hi i am totally disappoint with the trip 1.the travel agent has said me false information 2.hotel was not so great it was a old building 3.no proper information on the flights 4.Travel agent said there is thru luggage there is no thru luggage i travelled to mauritius from hyderabad the travel agent( i need trip ) he has given a connecting flight from hyderabad to channai to mauritius - mauritius to chennai to hyderabad he said me that there is connecting flight u can stay at airport and can use the lounge comming to luggage he was so confident and convinced me that there is thru luggage u can directly collect it from mauritius but airlines was not accepting like that there was no thru luggage when i called the travel agent he said he will check and call back but he never called me back , he promised me that he will at-least arrange while return but the same thing happened when i called same thing repeated he never called me back .reg insurance i have called rahul till now no response i mailed to travel triangle but no resonse till now .i had a very bad experience before confirming the package so repeatedly he used to call mor over i have deleyed one day 2 installment they charged 4000 extra saying fares have been increased , money which i paid its not at all worth . :(

While making my booking itself I mentioned it very clearly to the travelTriangle agent that beachfront is my preference n I will choose my resort/room category accordingly. On my arrival the I was disappointed to see that I was allocated a beach view (2nd floor) room which wasn’t as good as the beach front one.

We opted for the Honeymoon holiday for 7 days at Mauritius Long beach resort. The resort provided a dinner buffet of different cuisine, each day. As we were vegetarians chefs were flexible enough to make customized Indian dishes exclusively for us. We also got 3 Lunches (again customizable according to our taste) as freebie. Overall experience of the trip was quite good, amidst the fear of corona everywhere, We were still able to enjoy our trip in Mauritius as it is the least affected country. This was our honeymoon trip and so we were very excited. With honeymoon-couples all over the trip, the stay at Hotel Intercontinental was phenomenal. With four different restaurants, serving various categories of food like Asian, Indian, Mediterranian etc. It was a good experience. The travel guides serving and guiding us while travelling within Mauritius (On SIT basis) were quite polite and helpful. We were welcomed at the hotel and was provided with an ocean facing room and a sparkling wine(Local made) to add glitters to the experience. Though, With the price, I paid for this trip, I would rate the overall experience of the booking, co-ordination and stay as 3.8/5. The reason of my rating is due to the below factors: Three major issues, I want to highlight are 1. Though, we were told by our travel partner(Travel-Triangle/aaojao.com) that we'll be given a welcome Polo-Tshirts but the same was NOT provided as there were no stock of the same in the hotel. 2. Room Decoration : Hotel room was not at all decorated as expected. Only few rose petals were put on the bed with two towels folded in the ♥ form. 3. Drinking Water: One of the most essentials, while travelling is the drinking water. At the hotel, it became a massive surprise for us, when we were told to buy expensive water bottles while at lunch/Dinner. Also, Complimentary water bottles were'nt provided on time in our rooms for first two days later they started providing two times a day and on-time. Please Note: At Intercontinental, as per the policy of the hotel, It should provide 2-3 water bottle - two times a day. I may recommend others for this trip provided, all get what is promised and No last-minute surprises for water atleast!! The Under water sea walk and the sea beach at hotel!!

We had a great time in Mauritius, but we have faced many problems because of flight delays, we stayed in Seychelles for almost 12 hours. and we lost our 1 precious day. we have used only 5 days instead 6 days due to this problem. we reached Mauritius 2nd day morning 3 am and day 2 we got leisure (dont know what to explore). Even we missed photo-shot, because of this. I suggest travel triangle to book good flights to Mauritius. And need to give compensation if this happens.
