Abhirami's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

We chose to travel triangle for planning our 8 day trip to 4 cities in Rajashthan from chennai in the 2023 year end. The travel triangle agent helped us in setting up the itenerary and the hotel accommodations. Since the arrival at the airport until the end of the trip, the agent was accessible and helping. All the hotels booked for us was awesome and made our New year's Eve wonderful. We never faced any difficulties in contacting the drivers after reaching the respective destinations. It was a beautiful trip altogether. The only negative remark about the trip was our 10 hour bus journey from Jaisalmer to Jaipur. The agent should have checked for better bus with better reviews/ ratings. The bus journey was very uncomfortable for my family consisting of elderly people as the drivers admitted a lot of people on the way in the middle of the night without reservation. Although we had reserved our sleeper births, the people sat on our seats and on the floor which never happens in South India on sleeper busses. This was very disturbing and scary throughout the night. So in future please ensure the bus bookings are from reliable travels and even if it costs and additional 500-600 rupees. All the hotel accommodations especially the accommodation in the Mandore guest house, Jodhpur was excellent. The Jaisalmer desert camp stay was a different experience with cultural shows, bonfire, the camel safari and jeep safari in the sand dunes. Once in a lifetime experience! The Udaipur City palace and the amer palace (Jaipur) tour was incredible The shopping experience in the bazars was also nice.

We planned the trip with TripSailor for Rajasthan. Positives: 1.Good experience with Cab driver, on time , sincere, suggested good places for food 2.Travel Agent provided good heritage hotels 3.Travel agent helped to design the itinerary as per our needs ( suggestion to travel overnight from Jaipur to Jaisalmer to save travel time ) 3.Payment through TravelTriangle was hassle free , quick n traceable 4.Travel Triangle gave multiple quotes through multiple Travel Agents Negative: 1.Travel agent didn’t inform about location of the hotel n that we need to book our own auto as Temp Traveller cannot go inside the core city places 2.Travel agent gave us 4 rooms for 2 hours after overnight journey , which costed us 5k. We didn’t get the rooms ontime n rooms were not even worth of 5k 3.Travel Agent didn’t bother to confirm the hotels about the arrival timings Here are few tips: 1.Please make sure entry tickets for site seeing is included in the package, specially for Rajasthan as fort /palace entry tickets are costlier here. 2.if you book heritage hotels then make sure travel agent includes arrangement for autos as Tempo travellers cannot go inside local area. For us, it was hassle to get autos n had to spent too much money n time there. 3.Tempo traveller is not the good choice for Rajasthan, go for sedan or SUV , it can go anywhere Mehrangarh Fort

My family had a memorable trip to Rajasthan through Aapka tripwala. All the travel arrangements were good. Chirag sir contacted and enquired about our status and made sure all went well. Though there was an unexpected situation during the trip it was resolved soon. The driver Arjun was very helpful and supportive as well. He provided useful tips and suggestions and made sure everything went smoothly. He always picked us on time from the hotels. Speed boating in Fateh Sagar Lake, Udaipur Camel ride in Pushkar Tour of Mehrangarh fort, Jodhpur and Amer fort, Jaipur All are unforgettable and very nice.

Agent didn’t pay the money to cab driver. I had multiple talks about the same with Chanchal and it seems like he didn’t pay the full money even after completion of the trip. This was definitely disturbing while we were on the way to airport to catch the flight. Driver was helpful and a nice guy. After taking full amount from me, it is not at all fare to do this. Hotels were good expect the one in Jodhpur. All hotels were our selection within Chanchal’s recommendation so I’m not complaining about this. Ummed Jodhpur was not something we should consider.

Hotels were good but was having limited menu for breakfast. It was awesome tour. My kids enjoyed it lot. Was bit hectic because of long journey from Jaipur to Udaipur, missed few points in Udaipur. Arrangement in Jaisalmer and Jodhpur was excellent. Overall fantastic trip. Visit to dessert in SAM dunes and spending night in tent, experience of Rajasthani folk music and dance.

