The trip was a good one and we made great memories. The services at Tsheringma Hotel in Phuenshotling could have been better. The agency was apporoachable and provided all services from entry to exit. The drivers were good guides and accommodating for our journey to and fro from airport to airport. The hotels in Paro and Thimphu were amazing and the hospitality was par excellence there ! Tigers Nest ! Paro market National Museum, Zonks, Big Buddha Statue !

It was my first family trip to Bhutan and I wanted to ensure everything was smooth and we all have a pleasant experience. The cab and driver provided to us was excellent. Except for the last minute intimation and cancellation of the hotel which we wanted to stay in punakha everything else was as per iternary. Had a great trip.

Overall well planned out trip. The driver provided to us was excellent in terms of hospitality, professionalism and punctuality - 5*. Few shortcomings as below: 1. Rooms of homestay provided in Phobjikha were not clean (used condoms were found). 2. Hotel provided in Punakha (Punakha residency) served breakfast dripping with oil which resulted with few metabolisms being upset. 3. Homestay originally booked in Paro (Ama) was changed at the last minute to a hotel which had poor ratings (Center Point). We had to have multiple discussions with local agent to revert to original place of stay. Very good driver, excellent weather and overall good experience.

The trip was great , with lots of memorable moments , although I feel the accommodation could be better , especially with one hotel called Dorjeeling in Paro , it was really the worst in the lot , had it changed the very next day , the guide cum driver Dutta was great and Deya Tours also did a nice job. Tiger's Nest , Paro Museum , Thimpu , Punakha and a lot others.

              • Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

We started our trip with beautiful scenery and extremely comfortable hotels in Gangtok, pelling and darjeeling. After reaching thimphu we came to know that thori resort had no clue that they were expecting us as guests. There was no food available and hotel denied even the breakfast saying the hotel owner took the keys of the storage. The tour manager in thimphu was extremely rude and was not even ready to listen to what we were saying. In fact we received the reply from him that 'you chose the hotel, now you deal with it'. After extremely well arranged trip in sikkim, thimphu arrangements were a total disappointment. Everything about Sikkim. Hospitality at the Tiger's Nest resort. Trek to tiger's nest monastery. Efficient and skilled cab drivers.

While we were choosing agent. there was some doubt in air while looking at some of older reviews. Though we initiated the process, the best part we like about is responsiveness, flexibility, listening ability and quick turnaround as major plus of Mr. Damber Gurung. It was 12 nights 13 days trip(18-30th March, 2019). The whole itinerary was as per us, how we wanted; with each and every thing well defined. we are kind of people who define what we want to do and choose on basis who can fulfill the requirement best. Now starting with trip all tickets, cab and hotel booking were done well in advance in our choice of hotels; also all vouchers shared as per agreed timeline. Now coming to parts of the tour. Hotels, all were amazing (Tashi Nagmey(Paro), Ramada Valley(Thimphu), Drubchu resort(Punakha), Hotel Dewachen(Phubjika), Bumthang(Jakar Village lodge)) we got complimentary upgrade in Paro and Thimphu. Cab, we got SUV, with an amazing driver and gem of person Mr. Gyadhen Jamtsho, a clear hearted man who try to ensure that you are happy. Now some parts where traveler needs to take a lead like please check the timings of all dzongs & Lakhangs. Also check on what attire needs to worn. Kindly note that if you are travelling ahead of Thimphu towards Punakha, Phobjika and Bhumthang, road permit to be taken from Thimphu. Better you can visit with driver so that correct information can be given in one go. There is one caution that in some of lakhang and dzongs they will ask specifically for guide, though Indian's don't need to have a guide as a necessity. In this please ask your driver to keep their traditional dress with him and should accompany you to avoid these kind of situations, as in that case they generally don't ask much. Tip: On standard itinerary please check what all places you want to visit and timings. Also check what places are good to eat, as you can eat in evening outside and come to hotel later. In Tashi Namgey: Take rooms on 1st floor like 117, also hotel got a good massage center. Ramada Valley: Take rooms having river view.
