      HellowTravel agent is not a cooperative one. Once he received d entire money he stop helping us. The bus he sent, seats was so small we couldn't fit. We told him this thing many times but he refused straight away all d requests. I must he is not a good agent. Their are many memories.

      Had booked only for Hotel and transportation. Hotel Temple tree at Bentota was the worst in terms of cleanliness, service and food. They should remove from the list. We planned for our anniversary in Hotel Taj Samudra,Colombo but the service was very poor inspite of informing in advance that we are coming all the way from India to celebrate our 25th marriage anniversary. Worst ever experience in TAJ property. I would advise people do not short list TAJ Samudra,Colombo for any auspicious occasion. The best time we spent in Hotel Cinnamon Citadel Kandy.

      I had a good time and found the people very nice, polite & welcoming. I am foodie and was sad to not get an authentic taste of Lankan food. The driver was good, helpful but had his own limitations. It would have been nice if the driver carries that extra ability for customer delight.

      Shivangi was excellent in her response and planning the trip, our tour guide Prasad was very good and was well versed with all the places. overall we had very good experience. Just a word of caution refrain from buying stuff either from the gem museum(ISINI) or other places, gems are authentic but over priced if you decide to buy them ask them for at least 30% of the quotes.

      Very good experience except the journey time which was very long and not explained to us .we spent almost half time in travelling. guide everyone Regarding the travel time.its better to stay nuwereliya then kandy . Centara hotel and beach was amazing. In Raddison colombo Sea facing room and swimming pool was awesome .

      Service provided by Travco was excellent. All the hotels were very good and best rooms were provided. Cab was very comfortable and driver Atulya was awesome. Driver Atulya was one of the best part of the trip and he took very good care of us.

      Great experience. Sisira our Driver was knowledgeable, knew great English, drove well and helped us out with a lot of things including where to buy local items and helped negotiate for it. The hotels were perfect and the food was extremely good. Overall the trip was one of the best ones i had taken.

      Enjoyed the trip. Driver was courteous and drove professionally. Cab was reasonably good. Mahaweli Reach Hotel at Kandy was an experience. The breakfast at Hotel Golden Ridge was good. Stay at Joe’s Resort at Galle was an experience. But stay made at Colombo by the travel agent was disgusting. Alternate arrangement made finally at City Hotel ruined the trip. Stay at Mahaweli Reach hotel, Kandy View and bath at beach at Galle Boat safari in River Madu Difficulties faced for vegetarian food throughout the trip

      The itinerary was good and it set quite some expectation for the trip. Vehicle was good and neat. But the driver was un cooperative and didn't have sufficient knowledge about the locations. Looked like he was exploring the places along with us. We were even charged for parking in Gregory Lake Park which was supposed to be part of the package. The hotel in Nuwara Eliya and in Colombo was sub par and not at all 3 star hotels (Lack of cleanliness, broken furniture, torn and dirty linen, pungent smelling rooms) making our stay unpleasant. The restaurants where we were taken for lunch/dinner by him were worst. We were charged exorbitant prices for all the food items. He didn't help us to negotiate the prices anywhere. The driver was not willing to pick up/ drop as per our timing requirements or convenience. It was as per his convenience. Thus we ended up paying for local conveyance for our usual sight seeing. The prices charged by travel agency for sight seeing activities were over the top high (e.g: Whale watching through agency was 9000/- LKR per head whereas we scouted and arranged a local agent for the same activity and paid 6500/- LKR which included free pick-up and drop and breakfast) Last but not the least, we almost missed our flight to Chennai because of the routes and driving style of the driver. Luckily we had Google Maps and came to know about the alternate highway route which had toll again paid by us. We will never recommend this agency or driver again for our family/friends visiting Sri Lanka. All the places which we added separately that were not part of the itinerary was the most enjoyable experience for us.

All the hotel bookings were handled smoothly and our agent took regular follow-ups. Special arrangements requested were also provided.       Mention the time for travel from one place to the other as most of the day time we were in the car. Don't waste the money and time of your clients by sending them to places such as tea gardens, jewelry showrooms where prices are double the market rate and the travel agent and driver's are only benefitted at the cost of clients. Instead guide them to places where they can get genuine products at reasonable price. Your driver would take us only to places where he is benefitted. It was disgusting. In your brochure you have written stay in Bentota where as you booked us in Beruwala where the beach is gravel sand. Bentota is a decent beach but you looked after your interest and not the clients.       Our recent family trip to Sri Lanka was very well-organized and efficiently executed. The locations of hotels was great and the service was good too. Our tour guide, Rilwan, was very friendly and knowledgeable. His patience and efficiency made the entire experience even better. It's a beautiful country with many scenic spots and lovely people.
