          The trip was good and overall it was a pleasant experience. Except for the cab driver who was not cooperative and didn't inform us about the locations and the local cab pricing. The people in Kashmir are sweet-spoken but, they do charge exorbitantly for every service/product and, you need to be good enough to bargain as the price quotes were almost 10x more than reasonable. The RoadToTrip agent - Pankaj Giri was very helpful and available when needed but, contacting him at every location was not feasible. The hotel and cab arrangements were well-managed.

          I Had booked my trip through Travel Home. I had travelled solo to Kashmir, but Kashmir never left me alone. To be honest I did not come to Kashmir carrying any kind of "fear of the unknown" that we usually associate with Kashmir. I had left it to the place and its people about how they make me feel. And now if I have to speak about Kashmir, I can just go on and on. The trip was neatly done per my preference. Right from Mr. Meer to my driver Mr. Aizaz, to all my local guides who I came in touch with, never did they ever make me regret to be in Kashmir. I spent considerable time with Mr. Aizaz as he ferried me from one destination to another. He surely is informative. He took me to the Ahdoo's when I wanted to taste the Kashmiri wazwan. And also suggested places where I could shop. I loved every minute of my stay. The hotels right from Srinagar to Gulmarg to Pahalgam were right on the money and worth it.           Right from the booking's to the coordinations with each and everything Miss Rizwana was there with us. The coordination was just not limited till the booking was done but also while we were on the trip and even after it. Our ticket agent Anees was helpful and polite too to help us with all the cancelling and rebooking that suited our timetable. COMING TO THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP WAS MR ZAKIR… our guide/driver, our trip wouldn’t be so great without him he made sure to be present everywhere, every time whenever we needed him, his passion for his work and memanawazi can be seen every time! Unfortunately my husband fell off the horse in Pahalgam and I don’t know what would we have done without Zakir bhai, he took us to the hospital, stood in the que did all the billings and never asked/took a penny even if we forced him and tried to give him. Excellent Hospitality 3. Up-gradation of car from Toyota Etios to Toyota Innova without any additional cost. 4. Well-mannered and cultured staff at Anarkali Houseboat @ Dal Lake, Hotel Divine Inn @ Sonamerg 5. Very good service and guidance from Innova Driver Mr. Farook Ahmed Inconvenience: 1. Faced little inconvenience at the time of check in at Anarkali Houseboat on arrival early morning. It was told to us that check -in time was on 12 pm where-in we arrived at 7.30 am. But with little patience and waiting we were able to check-in at 10 am in the morning. -Travel Triangle should ensure this clause of check-in well in advance to customers so that they can book their flight timing accordingly. 2. Accommodation at Lidder Resorts @Pahalgam was not good. Neither room nor the food nor the service. It was unhygienic experience. Travel Triangle & Fortune Holidays: Please do not include such accommodations in your itinerary. Areas of Improvement for Anarkali Houseboat: Veg Dinner should include Paneer Dish every night. Also there is scope of improvement as far Delicious ness of food in concerned. Overall happy with the tour and have lot of fond memories.
