Prachi's 7 days trip to Singaporewe had a great trip , very well coordinated...singapore and bintan (indonesia). would surely recommend travel triangle.
Deepeka's 5 days trip to BaliTravel triangle was really amazing. I had booked my honeymoon trip to Bali (Indonesia)with The Desi Yatri and had a great experience. Sagar was the one who helped us in the entire process of booking, he gave us a good plan for our trip and was responsible and considered every small things, we never had any issues during the trip.
Rihaan's 7 days trip to BaliI really loved the service provided by the team in Indonesia. Our driver Mr. Arif was so kind and helpful but our Thailand trip was not as cool as Indonesia. We found it difficult to deal with Thailand agent and driver. Driver was not polite. Enjoyed all the places and arrangements in Indonesia.
Peeyush's 11 days trip to BaliWe had planned a family vacation with our toddler to Indonesia, traveling from Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Nusa Dua , Bali... It was a great 12 days vacation and pretty much everything went as planned. On a daily basis, all our transfers and tours were there with us on time and contacted us as planned. Special appreciation for Mr. Anmol who was ensuring regularly if everything is going as planned and was always available to sort out anything that needed coordination. I would have had neutral feedbacks for the trip, it was mainly due to him I would rate it Extremely satisfied.
Menta Chanukya Gupta
Menta's 4 days trip to KeralaKerala trip was OK but not the best one as i experienced with the travel Mania team and with the cab driver as well . The trip was not that much expected due to Heavy rains in August first 10 days....the very 1st day wasted totally by spending in cab due to flood type of conditions that too we are in middle of Munnar, due to that entire trip was changed all of a sudden, ghat section roads are covered with landslides and tree slides. finally we cancelled the Munnar trip and went to Alleppey by eod. But travel guys didnt give proper info regarding to the hotels as the plan changed, and they are asking extra charges around 3.5 K due to plan changes and cancellations of the munnar hotel...due to the change happened in itenary. the 2nd day was House boat, that god here also bit rainy but safe.....boat was not that much expected ...its like very old but cook (as we are purely vegetarian) and boat driver was good . and the very 3rd day reached trivendram around 3pm, we saw padmanabha swamy temple and museums...night staying at kovalam . the next day(4th day) it was totally wasted as we have plenty of time to go for side seeing in Trivendram (as we have a 1 year old baby) there is some thing called Magic planet its just 28 KM from trivendram. here driver was not at all OK as he is saying it was not in the itanary. he is arguing with us like u can call to ur travel guys as its not in itanary.....so i called to travel guys and they are charging 1K extra amount for the site seeing. ( last time we went to BALI( indonesia) driver showed so many places without hesitating any thing that too not in Itanary as well) . am not understanding how lazy people are there in our society to show the side seeings ....driver is not at all helpful here . . we have flight at 9:30 PM, so we have lot of time from morning 11AM to evening 7 PM. Finally we are asking to driver atleast go to Padmanabha swamy temple one more time. for this also he is not OK and saying that as per the itanary we have to show the surroundings only once not twice in same area and location.
Akhil's 6 days trip to BaliI booked an itinerary for Bali Indonesia under the guidance of Apurva Choudhary and it was a very good experience. All the sections of itinerary went very smoothly and Apurva was in regular touch with me for any kind of help or support. Thankyou for the guidance.
Praneeth's 6 days trip to BaliI had a good experience booking a trip with Travel Triangle. But I feel, the travel advisers must have basic knowledge about the visa formalities of all countries. We were travelling to Indonesia that has a Visa on arrival facility but we though of visiting Malaysia as well and booked a flight with long lay-over. As communicated by travel adviser, there is a transit facility available in Malaysia. Unfortunately, when we arrived at KLIA2 airport, they refused to provide us transit stating that we are not eligible for the same. We had no other option and waited in the airport for many long hours. Other than this, we haven't faced any issue and we are very happy for such hassle free trip.
Ayushi's 6 days trip to AustraliaI planned a trip to Bali- Indonesia along with my BFF, previously we thought of managing things by ourselves but later we changed the plan as we wanted to have a luxury one, we opted for 4 nights and 5 day package and after comparing itinerary from different travel groups we settled down with travel triangle and I must say we made a right decision. From receiving us at Airport to making us visit best of tourists spots, everything was well planned. It was really a good trip with travel triangle, the best of everything was arranged for us. Driver and cabs were good too. Thanks to each and every person who took efforts to make this trip comfortable and special for us spending the night at private pool villa. Enjoying Nusa penida island and Bali swing.
