We booked a premier suite in Hotel George by saffron in Diera. It's nothing fancy. But the view from the room was good and deserves brownie points. The carpets were shabby and hallway had a constant damp smell. There was a bathtub in the washroom which was not usable. Advantage was the location. 2 min walk from Abra station and metro station. So connectivity gets full score. I was a little disappointed with the drivers except for Captain Mohammad. He was the only one who respected our time and made sure he picked us up on the exact timing that he mentioned. Remaining drivers were sloppy. 30 to 40 minutes waiting was a minimum on the mornings from hotel. We were asked to get ready and wait at the lobby at 8.45 only to be picked up at 9.30 or even later. What a waste of time!!! Also, we booked tickets to Abu Dhabi & Ferrari world, where we were not informed earlier that Formula Rossa (World 's fastest roller coaster) has been closed since January. Had I been told earlier, I would have made better plans. Visit to Yas Island was given only 5 hrs. And guide rushed us through the city tour with only one photo stop. Hence it was more of a waste of time and money both for me. For Visit to Burj Khalifa, again lack of clear information caused unnecessary delays. Overall the itinerary could have been better planned and executed.

The hotel and it's staff members were very good. The services of local agent were fine but we have to pay additional charges at two places which should not have been charged from us . We discussed this with local agent as well but we felt the agent was a bit rude on this. The places we visited were good however Dow Cruise and BBQ in Desert Safari were not up to the mark and there were premium options for both of them which should have been provided to us. The services and support from Shashi (Travel Agent) was good and she was always there to assist though we still have to pay the additional avoidable charges for the trip.

We visited dubai with Holidays Paradise Tour And Travel ( booked via travel triangle) and it was really an incredible experience. We booked with Miraj sir and a WhatsApp group was created 1 day before the actual travel date that involved Miraj Sir/ their local dubai agent who books tickets/ and us. We loved the following: 1) Well behaved pakistani drivers :) 2) Hotel location was in meena bazaar and we could shop/eat/explore for less money 3) The tickets to the tourist attractions the next day were sent on WhatsApp the previous day 4) on time pickup and drop 5) the drivers are very cooperative and friendly 6) buffet breakfast in our hotel (grand Astoria) was delicious

Only the below feedback’s which you need to improve 1. The time spend on queues are huge and wasted almost 3.5 hours at Ferrari world and Burj. This resulted in not able to explore other places inside. 2. ⁠the combined tickets for Burj and Aquarium is unable to use as the ticket is valid only after visiting Burj. So once we came back after visiting Burj, already the time was over for aquarium. So it was wasted. 3. The van for airport pickup and drop was not sufficient for 10 pax with luggage’s. 4. ⁠The breakfast at hotel’s restaurant is cramped and no seating capacity. The tables are not cleaned properly and cutleries are not even available.

It was nice experience through TT. Everything was exactly like it was discussed before the trip. The communication was thorough throughout the trip and the drivers were always on time. One thing that I would recommend would be go give more option To the customer to choose from, the people traveling might not always have all the information of the place. So if depending upon the customer’s needs and travel type, you can recommend them options and help them customize their trip personally. Apart from this everything was awesome.
