          Over all good experience. Ankit was approachable and helpful. Since the taxi was outsourced to Indeman better run thru the itenary with driver first day and tell him to cover all places. Driver rehman is good guy but going as per his own plan and not aware what was given to us. Otherwise no hassles and everything take care by travel triangle / indeman

          The stay, hotels, cabs, overall planning- everything was excellent!! However at the time of trip planning it would be helpful if the travel agent could be as transparent and give all details before hand and just let the traveller know if any key destinations are being missed or could be included in the itinerary, rather than being in a hurry to close the deal. Suggestions from the travel agent are always welcome as we fully trust the travel agent to build a good itinerary rather than us having to do any research ourselves as that is the very purpose of a travel agent. Some key locations I found out about when I reached arunachal only once my driver told me about those (like holy waterfall and mandala top), the travel agent never once mentioned those, that additional suggestion from the agent about possible good locations to explore is always welcome, rather than getting a surprise upon reaching the destination because then you cannot really do anything about it. A good itinerary should always be built based on locations and then giving the guest an option regarding number of days and cost, rather than it being the other way around. Even if the number of days and cost is being finalized, I would have appreciated if the agent would have at least given me a heads up of potential locations being missed, instead of mentioning that all sightseeing is already covered which was clearly not the case. If I would have known I am missing visiting a place like holy waterfall I would have definitely reconsidered increasing the number of days and the cost that I am spending on my visit. But did not get that chance until I reached.

          My Meghalaya trip was planned by Indeman and I must tell you it was very well planned. The entire itinerary was so good that I got to visit so many places in just 5 days. The car and driver they provided was undoubtedly the best. The cab driver Rana was so very good, we felt so safe with him. Will definitely connect with Indeman for the next vacation.

          Words won't be enough to describe our experience. We had planned for a 5 days holiday to shillong and cherrapunjee. Even though it was last minute plan and with limited number of days , Siang explorer helped us in planning the itinerary according to our needs and fetching good deals with the hotels. Mr Kaushik took out personal time to plan our itinerary. All the hotels were excellent and had good service. Mr Kaushik had planned the tour so well, we could accommodate major sightseeing places, trek and relax. The vehicle provided was good but could have been better. The driver was humble, he had good knowledge about the area, guided us through the tour. We look forward to explore other regions of northeast by travel triangle and Siang explorer.