Srivastava's 7 days trip to BaliOverall bad experience. I will not recommend anyone for traveltringle. If somehow anyone is going with you guys. I will suggest them to keep these things in mind. 1. Always follow the guidelines mentioned in the given doc. Because We are not going to spend the holiday. we are going to Mars mission. The driver can't stay more than 10 minutes in the lobby. He will leave you there. After that, you have to beg to come to him. ( It was said by U & I coordinator.) I was punctual so no problem for me. 2. Read carefully the instructions mentioned in the Doc. Because Sometimes the written thing is not clear. Like They told me your driver will be your guide. Always listen to him. But my suggestion will be always synced with the service provider. Because in the end they will call you ... We have informed you earlier. 3. The best thing with travletringle is their support team. They are very quick. They are always available (24*7). And the support team members are very good in there JOB. Their job is to convince the client that you are the reason for each and every problem. For details go to daywise feedback. 4. Don't believe what travletringle's agent is saying. Always check the google map for where you are staying and where you are going to visit your day. Because you can end up like me (4-5 hours traveling a per day). Day 1: No issue. Day 2: 20th May 2019 Transfer From Grand Mirage – Benoa to Sanur (Pick up time in the Hotel Lobby 0700 – 0715 AM) Feedback: I went to the lobby at 7.02 Am. The driver was not there so I told hotel staff to call me whenever driver comes. I waited for upto 8.15 and didn't get any call. After that, i pinged Indian's agent for that. They talked to Bali's agent. Then the Bali's agent called me and said that the driver came to the hotel at 7 and was waiting for me in the parking. you didn't show up at 7.15 so he went. How the hell I will know that he is waiting for me in the parking ? okay. Somehow they swap my 21st program to 20th. So no issue. So we visited this place. "FULL DAY KINTAMANI FOLLOWED UBUD ART ON PRIVATE BASIS" Day3. Transfer: From Grand Mirage – Benoa to Sanur (Pick up time in the Hotel Lobby 0700 – 0715 AM) Departure Details: 0830 AM at Sanur Bali (Check in Time 0800 AM) Arrival Details: 0900 Hrs at Pakeh Harbor Excursion: FULL DAY NUSA PENIDA TOUR (PACKAGE A2) BY CITRA PENIDA REKREASI ON PRIVATE BASIS Type: ON PRIVATE BASIS One day tour to Nusa Penida by Speed Boat from Sanur will give you an experience you will never forget. Nusa Penida is a secluded island located southeast of Bali. Once you arrive in Nusa Penida – Pakeh Harbor we precede go to Broken Beach. Broken Beach or Pasih Uug in Nusa Penida place is very calm and comfortable because it is situated far from residential areas. This is very unique beach; there is a big natural pool, with about a hundred meters in diameter. The pool was found because of the broken clift (land). Angel's Billabong often called Angel of Nusa Penida is located at Sompang not to far from Pasih Uug (broken beach). The beauty of Angel's Billabong is visible from the cliffs are beautiful and have a meeting estuarine water clear beaches that appear greenish. Nusa Penida has so many amazing views making it hard to pick a favorite. But when the cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd favorite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger on the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular. Included: Snorkeling at Pontoon. Transfer: Proceed to Pakeh Harbor to Sanur Should reach at Pakeh Harbor Before 1600 Hrs Departure Details: 1500 Hrs at Pakeh Harbor (Check in Time 1430 PM) Feedback: Driver came at 7. we reached Sanur. They have assigned one person for the FULL DAY NUSA PENIDA TOUR. Tour started at 10.00 AM with "sharing basis". In my itinerary, it is mentioned on a private basis. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer In the return journey from the NUSA PENIDA 1st AC stopped. 2nd Vehicle Brokedown 3rd We switched to different Vehicle. This 2nd vehicle was not staring so we have given a push to start it. so it has taken 2 hours. