Though we have paid everything in advance, but almost local tickets were not booked in advance, which result in waiting for more than an hour, further we need to shorten our trip at few places . We have also complained about this to Kalpana agent but action was taken. The booked tickets for swing , was of below avg, just to include the Bali swing, they have included it, it was just a small children swing. We have to rebook our own swing. Stay at hotel a ubud .

The resorts, hotels, private transfer and the driver was all very good. But I was very upset with the travel agent. The WhatsApp group created a hell lot of confusion. The contact details of the driver was sent wrongly to us, which made us wait in the airport for almost an hour. Every information given by the group wasn't right. The spa and the candle light dinner was exceptional. The breakfast provided was amazing. The guide for the Mt Batur trek was very friendly and helpful. The driver was very good and friendly.
