This my second international trip with travel traingle. Everything was well arranged by travel traingle starting from recommending good resorts in great view with good indian food to providing complete planned itinerary. Mauritius travel planner were quite cooperative and helpful before and during the travel. I liked the service provided by them. Transport coaches provided in SIC were also in very good condition with great on-board guide. Mauritius Travel Planner also provided great suggestions for a making a trip memorable. Few points which I didn't liked 1. All the siteseeing tours included only transfers and nothing else included neither packed lunch. 2. Resort only provided 1 water bottle for complete length of stay. We received only 1 water bottle for 6 night stay. At beginning as we were new in country we bought water bottle from resort which was very much expensive. 3. Before booking I asked for 2k discount for my trip but as resorts were getting sold out so I booked before availing discount. At the end I didn't received the discount and on checking I was told before booking I must have confirmed for discount before making booking.

Had booked a trip to Mauritius for 6 days, got a fair price on the deal. Travel agent Nitin Sharma guided us with the itinerary and helped us in choosing the resort, which turned out to be good. The food was good, since we are non-vegetarians- we had more choices. Highlight of the trip was - a boat ride to a private island (Included as part of the package). The island was beautiful with excellent beaches. Do not miss this. All in all it was a trip worth it. Few tips to other travelers planning to travel to Mauritius: Have dollars with you. - better exchange rate. Check with the agent and ask for non-rocky beach resort. Check the Check-out time and your departure flight time, before confirming the booking. Check the itinerary thoroughly with help of googleguide and remove the parts which does not fancy you, it saves you a couple of days. Do not shop in the areas where the guides take you, it will be expensive, instead look for malls or ask around for local marked as many speak hindienglish. The guides will recommend you take up water sports, do not do that. As there will be a large number of people up for water sports - the ride time will be less . (Parasailing, Underwater sea walk, banana boar ride - Just 2 mins.) Instead look up for places which offer such things and take it up there, the price would be same. (Gmaps) Waterfall boat ride is ok ok - The waterfall is tiny but they take you on a speed boat via the ocean which is cool. Types of Sands - A place where you are taken to, you have to pay extra to go there as you would be traveling in Buggy Quad Bike. (Worth it) + Nepalese Bridge Walk. (Worth it). Not sure about the ZipLines. (Whatever you pick , make sure there is visible daylight for your to take these up, usually it gets dark by the time your Quad Bike ride is over.) Carry water wherever you go, cost of a litre of water in supermarkets in cheaper (almost half price.). Some hotels provide you complimentary bottle of water - each day. Lunch - if you are traveling with guide on tour, they will take you to expensive places. So it is better you pack your lunch or eat at local restaurant. Conclusion: Mau is a large island, filled with beautiful beaches so get a beach resort hotel with a non-rocky beach. Don't miss scuba diving - it has clear water and many varieties of fishes. Dont, miss the trip to the private island(max 2 hours you will be allowed to spend there. Try and get more hours there.). You get ship models which are famous there, try and get it at a local store rather than the places you are taken to. (Rest of the itineraryattractions is that they are trying really hard to sell them as tourist spots. ).

Trip went good, it was well organised with discipline with regards to timing. Almost covered all the main places of Mauritius, had enough time to spend at a specific place. Resort was ok but the bathroom were too small. Busses, agents are nice, agents are very soft spoken & speaks both English & Hindi. Overall, it was a nice & memorable trip, very good place for the honeymooners. The speed boat ride at Ille Aux cerfs, water sports, Quad Biking and the amazing beaches.

We had 6 nights stay to enjoy the Veranda grand Baie and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The whole resort is fully green with 2 swimming pool. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast and dinner was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Mall. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Overall trip was superb. Veg food is very less and does not taste as per indian local restaurants. Cab driver and locality and hotel was awesome. The complimentary activity what was given to us was way below our expectation as the guide for that sport said that this are the things and do as per your convenience. I don't want to involve in any trouble and hence kayaking was not allowed to be done. Even the snorkeling was not taught or even told us how to do. The trip was organised properly .Everything worked as per the schedule .The tarvel agent Abhishek was fabulous in his service.He made everything possible from his end to meet customer satisfaction .He gave a good deal . The hotel gave us a warm welcome with a mocktail . Hotel staff were good .The food was very good .But if you are a vegetarian then different fruits will only be your plate of breakfast . The kitchen staff were awesome they offered chapati and veg curry everyday for us seperately. One thing that i dint liked was about the complimentary water activities that the resort offered was not actually given.We have to go ask for doing activities many times .The boatsman will give some reasons all the time .Finally we git the glass bottom ride but he dint went for long and was just doing it for the sake of doing it . Overall experience was good. The best moment was the Lion interaction in Casela park. The beah side resort .

I recently booked a holiday with SHS to Mauritius and would gladly say I had an amazing experience. I would like to thank my travel agent, Nancy for making all the arrangements. She advised me to pick a fine resort and guided me with the package booking. She is always available on call or Whatsapp every time I had any doubts(even when she was on leave!). Thank you Nancy. One problem that we did have on the trip was the Airport Pickup from the InTune agency. The driver was late and we reached just 2 hours before the takeoff and minutes before check-in close time. I would request you to pass on this information to the agency in charge so that this does not happen again.
