I got a standard room only though the agreed quote was for Superior room. There was not even a refrigerator in the room in Bangkok.. At Phuket the room was better, but the attitude of hotel . staff was not at par with the Thailand hotels in general. The hotels were in good locations and we're family friendly. All the can drivers were very punctual and communicated reasonably well. There was nothing negative on the pick up or sightseeing trip arrangements. The experience with the travel agent during booking was really bad. The agent went on calling my UAE number though I I have twice reminded him that I am in KSA and gave my KSA number. He did not even replied when I pointed out the discrepancy in type of room booked. Travel insurance was part of the quote, but was not arranged. Overall experience was very bad. But the support team who handled during the trip was good and quick in response.
