We were on our honeymoon, our bookings were made by ALS destinations. Overall experience was great, from online booking till our return trip from Bali & Singapore. One issue was with my "romantic candle light dinner" at Queens (Bali) which was just a "normal dinner" (reduced star ratings because of this experience) didn't like it at all. Except this everything went smooth and as per the plan. Our initial stay at Umar Villa, Ubud was awesome (highly recommended)!!! Also, I would like to mention about our driver Suwantara Wayan, who is not just a good driver but also a good photographer, we just loved his company. At last, I would recommend travel triangle for any international vacation one may plan from India; the staff (Pooja, Bhoomika, Manpreet) were quick to respond all our queries. Even the cab driver was polite but never came with us for photography or guidance (as told by our Indian agent that he will act as a local guide for us). Our trip to Bali was amazing. It was time well spent with family. Firstly, Kudos to Ms. Tapasya Dudeja for helping us throughout the package. She curated a package with so much love and included each and every activity or local sightseeing that I had requested. Moreover, she also suggested a few amazing places in her knowledge that we were not aware of. Thanks Tapasya!! Our trip started with a warm welcome at the airport with flowers and drink. We stayed at different hotels in Kuta and Ubud. Both the hotels were amazing, giving us a warm and comfortable stay. The credit again goes to Tapasya for helping us select the hotels. Each activity was well performed. However, the day trip to NUSA PENIDA ISLAND was wasted because of the BALI DOLPHIN TEAM. They kept the fast boat in the middle of water for around 2 hours, not allowing anyone to go to the shore. They claimed for the water to be not clear and hence no activity like Snorkeling was carried out whereas other people were seen enjoying the water sports. This wasted a lot of time and we could not enjoy the beach and visit all the places on the Island. Moreover, on our return journey, the fast boat was out of fuel. So, we were again in the middle of water for another hour. Also, on the day of Scuba, the BALI DOLPHIN team was claiming for the tides to be high but after a lot of talking, they were convinced to go for Scuba. Bali Swing is a must visit place. Apart from this, we enjoyed every activity thoroughly. Kudos to our driver Mr. Made from Indo Jaya Travels. He is a nice man and showed us around Bali very well. He did not hesitate at all to take the extra mile to make us happy. Cheers to the team! Thanks for a memorable trip!!

This was an amazing experience as this was our first international trip and we did not face any hassles roaming around as we have been provided with Private cab and the driver was on time. One feedback or recommendation we can give is that, next time on provide cab drivers who can also be a tour guide as we didnt find much of history around. Also, the romantic candle light wasnt romantic and it was a very average dinner near beach, the food was also not good. Do ensure you avoid these for future travels. Do not prefer Golden Daffodil restaurant. Best memories are water sports, Ubud Villa experience & Uluwatu temple
