I will mention what I didn't like first as rest all things were perfect. The only issue I had was with the 1st cab person who received us at Udaipur. He felt a little reluctant to take us to places and felt like he was trying to just move on. He called the morning when we were to leave Udaipur and told someone else will be taking us further in our journey, it was good because the 2nd cab person was an angel, perfect for our trip. I felt the agency should have called and informed us about the driver change, but it went all well from thereon. The hotels were good, smooth all around, just had a slight hiccup during check out at Udaipur but that was a delay from the hotel side. Sightseeing places were covered, just make sure you prioritize the places, there are many and you may not have time to visit all. Got all the help during the booking and all the queries were answered patiently and nicely.

The overall trip experience was ok. I was not happy with the Hotel that travel agent suggested for Udaipur. The Hotel locality was not at all good and the room was very small for 3 people and upon checking into hotel even after mentioning it to Travel agent about this she didn’t say anything instead was trying to convince me that its a good hotel and that she has never received any complaints in the past

Thank you for sending feedback link . We really had a wonderful trip, though there are some feedback from our side. 1. The stay in Jaipur which was given in first two days was not upto the expectations. it really looked amazing in the photos but it was not the same , hotel rooms can be cleaned neatly 2. Welcome gesture of the driver is poor. Not even a hello with smile. 3. Driver was not aware of Rajasthan City. He didn't had answer to most of the questions we asked about Rajasthan. It will be good if you provide a driver who knows the basics of city. 4. In jodhpur hotel, people were not ready to give a complimentary breakfast early (7.30 or 8). Every day travelling was more, and breakfast was not ready early and driver denied to drive in the late nights ( 9pm ) so we had to leave few places from itinerary. This was disappointing.. 1. Driver should be educated about the places to be covered. He should know the timings of opening and closing of the monument. Punctuality is a must. We failed to cover some important places in Jaipur ie City palace, hawa Mahal, sajjan gad fort in Udaipur. We really missed forever. Vatika Inn is hope less property Udaipur. Jaisalmer SAM

My ratings says it all... Hotels at all places were excellent.... Food also nice... Considering kind of off-season services received at hotels were excellent... Speacial thanks to Treepy holidays for arranging such a memorable vacation for me at such a short notice.... However, there was one worst thing of all.. which has prevented me in giving 5 star to travel agent.. The GREAT driver... Let me clear, 2 stars given are for the cab not for the driver... That ego meniac deserves minus ratings... Such a high ego, not even my multi millionaire boss has such a high ego... That great persons name is Mr Ganjendra Singh... All the time, I simply wondered whether I have paid for his services OR he has paid to me to show me around.... I really don't know how he runs the cab services... I can go on writing this great person but don't want to waste my time & energy just a small piece of advise to travel agent... Next time pls ensure that you hire a cab driver who is loyal to you, this guy spend all the time in showing how my travel agent has cheated me and have misguided me... His ego hit the roof when I refused to tell him how much I had paid for this trip... Treepy (Ms Deepika) - Great great arrangements except the driver.... Thanks fo it....
