All the arrangement of the trip were very well made. The agent Khina from INC Bhutan was very responsive and always available . Except for being kept waiting for while daily, we had an amazing trip overall. The guide Sherab and driver Suban were super fun to hangout with and we’re very informative and hospitable throughout the trip! Candle light dinner organised at hotel Terma Linca was the best highlight of the trip!

This review is due since two weeks now, so apologies for the delay team. From the day that I submitted my request through Travel Triangle to the quick response rate I got from Bhutan Inc tours and travels. Such a wonderful team from Khina who helped me plan this trip. She was quick to reply day or night within minutes. She patiently sat through organizing the places and what I had in mind to visit while visiting with my mom. Suggestions and tips along the way were so helpful for me to finalize the plan. When it comes to process of paying, again, everything is made easy through Travel triangle. And you can trust all of them! Amal was in touch with me constantly to update me if money is received from their end. Once landing in Paro, the other lovely team waiting for us was Sherab and Kencho. By the end of the trip my mom and I felt like we are leaving our family members behind. Sherab and Kencho throughout, were accommodative, helped us soak as much Bhutan air, culture , places and food as possible. The trip makes such huge difference when you have such kind, helpful good hearted team with you to show around. Sherab and Kencho made sure to show us real Bhutan, out of their way. I will always thank them for showing us around and helping us feel relaxed and at home throughout. Sherab has many stories to share about every place you visit, and its fascinating. Kencho is such a safe driver and has so much information to share as well to help you experience Bhutan as is. This feedback is genuine and loved my experience with all of them. Trip was amazing, Mr Yogi from Flying fox delivered what was promised, We were on a honeymoon trip and the experience was smooth, hotels were nice and cozy and the Guide Mr. Tandin ( Tiger) and the driver Mr OM was very friendly and nice person, overall had a very nice experience with them.

We travelled to Bhutan in Feb 2020 through Dreamcaster tours & travels. They had organised the tour extremely well. Hotels were just great, didn't face any issue with any of the hotels. The car was very comfortable and our driver/guide Mr. Birkha was extremely sweet and helpful to us. He took us to places not mentioned in the itinerary and they turned out to be really good ones. He helped us to complete our hike as well. Chunku/Sudan had been extremely patient and helpful in responding to all our queries before and during the trip. Overall, the trip was amazing, all thanks to Dreamcaster and Travel Triangle. Thank you so much guys.

An amazing trip and a great overall experience at Bhutan with Bhutan INC through travel triangle. Very well planned and organized by Ms Khina. She was helpful and fulfilled everything whatever were told to us. Our guide UGYEN was a very friendly, funny and always ready to entertain us with his funny bollywood mimicry and dialogue. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and always available to help. Our driver Mr Bahadur was very honest and simple man. We had a great time with both of them. Bhutan is a beautiful country and it delivers peace and happiness to its tourists. All our hotels were very good. Places and people in Bhutan are exceptionally good. We would highly recommend Bhutan INC for any trip in Bhutan.

Tour Guide and Driver both were very good. Hotels were ok. Communication with the driver was not satisfactory since once reaching Bagdogra airport, we had to call agent multiple times to get driver pickup.

Thanks samit for making my honeymoon memorable. It was awesome. Everything was very well inline as per our expectations. We got snow at Paro I. E. chelela Pass. Which was really fun for Us.

Excellent itinerary. Travel agent most responsive. He immediately made adjustments to hotels due to difficulty in one hotel due to steep climb to room. The guide was fairly knowledgeable. Both guide and driver made all efforts to ensure we had an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Bhutan Inc was very responsive and understood the requirements and able to customize the itinerary accordingly. Will recommend to all if planning to visit Bhutan. The People of Bhutan !

While the experience inside Bhutan was very good, be it in terms of hotels, cab, driver, guide, etc. but it was equally horrifying inside India. At the Bagdogra Airport, the cab driver kept sitting inside the cab and was giving directions to us to search and reach out to him. The cab was dirty and the driver didn’t bother to clean it at all. The cab AC started to cool only after about an hour after the cab left behind Siliguri. While coming back from Jaigaon to Bagdogra, the cab was changed from Innova to Ertiga without our knowledge and consent. However, the worst came when the Ertiga driver refused to switch the AC on saying that he’s not getting enough so as to switch on the AC. After a lot of commotion, and a call to Nitesh, the travel agent, the cab driver switched the AC on. We were still left to get one more surprise, the driver was driving extremely rash. I would long to forget the cab experience within West Bengal. Bhutan driver, guide, scenic beauty and Bhutanese people - all were amazing. Would love to go there again, but by taking direct flight to Paro, even though it’s costly, but worth it.
