The communications were excellent, and we were very impressed that the arrangements (Tour Description, procurement of airline tickets and travel insurance and vouchers) were made in according to our requirement. The information on the tour package provided was excellent clear and more over the freedom to customize was awesome. It would not be possible to say enough about Kapil Kapoor qualities in terms of knowledge regarding the information about my destination. Kapil was always available when ever we had query or any issues even when we were in Europe and in India too. He always went to his limit and have given all the correct information which at initial we were little worried about his Travel agency but his commitment, hard work and gaining out trust was most commendable. Good assert for Hubholiday. I fully recommend and have started talking about your agency and moreover about Kapil. Kapil has always supported us in getting our VISA on time. I hope this work was well done by VISA team. Lodgings exceeded all expectations Excellent Hotels all were Top rated. In all cases we were very impressed did a really good job here. Beds always comfortable good free breakfast. Staff were universally helpful, charming and willing to do all to make things go well and most importantly the hotels were located within the reachable to local public transport like Metro, Bus etc, He delivered what he promised. Thank you, Kapil, once again for all the hard work for making my first international trip a memorable one. Really happy with your service, help and to do wala attitude. It was an amazing experience.. Thanks to flip trip, especially Neha who helped a lot in organising everything annd guiding. She kept in touch with us throughout the tour and helped us out of the way whenever we needed. We are completely happy with the trip and would like to recommend to others also. All hotels were nice and cab services were on time. We did not find any difficulty in Europe just because all the itinerary was well organised. Again thanks alot for this trip.. Really loved it and would like to see you on another trip soon..

Our Honeymoon trip to Europe which includes Paris and Switzerland was curated by travel triangle (HubHolidays). Our agent Mr.Shubham designed an itinerary and patiently listened to our suggestions and customized it according to our needs. He also helped us in gathering the documents for the visa and we successfully got our Schengen visa within a few days. Before our trip started, we had cleared our never-ending doubts with Shubham & Prashanth and they answered all of them without any hesitation. Hotels were arranged in Paris, Lucerne and Zurich. When we landed at Paris airport the agent arranged the best cab to reach the hotel. The driver was really helpful and guided us on Paris city & must visit places in the city. We then went for the Paris city tour by boarding the Big Bus Hop on Hop off and saw the remarkable monuments like Opera Garnier, Arc de Triomphe and Louvre museum etc., Also we had a great night view of the Eiffel Tower and the tickets were arranged by the agent till Level 3 through Elevator and a great view of the city. We went on a Seine river cruise and had great views of the entire Paris city. The second day of the tour is the wonderful picturesque journey from Paris to Zurich. It's TGV Lyria train which travelled at 320 kmph speed which is a beautiful experience. We then took another train to Lucerne. We must admit, Switzerland is THE best place when comes to remarkable landscapes and Wallpaper worthy locations. Switzerland also has perfect travel by train, bus and tram. This will all be covered in the Swiss pass, which is also included in our package. From Lucerne, we travelled to Mt. Pilatus by Bus to Kriens, then by Cable car, Gondola and returned to Alpnachstad in World's steepest Cogwheel train. The next day, we had to Visit Matterhorn Glacier from Zermatt. However, from Lucerne to Zermatt is a long 4hr journey. By the time we reached the Matterhorn boarding point, we are past the last cable car time and had to return. Last day, the Zurich detour included Rhine falls, Lake Zurich, and the Lindt chocolate factory tour - complimentary. Overall, the trip was wonderful and will be etched into our memories lifelong. As the package doesn't include cab services other than airport pickup, We had to explore the city trains and buses using Google. Trust google and the timings. you will never be dissatisfied. One feedback we want to give to the agent is, to provide the timings and detailed pieces of information like restaurants, and tips on the tourist attractions, as most of the attractions and hotels, will be closed in a stipulated time. We kept asking a couple of doubts with Shubham and Prashanth during the trip. I thank both of them from the bottom of our hearts for arranging a wonderful trip.

