When we (as a family) thought of visiting Vietnam & Cambodia we had not much idea how to plan the places and where we need to start. Enter Hannah (from Viet Aurora Travel) who was simply amazing to chart out a decent itinerary for us. Hannah is a lovely human being and her passion and sincerity in providing us support with the entire itinerary is truly commendable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minh. Thereafter to Cambodia (Angkor Wat, Tonle Sap and other wonderful temple tours). We had requested for multiple changes, adjustments, queries, lot of clarifications and Hannah was simply patient and very very prompt to answer every questions. Not only she designed a super itinerary but did follow-ups each time and ensuring there we no hurdles at any point of our journey. For example when we had to start very early in the morning for a tour visit, Hannah had called up the Hotel authorities and packed breakfast for us. This kind of commitment and service were fantastic. The tour guides, the hotels, cabs that were chosen were excellent. More than the scenic places, its the people and their warm culture that made us feel very comfortable and memorable. Special mention to tour guides (Mr. Chung in Halong bay), Ms. Tweny (Cu-Chi, Mekong delta) and Mr. Khoun Vuthy (entire Cambodia) who was a gem of a person. Thank you Travel Triangle, this is my second experience with you and you have not disappointed. Thank you once again for creating wonderful memories for my family.

We had a 7 day family trip of 8 adults and 2 kids with svietnam travels. Our travel agent Jenna was great and very helpful. However, there were a few shortcomings. Overall rating of 3.5/5 Pros 1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!

Overall, had a pretty good trip of Vietnam & Cambodia with family with assistance from Ms. Megha of Travel Triangle and Ms. Sophie from Bamboo Hat tours. A few suggestions for improvement: 1) Maintain punctuality for pick up for daily tours 2) Surprisingly, basic necessity when it is hot outside, a bottles of plain drinking water of 330 ml are charged exorbitantly at shops in Vietnam and Cambodia. Suggest ensure that at least 2 bottles of water per person are provided during whole day tour. 3) Found cost of food items and articles (eg. bamboo fabric) sold at some of the places visited during the sight seeing tour are too high. We ended up, paying approx. 3 times the normal price for a bamboo fabric shawl. Suggest warn the tourists to avoid getting looted. 4) Though guides speak English, the drivers who come to pick and drop don't. At Hanoi, returning from Halong Bay, we were asked to get down at a wrong place far away from our hotel. Had a tough time showing our right hotel on the map and explaining to the driver. 5) The vehicle for about 4 hours drive from Halong Bay to Hanoi had very narrow seats. A larger vehicle with broader seats would make the journey comfortable. 6) Ensure bookings are confirmed and held valid by the hotels and customers are provided the same class of rooms booked or promised. This may cause lot of inconvenience to tourists, especially during peak season. We had some problems at Hanoi.

Our 9 Day trip was very professionally planned and very well managed. From the start travel triangle agent Ms. Kanchan and S Vietnam agent Ms. Jenna were full co operative by providing each and every information before booking the trip. Whenever we were reaching to any city the cab and assistance were on time and very responsive team in all cities have guided us. The tour was very well planned. The guides provided during the trip were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tour guide Xin in Da Nang was too good. The accommodation provided during the trip was top class and best. The cruise night was best. We were travelling with infants and tour was planned very well that we never felt any difficulties. We loved the coffee from Vietnam. We loved our trip too much that we are still missing those days. I will suggest everyone to book with S Vietnam and travel triangle. Even our agent provided us gift which was very sweet. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam and the trip was organised fairly well. Apart from 2 bad experiences. I will list them down, but first happy experiences. Our trip was for 9 days and we had traveled with our 5 year old daughter. So everything was customised as per her interest. Mr Tony from wonderscape was very helpful in understanding our requirements and arranging the trip accordingly. A big thanks to him for a very friendly attitude throughout the booking and trip duration. I would definitely recommend to choose wonderscape if any of you plan your trips in the future. Now 2 not so happy experiences: 1. Our pickup on the day of arrival was delayed. We reached Hanoi at 2:30 Am, but there was no pick up person. We had to wait for almost 90 min to be picked and dropped to the hotel. As we were tired and no sleep, it was a difficult time to manage our kid at that time. However, I appreciate Mr Tony for answering my call at midnight and arranging for a pick up. This shows their commitment. 2. We had booked a boutique cruise for a luxury experience. However, the bathroom we got had water drainage issues and the entire bathroom got flooded, this was a bad experience. Unfortunately the cruise crew did not do much even after bringing this to their notice. Apart from these 2 issues, we had a very plesent trip overall. Thanks to Tony once again.
