Trip has been good; traveler(s) is advised to carry ready to cook meals as some of the hotels have timings for ordering food; good to keep small meals handy to pass-it-off especially with kid(s). 1-2 Hotels wasn't upto the mark, namely; Deysal Noora @ Bomdila and Kutmadan @Cherrapunjee (Small rooms with not so good hygiene & too off-beat location that the driver couldn't understand the location) Rest the trip has been a great getaway especially Arunachal-Tawang (Olden day's Tibet) There's hardly anything in Dirang and Bomdila. P.S.: Book a helicopter ride from Tawang to Guwahati than 2 days extensive car rides (Suggestion)

First of all, I would like to thank the entire Itvaar team for the booking experience and execution. Special appreciation for Nikita for the suggestions regarding itinerary and selection of perfect hotels for our stay. She was in constant touch even during our travels. Secondly, I would like to mention Raju bhaiyya who was our driver for the entire trip. His car was in excellent condition. His driving was well suited for the terrain of Arunachal Pradesh. Absolutely nothing to complain about his services. Thirdly, the car allocated to us for Bumla Pass was perfect. Mr Nima, the driver, was well informed and took care of this trip perfectly. Overall, the trip was well planned and modified as per our requirements. There were absolutely no hidden charges and no untoward surprises on the entire trip. Our first stop at Kanoka Village Resort was a beautiful property on a tea estate. Even Though it was remote it had all the amenities of a four star property. We would have enjoyed another day here just to relax. The Dirang Boutique was a nice and cosy property, impressively managed by an all woman team. The food could have been a bit better. Tawang Heights was also a perfectly located property near Tawang market. The food quality was excellent. Hotel Grand at Bomdilla was a pit stop. The rooms here were the best till here. The food served was also perfect. Lastly, the Kaziranga experience was extraordinary. Borgos resort is an exclusive resort with multiple restaurants. Loved it especially after a long stay in the mountains. They served authentic Assamese food which was delicious. Mr Rudra arranged the safari trips for us with no hidden charges.Kaziranga National Park was an out of the world experience. The famous one horned Rhinos were abundantly sighted. Travelled to Tawang and included Kaziranga in the itinerary. Hotels and the cabs booked by TravelKutir were really good, felt worth the cost. The arrangements and coordination was good that we did not have to worry about anything mentioned in the Inclusions list. Simply Brilliant!! Thanks a lot Tanuka, thanks a lot Expervia Travels!! Tanuka helped us right from start of enquiry of the trip, to selection of appropriate hotels itinerary etc, to giving us very good driver Pranjal, calling us during trip to check on how things were going. Very nicely done. Few things like the staff of Hotel Yangzom in Tawang were not that great, we would have loved to spend 2 days at Nameri Eco Camp but Tanuka had suggested only a day. But apart from this everything went smoothly, everything was pre-booked and well managed. Thanks once again Tanuka for everything. Hope you continue with this standard of service in future as well. IORA Resort in kaziranga is awesome, worth staying 3-4 days. Safaris are too good.

What went well 1) the car was brand new and very comfortable. The driver was experienced in navigating difficult roads and knew the terrain well 2) Both Arunachal and Assam were beautiful places with great weather and exciting topography What could have been improved 1) The trip was jam packed with lots of 5-6 hours a day trip and one night stays in hotels. In my view, a slightly different itenary where we could removed places like Tezpur and Bomdila and included longer stays in Nameri and Dirang would have made the journey more comfortable 2) Quality of hotels varied widely. Ariyaan Athithya in Guwahati, Awoo resort in Dirang and Eco park in Nameri were great. Royal Regency in Tezpur was atrocious quality. We stayed the longest in Tawang but Tayatha was ill equipped - too small room, no hot water in the bathroom, sub standard service and bad quality food. Unfortunately, the best hotels were in Dirang and Nameri but we stayed only 1 night 3) The driver was cutting corners with regards to sight seeing and seemed more interested in reaching the place and retiring early

Hema and Sanjay from North East Vacations were supporting me for the whole plan of my north east vacation. They both were very supportive. Helped me with all my queries, made the customisation the way I wanted. Hotels were average but staff there was very very good. Car (Innova) and driver was with us for the all 10 days from airport to airport and he was very nice. Showed us all the places, followed the instructions politely and was supportive overall. We all reached Mumbai airport on 18th night by 9-30 pm. Our total tour experience was very nice. We all enjoyed pleasure through out the tour. We appreciate your tour program and arrangements & thank you & your team for your kind support. Only the last day stay at Guwahati hotel was not up to the mark. There was no cafeteria in this hotel, ventilation is not proper to rooms & congested. Remaining all hotels accommodation s where nice. Due to Early sun set by 5.00pm. we get less time for sightseeing. We all enjoyed the total tour program very nicely. All locations were nice. We all will have very Sweet memories for everything for ever.
