Recently, I had the pleasure of traveling to Sri Lanka with Trip Travel Hub, and I must say it was a memorable experience. The meticulous planning ensured that our trip was smooth and enjoyable. A special mention to our tour guide, Champika, whose expertise, patience, and helpful demeanor made our journey truly exceptional. Despite traveling in a group of 14, Champika ensured everyone's needs were met and that we explored everything on our itinerary. The accommodations arranged were comfortable, and the overall experience has left me eager to return to Sri Lanka. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to this beautiful country!

All thanks to travel triangle …Our guide and driver name was Amila, he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient making sure to explain every attraction we visited with meticulous detail. A real pleasure to spend time with.Madhu-steeple tours , the trip oraganizer was always available and replied to me messages immediately. We only spent 6 days in Sri Lanka, but we felt like we managed to experience way more. Sri Lanka people are very friendly, weather it is the hotel staff, or tour guides, or a random you are meeting at the street. The food is very delicious and has many varieties, and the fruit is as fresh as you can get. I must say, the cities are extremely clean, the beaches are well maintained, people are educated and mostly all of them can Speak English Language. They are well mannered and very helpful. Overall, Sri Lanka is packed with experiences. You can do a lot there and its a must visit for everyone! Staying at taj

The hotels were okay. Ceylon City hotel in colombo had problems in washroom, queens gate hotel in mirissa missed basic amenities in room, ella flower garden room was pathetic so we had to shift the hotel in night itself. Though, the steps taken to shift the hotel was appreciable. Cheers to the support. The cab was very comfortable and good. The driver was really good In showing the places as well as behaviour. I would recommend this driver to get all the opportunities which are best for him.

WE HAVE A GREAT MEMORIES. N TOUR ABD TRAVELS GIVING BEST SERVICE TO CLIENT. SPECIALLY DRIVER IS VERY VERY GOOD PERSON AND BUS IS ALSO VERY GOOD. NADEESH WHO IS HINDI TRAVEL GUIDE AND OWNER OF N TOUR , HE IS GOOD MAN. BUT AS PER TRAVEL AGENT HE IS DOING HIS JOB PERFECTLY. HIS BEST THING IS HE CAN KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER WANT. SOME ISSUE IN SRILANKA FOR INDIAN FOOD. BECAUSE FOR 5 STAR AND 4 STAR HOTEL THEY DO NOT KNOW PROPER FOOD TEST FOR INDIAN PEOPLE. SOME OF THEM HAVE LARGE BUFFET BUT ONLY 3 TO 4 INDIAN VEG ITEMS. SO I AM SUGGEST NADEESH TO GIVE DINNER FOR INDIAN PEOPLE IN INDIAN RESTAURENT. YOU CAN ARRAGEN SAME BUFFET IN INDIAN RESTAURENT AND COST YOU SAME. SO THIS ONE IS MY OPINION. OTHERWISE ONCE MY BAD LUCK WE HAVE FINDING LEOPARD IN YALA SAFARI FOR 4 HOURS BUT I CAN NOT FIND SAME. BUT HAPPY ALL OTHER ANIMALS WE CAN SEE THEIR. IN ONE WORD YOU CAN BOOK YOUR TOUR WITH N TOUR AND TRAVELS AND THEY KNOW HOW TO SERVE TOURIST.

My family and I had an amazing 7-day holiday in Sri Lanka with Travco Adventures. The places we visited like Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, and Nuwara Eliya had the perfect atmosphere and cool weather. Our driver was very nice and showed us around the most throughout the day, taking us to temples and picturesque views. It was a unique experience that we will always remember. We will definitely be coming back to Sri Lanka and Travel Triangle for our future holidays with family and friends. Thank you for a splendid vacation!

Muhammad's 7 days trip to Sri Lanka

Overall experience was good but very uncomfortable , driver was professional, humble and knowledgeable, car was decent, though we didn’t get what we had paid for and definitely we’ll never opt for travco in future. Since my wife is in her final trimester we requested the the travel agent to cut-short our trip skipping sigriya , dambulla and bentotta and keeping 2 days at one destination so that we don’t have to hop from one hotel to another every single day. We covered colombo, kandy, nurwa elliya and ella in 8 days. But the room provided to us were not what we paid for. Both in kandy and nurwa eliyya on first day there was no view/ balcony and we were forced to adjust on day one and were provided the promised room on day 2. UpOn confirming with the hotel reception we were told that the travel agent was told about the unavailability of the room on the provided dates. He played smart, keeping us in dark and had the audacity to threaten us to cancel the trip in nurwa eliya upon complaining when it happened for the second time in nurwa eliyya. So technically we cut short 3 destinations, paid more than the initial quotation and switched rooms every single day for 8 days pretty much adding to the discomfort. Secondly, considering my wife’s pregnancy in mind we preponed the trip by one day without any change in the itinerary thereby adding extra day in colombo to rest and readily paid extra for one day accommodation plus airport transport( that was covered in trip). Travel agent said his service is from airport to airport so if we are coming one day before we’ve to pay extra for airport to colombo transfer. We paid without arguing but we strongly feel this could have been avoided. Thirdly, travel agent always increased the price by 10-15 usd saying the economic conditions in srilanka isn’t good which is clearly unprofessional. Moreover he provided the wrong booking name in all four hotels adding to the confusion.

We recently completed an awesome trip to Sri Lanka with Travel Triangle via Travco adventures. From the time of booking till the completion of the trip, our expericnece had been great. Ms. Chetana and Mr. Shanil from Travco was very flexible and helpful during the whole process. He was very prompt and patient in handling all the queries during the entire process. As soon as we landed on Colombo airport, everything was pre-arranged - Car, Driver.guide, hotels etc. We had no difficulty anywhere. Special note and thanks to our Driver cum Guide Mr. Chaminda. For the entire trip, he had been like a family member to us. We never felt we are in a different country. He knew all the places and guided us during the entire trip. He was very flexible and we could complete all the activity and places as per the itinerary. He has a great sense of patience and customer service skills. Thank you Mr. Shanil and Mr. Chaminda for making this trip a memorable one. I wish you all the very best for your future and a happy a prosperous new year.

Positive: Hotel selection was good. All tourists places were covered in itinerary Negative: Once booking was done, Agent wasnt responsive quickly for any question. Guide assigned to us did not know much . Any question asked he will ask the driver and then answer us. English was also ok. We didnt understand why they needed to assign 2 persons with us Guide + driver, both were not great. Guide did not speak and talk anything about the history or value of the place. Just use to drop at the place and ask us to go around and see but no talks regarding There was no guidance previous day or at start of the day how to manage time and where to go to cover all places. Location of the hotel was also far and there was lot of back and forth driving involved. Overall not very much satisfied for the money spent.
