I traveled to Bhutan for 8 days along with 3 more family members which included 13 YO kid and 70+YO mother. Booking with travel triangle was very comfortable and appreciable. While the experience inside Bhutan was very good, be it in terms of hotels, cab, driver, guide, etc. but it was equally horrifying inside India. At the Bagdogra Airport, the cab driver kept sitting inside the cab and was giving directions to us to search and reach out to him. The cab was dirty and the driver didn’t bother to clean it at all. The cab AC started to cool only after about an hour after the cab left behind Siliguri. While coming back from Jaigaon to Bagdogra, the cab was changed from Innova to Ertiga without our knowledge and consent. However, the worst came when the Ertiga driver refused to switch the AC on saying that he’s not getting enough so as to switch on the AC. After a lot of commotion, and a call to Nitesh, the travel agent, the cab driver switched the AC on. We were still left to get one more surprise, the driver was driving extremely rash. I would long to forget the cab experience within West Bengal. Bhutan driver, guide, scenic beauty and Bhutanese people - all were amazing. Would love to go there again, but by taking direct flight to Paro, even though it’s costly, but worth it.

Fantastic Trip. Driver, Ugyen was excellent ! Helped us with all our wishes, be it finding the right place to eat or shop or visit (based on our requests). Guide was good. Hotels were good and extremely clean (like in all parts of Bhutan) ! Bhutanese are very nice people , respectful and helping. In fact, we felt pampered during our 10 day tour. We followed the itinerary and made minor modifications based on our pref. If there is one improvement area - I would say Gaikling Guest House, Phobjikha did not have hot water in the bathroom, when we visited. Learn there was a power problem the previous day due to heavy snowfall causing disruption. However, we did have had room heaters, lights and food was available in the restaurant. Staff was very courteous too and apologetic for non-availability of hot water in bathroom. Overall a very nice experience !!