We went to paris and switzerland for our honeymoon. From the first day of our contact, they guide us in every area as it was our first foreign trip. Hotel locations were the best part. We planned our trip to Paris and Switzerland through Wise Yatra and it was amazing, everything was planned with our recommendation being considered. The help with regards to the Visa process was also exceptional. The Hotels given to us were also nice and the staff was helpful, they were also located near a transport connection, so it was easy to travel. We were also advised on which tickets to buy for convenient public transport. Also, all our attraction tickets were pre-booked and we were provided with Google map links to reach that point through our Hotels. Booked my honeymoon Europe trip (Paris & Italy) through Travel Triangle and finalized my booking with Duniya Safari. The itinerary was well-thought, well-crafted and they even modified it as per my preference. They took great care of all the things that I wanted to add on the trip. I was in constant touch with Ishita Roy and she did a commendable job in organizing everything. As we were traveling in Winters, she also took care of the weather and its impact. The VISA help was great as the Duniya safari team and the visa support consultants were constantly in touch with us and guided us through the whole process. The vouchers and the tickets were delivered well before time. Paris - The location of the hotel was good (near to the metro station & GDN). However, the room was small. The vouchers worked just as we expected. Overall it was a great experience. The airport transfer was hassle-free. Venice - Best of the lot. The hotel was really good (location, quality, and staff). The planned activities were worth it. Florence - The hotel was decent (the location was good but the staff was not exactly helpful in guiding us to reach the hotel). The Tuscany day trip was the highlight of the whole trip. Rome - The hotel, vouchers, activities were excellent. The hotel was well located and the Vatican, colosseum vouchers worked seamlessly. Overall the whole trip was a great experience thanks to Duniya Safari team. Special thanks to Ishita & Arindam who were constantly in touch with us and per-day update really helped us in planning our next day in advance. Great job guys and keep up the good work. It was a nice experience with travel triangle and holiday aces. After putting our requirements we were contacted by Ms. Meenu Goyal, and with her enthusiasm and positive response, she convinced us to end our search at Holiday aces. Mr. Sumeet and team helped us right through the air bookings, travel passes, vouchers for the excursion, hotel, and cab booking. All the arrangements were appropriate and proved to be an asset throughout our tourism. The WhatsApp group which they made including us and specialist of their team was very helpful and most of the time they were prompt to respond. All the hotels were good except for the Paris hotel, which had very small rooms with limited breakfast options. The staff everywhere was very courteous. The only set back was our air tickets handled by the team Holiday aces. The things were delayed and that cost our group a split journey. One group had to spend a day in transit only. Overall we enjoyed our trip thanks to Ms. Meenu, Mr. Sumit and their team. We are looking forward to more trips.

We had a great experience in Italy and France for our honeymoon. It was my first outside India travel experience and initially I had lot of concerns about how will things be planned, itinerary, food etc. But everything was so well planned by the Traveltriangle and Hub Holidays agent Vishal, that I didn't have to worry. Hotels were good, itinerary was well planned covering all major sightseeing and still not getting hectic. There was always a less travelling day followed by a full day sightseeing tour day. Airport pickups and drops added to the convenience, only the local travel was not covered and everything else was covered in the package. Also, the agent Vishal was always a call or message away in case we needed any help or guidance. The package cost was very reasonable compared to similar packages offered by others. Overall, it was a very well planned and personalized honeymoon trip at a very reasonable price. Rome sightseeing and Eiffel Tower visit were the two best experience on the trip.

City tour of Rome was booked wrongly (hop-on hop-off bus), not guided for the bus pick-up points, ended up missing the Vatican tour due to this. Also, report back appointment at Italy embassy was not booked even after being told making us take another leave at work on a weekday for embassy visit.

it was mixed bag as promised / agreed points were met fully at one place of stay but were not met at other place of stay. overall satisfactory experience which could have been better , if all the expectations as agreed /promised would have been delivered.

The trip was good however there were a few things that I would like to highlight. 1) The first 2 hotel quality was not up to the mark, there were some basic services that were missing like food service, basic amenities like toothbrush and shaving kit. The location of the hotels was good though. The third hotel was up to the mark and the best one. Regarding flights, the return flight had a 7 hour layover which was very uncomfortable. Also, there was tourist tax on hotel stay in Rome which was not included in the package and had to be paid separately. Overall the experience was good and all tour guides and cab services reported on time which was exceptionally good

Mr. Neeraj from Travel funda is extremely knowledgeable. All the aspects were planned to perfection. The value for money principle was very extremely well thought of. We got the biggest bang for the buck because of which we were able to visit so many places in just 9 days at a moderate package price. I just wish the weather was better. Eiffel tower, louvre museum, pantheon, opera garnier and versailes Palace in paris are a must. Should not be missed at any cost. In Switzerland, we covered most of the mountains such as pilatus, rigi, titlis, jungfraujoch and murren. All are incredible places which cannot be forgotten over lifetime.
