        Upto Manali Trip was fine......In Shimla we had worst experience.....Hotel.was too far from Main City....Travel from Manali to Shimla too much heat & Cab didn't allow using AC .....Even with a 2 year Old Kid it was. Too hot in Shimla..... Traffic made a spoil sport.....It is not possible to Cover Shimla in a single day with this much traffic......Package went completely wrong......Should have been 3 days in Shimla.....On Last Day of our Tour...we couldn't even have breakfast......Overall Shimla Trip was a disaster.....It ruined our Holidays......Cab driver was only interested in driving and finishing things quickly......he was only focusing on avoiding traffic.....Never stopped at any small point.....On our Shimla exploring day.....We prepared early....But Cab Puncture repair Wasted our time.....And Cab driver new traffic is high so instead of taking us to Kufri.....We should have been taken to Jakoo Temple..... Return trip we came in New Delhi at 14hrs.....we thought our train will be missed .....Hence we kept one extra day for our return.......We had to pay extra in New Delhi Hotel for staying....... Overall out of 5 days we explored only 2 days trip......Most of our time was Wasted in travelling itself........ TRAFFIC info wasn't given by anyone..... Otherwise we wouldn't have paid for Shimla Trip ......In Future plz Don't Adjust Package...... Clearly it Should be mentioned that Shimla exploration isn't possible in a single Day Considering the Traffic......Manali Hotel was Good but we weren't given Balcony as mentioned in The Iternaries ...... Service was Good Wastage of Energy,Money and Enthusiasm

        It was a well planned trip with the help of travel on ease. Decent hotels and ontime information. Good cab is also provided. Only thing can be improved is on the cab part, where driver should have been more sensible of the family conditions rather rushing us to avoid traffics and driving fast in rough routes.

        Felt like over priced in almost all aspects,driver took 8k for rohtang pass which local drivers were charging 5000 to 5500.... Rest driver was good in other aspects. Hotels were too good except in shimla, that hotel was very interior and need to walk 300 m to reach hotel which become very trouble some....hotel name was paradise village. Overall will give 3.5 star for the entire experience with travel triangle Rohtang pass

        Our trip was very good. Ameera hotel shimla stay was good. Room was very spacious. Well behaved and responsible staffs . Bathroom was hygeine and neat. Food was very tasty . Only problem is gyser take 30 -40 min to get heat.so it is getting late to get ready. Evoque resort and spa manali was a excellent stay. Good balcony view. Room was spacious. Bathroom was hygiene and neat. Staffs behaviour was good.nice service. Food was very tasty and delicious. I strongly recommend both the hotels for comfortable stay.         We had a nice experience in the overall trip. This is being my first visit to North India and it was a challenge without knowing Hindi. It would have been still more comfortable if the driver and hotel people understand and speak little English. White hotel at Manali is ok, its bad in Shimla. No water in the morning, they gave a bucket of hot water to manage...it was realy hectic. The hotel at shimla situated in a very busy street and the car parking is very hard and there was a no-traffic restriction between 8 to 9.30am and 4.45 to 6.30pm..and the violation will be Rs10000.it was hard for us and also it was never communicated to us either by travel agent or hotel people. Hotel people didnt even share the right location to reach there. We reached as per thier location shared, but it was not the right location. When we called them, they kept saying we will call you back in 5min, but never turned up. At last we drove back to that location with the help of Google maps. The breakfast and dinner options are less and also timing is hard for us. They serve between 8.30 and 10.30 for both breakfast and dinnner, which is hard for us to plan our visits. Travel agents should make sure hotel they book is pretty decent for the money that we pay. They should arrange the driver who can at least understand a little bit of English and the people at Hotel are properly responding to our queries and speak little English.

        Himachal trip was good. Hotels they have booked in terms of cleanliness and responsive and quality food. But Shimla location was far though I have preferred this hotel because they come back hotel changing a day before our tour starts. New hotels they proposed seems pathetic and online reviews were terrible. So I preferred Hotel Himalayan Escape. location is good and hotel is good but its far from Shimla. Travel agent should have advised before things get done. Beauty of the trip is Driver Mr. Mukesh Rana polite man and his service was good. Happy to tour once again with Mukesh bhai. Poor part is Travel agent hasn't in touch after we started tour and 2 days were in Shimla. while booking they have coordinated well. Important fact is we don't know Hindi. Travel Triangle should have control and must avoid these situation in future. We believed Travel Triangle and they assured for great service. Travel Agents are very approachable until they get booked and after disappear. I don't like this attitude.

        We just finished a 5 day trip to Shimla & Manali and here is my review. What went well - 1. Liked the way Himachal Hills travels & Rohil behaved through out the tour. They were approachable, humble and good listeners 2. Hotels booked were also good in their services, the staff in both the hotels were excellent in customer management (Apline Hilden in Shimla & Woodbine in Manali) 3. Driver provided was good to us and managed to meet our expectations What can be improved - 1. Communication - Though I see trip to Rhotang pass in the exclusion in the quote but it still reflects in the itinerary which contradicts each other. I had to pay Rs.6200/- extra just for the Madi permit (Rhotang was closed, so we had to go to Madi) and their separate car which was never communicated before nor I ever anticipated 2. Itinerary - The itinerary could have been better managed for Manali. We need to understand why a customer visits Manali during summer? Obviously to see the snow and have some fun but this itself was not included in the list. As a travel agent we could strike a deal with 2 or 3 such vendors who can provide Permit, snow suits etc at a reasonable cost to your customers that's where you can do a better job then any other travel agency or you can deal with these permissions on your own ahead of time for the customers and that would be a "wow factor" and a customer delight 3. The Car AC - While we didn't realize this during our onward journey from Delhi to Shimla and then Shimla to Manali, the return journey was pathetic and tiring since the AC wasn't working. Post we crossed Manali though the AC was ON, it was not cooling at all and driver said he has to service the AC as it is not serviced for quite some time. My wife and kid had to suffer a lot because of this (vomits & weakness) Overall - The trip was nicely arranged and we would cherish these memories lifetime. Thanks to Rohil who have been on top of things to get the best of our journey. I think you need to have a team who can coordinate all these for you instead of you getting into every small things, you just need to oversee things and fix issues in pockets for customers Best Regards, Sandeep
