        Phuket arrangement is good. Honeymoon supplement is in itneray but not actually available. After reaching India they told us that we have to ask to hotel persons but not guide at the initiation of tour. Karabi: There are Power Cut in Mid Night from 2 AM to 4 AM in resort. No alternate arrangement of power at resort. We are not able to sleep due to darkness and hot summer night without AC or Fan. Karabi to bangkok. They have arrange flight of Viatjet where they not allowed any baggage check in. We are not aware of that and we have to pay 867 bat for checking luggage. The travel agent told that they have arrange one check in baggage complimentary but not clearly told to us and there are communication gap. At Bangkok airport: delay of one hour in our pick up as no pick send by bangkok team at schedule time at 11.00 AM. They did'nt answer our watsup messages. We are waiting and searching our name card person for one hour. On last day at Bangkok: our schedule pickup is at 8 AM for Safari World Howerver, actual pick up done at 9.40 AM, We are waiting like fool at hotel lobby. reached late by 2 hours at SAFARI world and miss two shows. Further they have attached us to another group and their leader ask to come out at 3.00 PM to visit safari by VAN. We follow his instruction as foolish persons and come out at 3 PM with missing a star war show. However, their group has not came out and they will came out after 4 PM and we are waiting for same. by this miss management of Bangkok team., we have missed 3 evening show of safari world. After that they ask to come out from van as we are coming by taxi and they will arrange taxi. at ticket counter of safari world round trip by van they ask for ticket and we have further follow Bangkok team and not reply of our watsup msg. We feel that we have pay for full day and get enjoyment for half day. In return from Safari world to Hotel it takes 3 hours as no express way tole payment arrange in tour so we have to waist our time on roads of bangkok. We feel that entire last day of trip has gone waist.

        Both the hotels- sea sun sand and eastin were good. The phuket city tour did not cover the spots as per decided itenarary. Also there was no stop for lunch which was not expected. Overall the experience was decent. Could have been better if the reality met the planned items.

Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our gulet crew truly cared about us, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: from neolithic archaeological sites to medieval castles, from swimming to get obsidian to talks on board of our wonderful gulet, from ever-changing and filled with surprises meals offered on board to culinary experiences on the shore, every island and every new activity offered new experiences.         Hotels in Bangkok and Phuket were amazing , Hotel in Krabi didn't provided the desired service and room , staff was rude. Secondly Travel agent cheated on Scuba Diving and Bangkok City Tour which was totally fake and waste of time and money. Had great memories in Phuket and Scenic beauty of Krabi was also amazing apart from above mentioned two Glitches..Please look into the same.

        It was a memorable 7 days trip starting from Krabi -> Phuket -> Bangkok. Shafiq from A G Tours and travels was always available over phone whenever needed. Also, he was the one who customized the whole trip for us based on our need. Everything was going good except the second last day at Bangkok. We landed at airport, got picked by cab driver routinely and we reached to hotel mentioned in the itinerary. Surprisingly, the room at hotel was not booked for us . I called Shafiq and he fixed this mistake in about an hour. Over all, I would recommend TT and A G Tours and travel.

        Everything went well. The best hotel was given in phuket which is hotel Kalima resort and Hotel Movenpick bangkok and krabi resort was also very good . The cab service and sightseeing is very well and satisfied with foods on sight seeing service. overall experience is very good only one problem we faced is we missed flight at bangkok to phuket due to long queue on visa and due to that we had to pay the ticket fare.:( .But we are happy with the service :)

        Trip was planned according to my needs. You guys did a great job. However there are few areas you must check with local vendors that all the payments are made in advance in order to avoid any confusion or inconvenience to the guest. I understand check out time is 12 noon, trip should be planned in a manner, no one has to wait for longer hours in the hotel lobby.
