It was a nice memorable trip. Hotel was good, travel agent picked up phone whenever we called. Cab and driver was superb, Guide also pretty good. One thing I would like to mention, the permit date was wrong in the document, we checked and asked travel agent to correct. Documents must be checked by travel agent more carefully. Thank you.

Samir manages immigration requirements and is polite, while Dipak, an Indian driver, arrived on schedule to pick us up and drop us off at our destination. Our tour guide Sangey and our female driver Samten made our trip to Bhutan unforgettable. Even though there were a few minor hiccups, Manish (Our tour organizer) answered our calls, attempted to fix the issues, and made sure that our vacation went off without a hitch. Our trip to Bhutan was amazing because of Manish's efforts and he continued to ensure that we reached home (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) safely even though his duty was finished once we had left Bhutan. Thank you, Manish, for taking care of us like a guardian.

Rituraj's 8 days trip to Bhutan

This was a trip of a lifetime and it did not disappoint. Phujikka Valley and Tiger Nest were an amazing part of the trip. We wish to express our thanks to the Bhutan INC tour. We traveled for 8 days with them from Paro, Thimphu, Punakha/Phobjikha with their guide and driver. Everything was well organized. We faced some problems at the start of the travel because of the lack of a guide in Bhutan but Bhutan INC managed well. We were very happy with the hotels we stayed in. Our guide Karma and Tashi was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to get along with. Experience with Driver Tshering was very good. The guide and driver worked very hard to please us every day, choosing nice restaurants for every meal, he was flexible with working hours and making changes to our itinerary. Our driver was experienced and we never felt unsafe on the mountain roads. Overall, we would highly recommend Bhutan INC. If you are planning any sort of tour in Bhutan.

Very good Trip, Bhutan Inc served us well. Sumi from the company was in touch with us to address any of our concerns. well done. overall services were good. Cab was good, Cab Driver(Ashok) and Guide(Sonam) did a good job. Bhutan is pretty expensive though especially the entrance fees to their monuments, temples, monasteries.

I would like to provide detailed feedback so it would help to improve services further: Cons: 1. There were few hiccups at the start of the tour, that was mainly due to communication gap from triptrova side, like they have mentioned particular hotels for stay in Jaigaon, Thimphu and Punakha in my itinerary, however at the last moment , they have changed it and haven't communicated to me on time. So it was last minute surprise for me while going for check-in to the hotel. This must be taken very seriously going forward 2. Hotels in jaigaon ( Barsana hotel ), Punakha ( White dragon ) are far below standard. Both hotels are dirty ( having cockroaches , spiders ) and foods were not good. These hotels must not be considered for stay for any clients. 3. Trip manager from Bhutan side was not approachable and tbh we dint meet her in-person OR she never contacted us during trip for checking for any issues. Pros : 1. From India side, Nitesh did good job for arranging cabs for to and fro Bagdogra-Jaigaon. He personally came and met us. I have already mentioned him all above issues and he acknowledged about he should have communicated to last minutes changes in hotels. 2. The biggest positive on this trip was trip guide Wangpo/Oppo and cab driver Chencho. These 2 guys were amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful throughout the tour. They were so approachable and always eager to suggest you better places to visit and explain the importance of each places wherever you are going to visit. Even, they are so flexible on if you want to visit a particular place which may or may not be in your itinerary , they will be ready to take you on such places if time permits. I would highly recommend these 2 guys for everyone. 3. Hotels in Thimphu ( Silverpine Boutique ) and in Paro ( Tshang Tshang villa ) were amazing. Theirs services and foods were very good. Staffs were very coopertive. Hightlights of trip are: Thimphu: Buddha Dordenma statue, Simply Bhutan and National Memorial Chhorten. Missed trekking to Tango monastery due to time constraints ( must visit place it is ) Punakha : punakha dzong and suspension bridge Paro : Paro Taktsang trekking, Paro International airport view and snow capped mountains view.
