Trip to Sri Lanka
In general, the trip was very good with the exception of the last 2 stops. In Bentota, the weather was not good to do sea sports and the sea was not swimmable, which led us to do other unplanned activities. I know that the weather factor is not within your capacity to control; however, I remember that I made my concern very clear to the travel agent through our whatsApp chats that the weather might not be good and if it would be better to reroute. It is worth noting that the whole area did not have much tourists and the hotels were almost deserted, which is an indicator that it was not the proper season to visit the Sri Lankan western coast. In the last stop, although the plan was to visit Negombo, we were accommodated in a village that is 30-min away from the city center, which was not convenient to visit the city properly.Trip to Australia

I immensely thank Mr. Prashant Daroch & Mr. Shubham Gupta for having taken keen interest and booked out tickets meticulously, our Hotel bookings were done taking into consideration the closest distance from the station, so that it was within the walking distance, the guided tours and also the pick up from the Airport in Rome, the trip to Amalfi Coast covering Ravello, Positano & Sorrento, guided tour to Pompeii from Naples, the tour to Pisa from Florence were superb. All the inter city transfers were booked by trains & there was never a hitch i.e., transfer from Rome to Naples, Naples to Florence, Florence to Padova. Even the "Hop-on & Hop-off" bus tickets were booked in Rome and it was very convenient way of seeing the place at your convenience & added convenience was that the boarding & ending points were close to our Hotel (within walking distance). The Hotels booked were very good and made our stay comfortable in every way be it food, the cleanliness & a always ambience. Mr. Prashant & Mr. Shubham were always very courteous & did their best to help us out with our itinerary , tickets, hotel booking, tours, train tickets etc and also my invoices were provided. Our Italy trip of 10 days i.e 3-nights rome, 3-nights florence , 2-nights in venice, 2 nights in milan was good. The hotel location of Milan could have been better, although it was close to the main Milan train station the area wasn't good and safe as per the receptionist of the hotel, even we could feel the same when we used to go out. One day hop-on hop-off service should have been provided in Milan in the package. There's nothing much to explore in Milan, I would suggest instead of Milan a country side destination should have been added like the amalfi coast. If we get an early train like 9:00 Am from rome to florence than 2 nights are enough in florence as venice is so pretty we felt instead of 3 night in florence we should have got 3-nights in venice. The sim card which was provided had alot of internet connection issues. The experience was good overall and we enjoyed our trip.Trip to Thailand
We booked a trip to Phuket and our first point of contact from Unique Travelz was Sunaina. She made sure that we get the best quotation based on our requirements. She was on point with all the details that I wanted for the trip. From airport-hotel-hotel-airport, sightseeing and all the arrangements done were on point. The drivers were available on time for the airport pick up and drop. Our Itinerary was very simple and was arranged properly through Unique travelz. Ankita from UT ensured that all our requests were taken into consideration. One disappointment was that no prior information was shared with us explaining the sightseeing places and the cost about that. Like when traveling to Phi-Phi islands we were told that national park fee is excluded and we will have to pay it there. But it's not just the National park fee, we also had to purchase tickets for the big boat. No information shared are different classes in the big boat. If we had prior information, instead of waiting at the pier we could have directly bought the Gold class ticket (which we didn't get as it was full house). Similarly, there are other options as well to travel to phi phi islands like a speed boat, private Yacht, etc. All this information could have been passed to us up front. We only booked the sightseeing tour with the agency. Hotels and flights were booked on our own. Overall the experience was wonderful and the agency was prompt with our requests.Trip to Australia

Phubjika Valley and Tigers nest were the most beautiful places apart from Timphu, Punakha and Paro. Suman Rai was an exceptional guide and so was the driver Jombay. Being an Australian Citizen, the tour fees were very high for me, however is worth of it at the end. Wherever we visited we noticed people are so nice and friendly. Many within the Team are dog lovers and noticed them so good to welcome the visitors at every place. They perhaps very well represent the humbleness of Bhutan. Hotel staff are very friendly. Really satisfied with the trip! All the hotels provided had pretty good location. Rohit from Hubholiday was very active throughout all stages of the trip,right from planning the itinerary to the very end .
