranges of the Himalayas and the enchanting views of Thimpu, Punakha, Paro and not to forget the paradise in Pobjika valley. The team was very well articulated with all the requirements for a budget trip starting from transport, hotels, guide, cabs all were up the need and expectations. It was a good experience with BINC Bhutan. They provided Good hotels with upgrades wherever possible. All good places were recommended and covered. Very effective co-ordination by BINC team which made the visit very smooth and hassle-free. Some facts not in control of the agents - No role of the compulsory guide-not worth, most of the places have high entry fees (mostly not worth keeping in mind the place). Someone visited Sikkim/North-East may find Bhutan similar to that, so not all places are worth-visiting. Overall good experience. I recommend BINC.

Review for KNG Bhutan Tours and Travel I recently had the pleasure of touring Bhutan with KNG Bhutan Tours and Travels, and I must say, it was a truly memorable and seamless experience. From the very beginning, the planning and coordination were handled with professionalism and care, ensuring we had nothing to worry about during our journey. A special thanks to Mr. Bimal, the planner, whose attention to detail and round-the-clock availability made the trip incredibly smooth. He was always just a call or message away, ready to assist with any queries or requests, which gave us a lot of comfort throughout the trip. The hotels arranged by KNG were all excellent – each offering clean, spacious rooms with beautiful views that added to the overall experience. Whether it was a quiet morning overlooking the valleys or a cozy evening after a long day of sightseeing, the stays were always relaxing and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Tashi, was knowledgeable, friendly, and deeply passionate about Bhutanese culture and history. His insights added so much depth to each location we visited, and he made sure we understood the significance of each place in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. A big shoutout also to Mr. Subbu, our driver, whose driving skills were impeccable, especially on the winding roads of Bhutan. We always felt safe and comfortable, and his calm demeanor made long journeys feel effortless. Every aspect of the tour – from transportation and accommodations to sightseeing and local experiences – was thoughtfully curated. Thanks to the KNG Bhutan team, we could fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and serenity of Bhutan without any logistical stress. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Bhutan!

Overall the trip was good, but some small issues were there like - 1.The hotel at Thimpu, Lemon tree resort make us wait for 1 hour to complete checkin process and didn’t able to provide us the wifi access , which was frustrating. 2.The hotel at Paro tshongdu boutique, had smelly washroom. 3.And most importantly, travel triangle charges convenience fee of 300 per person and all the payment modes have extra charges except for the NEFT. Tiger nest hiking.

It’s been a very good Experience for me as a small family traveller and the arrangements by travel triangle has been very crisp and fast and responses were very quick and technologically a very good Application . It was cost effective indeed and value for money . The hotels , food , Cab drivers were indeed our best guides in Darjelling , Gangtok and Bhutan . Our Best Memories were innumerable indeed The Chango lake and Baba mandir with Snow clad mountains and sudden live snowfall was a unique experience . At Darjelling the Hotel Udhan we stayed was awesome with fantastic food tailor made for us and breakfast was the best experience . The Darjelling Heritage train journey was fantastic . Bhutan had its own rustic charm and tigers nest hike of 8 hours hike up the mountain peak up to the Tigers nest temples was best experience !

Overall experience of the trip was nice. This was my second trip with travel triangle last one was North East. AD tours was very good and there arrangements were smooth and cordial. Guide and driver a special mention to them very cordial and diligent. However property at Punakha hotel rooms provided were very bad below the standard rooms. Rest all was great tha ks travel traingle Whole trip was memorable the one I loved was chele La pass and simply bhutan.