Average service nothing extra ordinary. Hotel rooms were not upto the mark. Hotel rooms were small in Jaipur and Udaipur. Was expecting better quality vehicle. After first 2 days of trip first driver escaped telling personal emergency. He was stopping at unnecessary/expensive places to get commission from the shop. The second driver was comparatively better.

Jaisalmer visit was very pathetic. My hotel was pathetic, camps were not booked. I have to wait there for an hour and asked Rs.15000 extra for check in.This amount is above then the package cost, They have informed me this thing only 2 days before the trip. No camel ride were provided as they mentioned it as complimentary. I have done it on direct payment basis.

We planned our one week Rajasthan trip through travel triangle. Miss Preeti from Back to Holidays group assisted us with every minimal details and helped us customize it as per our demand. Preeti also went out of the way to also help in arranging inter city travels. At one or two instances when we faced few difficulties during trip she was very quick and responsive to coordinate and help. Preeti is an expert in customer hospitality. Would love to recommend others and come back for my future travels too Udaipur Lake place, lake pichola and jagmandir palace. Jaisalmer fort, camping, desert safari, Amber fort jaipur

We had choosen the trip plan provided from Travel Skipper. They interacted well with us and provided the itinerary as per our choice. The choice of hotels and cab was very good. Kudos to the team. Glitches here and there will always be there in any travel booking but the way to approach to it is what we liked of Travel Skipper. Our family will definitely contact them further for more good travel experiences. Thanks to Travel triangle for providing the best team and experience. All was amazing but the Meharangadh fort visit was good. Well maintained and complete good information about the place.

Hotel Jaigarh given in jaiselmer was not upto the mark given the package cost..it was in a very isolated open area ..it was a safety concern for us as it was far away from the main City..i had already communicated to the agent that we are 3 females traveling so we need good hotels.. there were no amenities like heater given the cold climate. Also the room was not that clean and there was dust settled on the coffee maker , shelves. The staff was not trained well to communicate with the guests. The cab company assigned guides for the trip . day 1 guide was still good but the Second guide assigned during Jodhpur was not wearing mask and only after repeated requests he wore the mask intermittently. He was trying to argue with us when we requested him to wear the mask. Driver was continuously stressing on giving him tips. We normally give tips but this behaviour is slightly irritating.

Swarnendu's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

There was a lack of coordination from Travel Triangle Team , with no one willing to take the responsibility from their side . as suggested in mail i tried to contact the person Jegender who in turn asked me to contact 3 other people from travel triangle (Uday Baldev and Karan) not a single one of them responded back to my mail. Thankfully bcz of Jyoti Rawat (Trip Sailer) I was feeling little bit comfortable. But as the trip progressed the driver (Suresh) started showing his true colour, He was very rude from starting, not at all cooperative , when asked to cooperate he bluntly said "Karlo Complain Jisse karni ho" and mind my words i was travelling with my family so didn't take a risk of complaining while i was on the go. While Moving from Jaipur to bikaner there was little fog in the path all the vehicles were moving slowly and our driver stopped in the middle of the highway saying "I will not go further" after much request he moved. It was a nightmarish experience standing in the middle of the highway with an hostile driver with my entire family at around 1:00 AM . In the entire trip i had to literally beg the driver to take me to the desired location as he was getting irritated even for taking me to mentioned locations. He also took an 1000rupees extra from me, since he was overspeeding and he said i have to pay that. The hotels apart from Fort Chandragupt was good including the food as well. the trip was nicely planned but because of lack of coordination between travel triangle and short tempered driver the entire trip got wasted. I use to vouch for travel triangle previously but now i will never recommend them since i dont want my known ones to be left on the mercy of the driver for 7 days. Very Bad Experience. The driver and his manager Mr Mukesh was also not cooperative.