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer So because of their fault, we have reached at Pakeh Harbor at 3 PM. But according to the description above, I should have completed all things before 2.30 PM and has to check in the boat at 3 PM. It didn't happen according to plan. In my itinerary "Snorkeling at Pontoon" was included. And the time was [5 to 15 minutes]. And I want to mention it for the snorkeling I have paid 10k to travel triangle when I was included that. So after taking lunch at 3 PM, we went for snorkeling at 3.45PM. An instructor who is responsible for completing this activity denied for snorkeling. Because of the time delay. we almost begged him for this activity. It was like we are responsible for the dealy. After so much request he agreed for 2 minutes. For 2 minutes we have done that. At the name snorkeling, I was in one place for 2 minutes. I was not displaced from one place to another because the Instructor was not interested. So I wanted a full refund for that ? (But I know you guys don't care.) ---->> Please Answer Because of the delayed boat left at 3 PM. And we waited for 2.5 hrs for another boat. Another boat came and finally we reached hotel room at 8 PM. we should have returned at 5 PM. 4th Day: 22nd May 2019 Excursion: FULL DAY BEDUGUL LAKE TOUR FOLLOWED BY TANAH LOT TOUR ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON: PRIVATE BASIS ETD: 1000 Hrs ETA: 1900 Hrs Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will explore the Bedugul area to visit the Ulun Danu Temple - a beautiful temple on the banks of Beratan Lake. The weather here is very pleasant. Thereafter proceed to the most photographed monument of Bali – the famous Tanah Lot Temple - built on the top of a rock in the ocean. Tanah Lot temple was built in the 11th century, supposed to be the Golden age of Hinduism in Indonesia. Experience one of the most awesome sunsets in the entire Indian Ocean at this site. Feedback: Driver was friendly. He told us he will pick us at 11.30 instead of 10 AM. We agreed. he came at 11.30 it was 2.5 hrs journey to reach the visiting point. It went well. No issue. Just wanted to highlight driver told us he will pick us at 11.30 and we agreed. We were punctual. 5th Day: 23rd May 2019 Meal Plan: Breakfast at Hotel, Romantic Candle Light Dinner at Hongxing Beach on Private Basis Feedback: It was pathetic. For the dinner, we have already mentioned that we don't want to egg an fish. And they agreed. Even we were happy with fruit salad and rice. But on the name Indonesian veg food, they served us rice with egg vegetable curry with eggs. So just wanted to ask travel tringle's agent. Bali's people don't know the meaning of Indian veg. But you guys know what is the meaning of Indian veg. You should have told us earlier. At the beach this type of meal is available. you guys ruined the dinner. How this is my fault? I am trying to figure out. ---->> Please Answer 6th Day: 24th May 2019 Excursion: SUNSET DINNER CRUISE BY BOUNTY ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON PRIVATE BASIS ETD ETA 1615 hours 2100 hrs There’s no better way to spend a balmy tropical evening than on a beautiful evening Dinner Cruise. As the sun goes down you set off on a relaxing cruise around the harbor. Take in the cool night air on the top deck, be entertained by live musical entertainers at the bridge deck, savor a delicious international buffet dinner, then dance the night away at the disco or enjoy our live cabaret show onboard. It is definitely a treat for all age groups especially the honeymooners. All in all a a memorable evening at the Sunset dinner cruise will always make you nostalgic in the future. Meal Plan: Breakfast at Hotel, Sunset Dinner Cruise By Bounty On Private Basis Accommodation: Kubu Manggala – Seminyak Feedback: First of all here nothing is written check-in time at 6 PM like the NUSA PENIDA TOUR (check in at 8 AM and 2.30 PM).If you will reach after 6 cruise will leave. And I have told earlier. Nobody has informed us like that. The driver came at 4.20 to pick us. We asked him to wait for some time. He didn't mention that we have to reach before 6. otherwise I would have left the vill earlier. we left the villa at 5.05 or 5.10 PM. Due to traffic, we missed the cruise. And whole blame come to us. So for this event, I will take full responsibility because you will say starting time was 4.15 PM. And then I will say that I asked the driver to wait and he willingly agreed. He should have mentioned the consequence of delay. But you guys will not agree for that. Because you are trained for that to make sure all the fault should go to the client. So please read the feedback carefully. And Do the needful.
