Scape tour arranged the package. Driver Mahaveer was good and experienced. To be honest I didn’t like the hotel arrangement in Shimla. However Manali was good and we really enjoyed the stay and food. Solang valley in Manali, River rafting in Kullu

Co-ordination of Mr. Pankaj from Seven Seas was really good. He gave a genuine feedback, helped me finalise the itinerary, gave time to clear my doubts. The driver arranged by the travel Company, was okay, however we were not completely happy with his services. Driver was little rude and did not give weightage to our requirements. However I would like to complement Mr. Pankaj for doing a good job from his side. And wish him success in his endevours.

Overall the journey was good, but the hotels was not as committed, Driver and the cab facility was good as punctual, the behavior of the driver Mr. Vivek Ray was very friendly. In Shimla we stay in Apple Rose hotel, the hotel room facilities was not good, the lighting was not good, geyser was not working properly, washroom pipe was spreading the smell in room, even we said to the manager and the staff to spray room perfume but not a single time they used room spray. In Manali we stay in Himalayan Woods, the room was as expected, the service staff was very nice, service was good, food facility and the taste was very tasty. In Chandigarh we stay in Hotel Oscar, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay, the room was very congested, Bathroom was very unhygienic, AC was not working properly, There were 8 to 10 lights in room, but only for show, only one light was working, TV was not recharged, only one thing which was nice in this hotel was its food facility and taste.

We have enjoyed a lot during this stay. Specially hotel correction/recommendation /suggestion in chandigarh considering our choice type was awesome. However unavailability of the same hotel on return journey was a setback. CAB service is very punctual and helpful however cleanliness of the cab was a concern, cab driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, adjustable. Overall we enjoyed a worry free vacation. Thanks a Ton team

tour is well coordinated by the agent and agent has communicated with me regularly for any issues and clarifications and she is very approachable. only thing that made me unhappy is that they have wasted my day by giving a wrong distance to the driver for some place and driver denied me taking there and they give me some other place which is not even worst visiting. except for that day all the tour is very good and I enjoyed and I thank the agent for planning this well.
