Thailand trip Went for a 6 night 7 days thailand trip (2 couples) this month (feb 2024) covering Bangkok , Phuket , Krabi . The trip was planned by Mr. Nonihal and i must stay i was a bit skeptical initially ; but the kind of support we were provided before and during the trip is worth appreciating . Things were customized as per the requirement and overall it was a enjoyable trip . I think the team is doing a great job .

Thank you Team for making my trip a hassle free for which I was worried. Thanks to the entire team starting from Saket,Sahil and the WhatsApp group team members.Everyone was very supportive and their immediate response made me more comfortable .Although there was some confusion on booking which got resolved immediately. Starting from start of the trip from airport pick to end of our trip till airport drop all the transportation was on time .On hotel part Hula Hula resort at Krabi was much more better than Andakira hotel at Phuket,which could be better.What made me happy was the immediate response of the WhatsApp group team members. Once again thanks to the entire team associated with the trip .

Great family tour. Enjoyed each moment. The arrangements were good and transfers were smooth. Constant online support of the travel agent Mr Rahul was amazing. Stay hotels were good. Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket- all wonderful cities with lots of activities planned. Only a small suggestion that the traveller should should be advised about the plans at each city more in detail and that a day could be advised in each city for personal outings like in Bangkok, we hardly had time to get the feel of the city by ourselves and explore the local areas. We missed some importation areas. The day we had was planned with a wonderful Marine park activity we enjoyed thoroughly but then we had no day/ time by our own. Overall a fantastic and memorable family tour. Serene waters at Krabi

TravelTriangle gives you a good number of options. I chose Unique travels as they were offering a good price for the package I chose. I went to Phuket and Krabi from 20-26th April. I completed 4 islands tour using longtail boat, emerald pool, Phi Phi Island using Cruise by Big Boat, James Bond Islan using Longtail boat, Canoing below rocks..It was an awesome experience visiting these beautiful places. In Krabi, they had given me Timber House Resort which was awesome with great location to find Indian food and local shopping. In Phuket though they had given me Jiraporn Hill Resort which is the worst hotel I have experienced in my life and I am a frequent traveler. It has no amenities. Staff is so rude and arrogant that you want to slap them in face and get away from that hotel. When I complained about this to Unique or TravelTriangle, they went silent. I feel that they have less knowledge of hotels there or they don't care about suggesting good hotels or sharing reviews with customers. They also don't have a local guy who could help in such cases. I heard many good hotels were there in central Phuket which could have been provided as Patong beach hotels are bad but cheap. They had given the tour to a local agent who helped me at every step of the tour. So I rate that agency highly and thank Unique for arranging the tour with them. Generally Thai people are rude, impolite and lack hospitality so sometimes you feel disappointed when you don't get service despite spending money and have to face rudeness.

The travel agent required more clarity… The travel agent had called to check preference of the flight between lion air or thai air and I specifically had mentioned not to book lion air but the same was booked..the journey was really bad…the leg space was terrible..we had to travel from Bangalore to Bangkok and again to Phuket…all the floghts to and fro were budget airline which was not my ask Also i had clearly requested 4 to five star hotel however in Krabi the hotel provided was Aonang silver orchid hotel which was really dingy and bad..it was like a lodge much smaller and worst than an oyo room in India :( ..the services were very bad…we were 2 adults and a 11 year old child and i asked for a pillow and the hotel denied providing it…they were petty Rest of it was good however the flights and the hotel at Krabi were terribly dissatisfying The sightseeing places were beautiful The local transportation were nice

He handled our entire trip from flight, to rental car, to hotel to shows. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as he is. He was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. We have also used for last hotel needs and he always comes through! Highly recommend! This trip was incredible, from day one & was amazing .. Abhishek was not only responsive but also best planner for the trip. Thanks to him who made possible this unforgettable experience for first time travel with my young daughter. I will be surely recommend to all & book my future travels too with Travel Yatree only! Horizon Hotel in phuket was great best place to stay.sunda resort wat was given to us was not up to the mark pls in future dont give that property it just has outer looks n nothing else.drivers were not at all friendly.the watts app group created was not at all helpfull Karabi island were beautiful Bangkok dinner cruise was also amazing

some of the services planned can be much better if the organiser has done some deatiled study. Agent should be flexible to accomodate requests from the Traveller. We faced lot of inconvenience at big boat tour to fifi island which could have been better managed from Home country. All trips started at 7 am which was very inconvenient time specially with kids.

Stay at Ashlee Plaza Patong- Though the Hotel was in a prime location, the hotel staff were very arrogant, unfriendly and impolite. Firstly, there was not even a staff who can help us with carrying luggage. The reception folks barely understood any English. AC was not working properly in the room and when we asked about that, there was absolutely no response from them. Stay at Sunda Resorts: Staff were good but the complimentary breakfast was very horrible. Though a nice resort, it is put in a place which looks to be secluded . If one wants to come out after 6 PM, it was very scary. Stay at Bangkok: Very nice place, warm welcoming staff. Cab transfers: Overall good. Should have English speaking drivers (though mentioned in the itinerary, it was not so with all drivers) Flight transfer from Kraby to Bangkok: Could have given a better airlines. Thai Lion airways was worst. Be it flight ambiance, staff behavior, everything is poor. Another key thing is the agent/travel operator should be able to give a brief but a good info about the place and tips for preparing ourselves while visiting those places. For eg: for cruise or for a long tail boat trip, what are the necessary things that have to be carried with us, if there are kids, what is required in terms of dress, materials, docs etc. Thanks to Aditya (Travel Fireflies) for helping out in the planning. Overall a good trip!!!

A big thank you to Ganesh from Roads and Clouds for all the help in organising the trip. It was a great trip, albeit hotel Centara experience was not very good (big exhaust noise right outside door, cockroach found in one of the rooms). Surely won’t visit that again. The tours were good but for the four islands tour guide who was very very harsh and unfriendly. The phi phi island tour guide Ms suzi was amazing, and requires special mention. Would suggest Travel triangle to hire her as guide for phi phi tour packages. Overall nice services of TT. Surely would recommend their tours and again plan with them. Snorkelling and Scuba diving

We just returned from an amazing trip to Phuket and Krabi. Rohini from Travel Fireflies put together a great package for us. She incorporated almost all of our requirements and specifications and the package worked really well for us. I loved the fact that all the hotels she booked for us were close to beaches and awesome eateries. The tour guides and drivers were prompt and very helpful. The ground team was also very quick to respond to queries. Overall a great trip. However, the booking experience is something Travel Triangle could work on. After we made the payment we had to literally chase the TT spoc ( who was suddenly not answering calls) to acknowledge the receipt and send us the vouchers. We were asked to send the payment screenshots to email ids that were never mentioned in earlier mail trails. So I guess with some stream lining of the post payment procedure the overall experience would have been great.
