It was great trip ..I am from Chandigarh ..and enjoyed alot ..satyaveer and mukesh did great Job.

Initially the tempo from Chandigarh to Manali was bad! I understand that because of last mins issues on the route we had to get another tempo which was bad However, the next tempo from Manali to Leh - the driver was rude and not at all friendly. He drove in a way where all 10 people in the tempo were scared. Very rash driving. He spoke very bad with us and argued all the time. We were on a family trip including women where he must understand to stop for basic nature calls. He was very hesitant and he was rude with all of us along the way to Leh. Destination hotel Leh fort view here he had to drop us , he said we usually only drop at the bus stand we don't drop at hotel. Pathetic service by the tempo driver. Would never ever book any trip if this is the driver we are getting.

Travel Agent: For custom made itenaries the travel agents must improve. While I must say our travel agent was very accommodating but at times he would have very round about answers which would raise a doubt in our minds as to whether we are doing the right thing. Overall A nice Experience and good people to deal with. But you must make your own suggestions and research so that you can improve the itenary to suit your needs. Hotels and Food: The Hotels selected were very average. May be considering the town / locality but when we roamed around we thought we could got have got better options for the same or similar price. When we were asking agent about better hotels he simply told us that price will double which became a deterrent and we went with the flow. Advice - When selecting hotels pls check room size and other compete sites to choose most feasible options. On the whole for the price range they were good hotels. Food in the hotels was ala carte and average. Simple food but very little variety. Hotel staff at each place was very very courteous and helpful and always gave us whatever we wanted so the 3 stars are actually for them. Properties were clean and rooms were decent. Car and Driver: Car was in good condition. We selected an innova crysta but for six people it may get a little packed. The Driver was very skilled and took us through the winding roads carefully and safely even with heavy to moderate rainfall and therefore happy with his service. However he was not well versed with all spots and hidden treasures which we had to explore on our and do our own research and depend on google maps to take us there. Which was a minus point. Overall he was a very good guy who took us around everywhere we wanted to go. Overall we had a good time and a decently budgeted trip. The trip was delightful,lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, cab transfers) went as planned..... Wine country was fun - we even learned to enjoy good red wine. We toured France , Ibiza and rest of Spain. On Ibiza resort we enjoyed the pool and beach, the food was outstanding, I play the beach volleyball , shopping in Paris , lots of great dinners/tapas (snacks) and just cruising around the Ibiza island and Siene river Paris made the time fly too quickly. It was a great way to celebrate work off days .Raunak helped a lot and took care of every detail. Right from visa assistance,flights,vaccination, entry to EU a great concern, everything was dealt carefully.Looking forward to plan another vaccation in coming years with you. We travelled during first week of May 2022 covering Himachal Pradesh (Chandigarh-Shimla, Manhali, Dharmshala, Dalhousie & Amritsar) The entire trip was by road and well co-ordinated by North India Tours Travels, all the tourist spots were covered as committed. All Hotels at respective points were reserved in advance, out of which only Manali Hotel was too good, where as the other were not upto the mark with respect to cleanliness and shabby service. We need to chase and remind them serveral times for the room services etc., there is no Tea Maker provided in the rooms nor they serve Morning Tea though informed the earlier day. We had a bad experience with Dalhousie Hotel owner, who has engaged his hotel for a marriage function and asking us to shift to a normal hotel, room is already reserved. The hotel is unhygenic and does't even bother about guest and the restaurant is kept very untidy. Finally would like to mention, the value for the booking amount is not satisfied. Except the travel to all destinations points by Road. Request NORTH INDIA TOURS TRAVELS.

Hi Team, This trip from Travel Talkies was not that great.On the way they told me to pay the driver when I landed at Chandigarh 10K so I told the rep Ahijith I that since am i on the way will pay the balance amount in full.then h agreed. The Hotel moon lake which was their own property no one to welcome us.No complimentary drink.They charged us for bottle of water also.Food was horrible same dish repeated ever day.Rooms were ok .Poor customer service. No other resturants to eat food. All other guest complaining too. The Manali Hotel has met 3 star expectations. Driver was ok. Overall not a great experience. Only Good experience was the Rohtang pass visit.

We came across this website on the day before we left to chandigarh. Even at the last moment they helped us plan our trip very well.Driver Raju came at the right time to pick us from chandigarh. Day 1 we went to shimla stayed there for two days.Hotel given by these people here was much better.Then on the 3rd day we were taken to manali.Hotel in manali was much much better compared to shimla.We had a really good time in manali.Driver was calm and too friendly.Talking about kgf and ipl cricket is what I remember having conversation with driver.He was also very informative about the place. Our Hotels: Shimla: The Royal Vista, 3/5 Rating. Hotel is okay type. Manali: The Mountain Villa, 5/5 Rating. Hotel is very posh. We Spent 3 Nights. Staff is very good. Food is amazing. Our Agent: The Ideal Tours. Abhishek, he helped us a lot in the begining. When tour starts, he did not contact us. Which is the sad part.. But still it is okay. Your entire tour guide is your CAB DRIVER. You should have a good one. We had a nice person, We fully enjoyed, we will revist Manali once again in next year, hope we will find the same driver :D Thank you very much for the trip

The trip was hectic because of the travel involved but travel agent was very responsive and the cab driver was also very patient The only glitch was the cab change in Chandigarh we had to wait for 2 hours while returning when we were already exhausted of travelling , the cab change process should be more streamlined to not cause any waste of travel time

We had asked for the driver to drop us at Rock Garden Chandigarh after dropping off pur luggage at the hotel and he charged 1500 for it. It was unreasonable and not acceptable. The horse ride to Mahesu Peak
