Overall trip arrangements were good with some uncertainty which should have been intimated and handled better by tour agent. Hitels: I'm mostly happy with hotel selection throughout the trip in Leh, Nubra & Pangong except Kargil. Kargil Heights location, accomodation, food is not upto the mark. Cab & Driver: I'm mostly happy with both drivers. They were very friendly, helpful and moreover reliable throughout. My 1st cab Xylo condition wasn't good. We had to deal with risks like door lock, punctures etc. I was missing the guide in driver though unless I keep asking questions. Usually they seem to be just driver who knows the routes and not a guide who can suggest or proactively share some information. Travel Agent: Shyam from Amazing Tours & Travel was always reachable and connected to me whenever required right from planning, execution and end of the trip. He got my 2nd cab arranged for Kargil trip without my intervention. My only ask is for the Travel Agent is to recommend client for alternative arrangements for return flight based on time/ mode of the travel as the weather conditions were really uncertain. I had to cancel my return ticket from Srinagar to Bangalore as we had to cancel the Srinagar trip as the Zojila pass was closed due to snow. I had to arrange flight ticket again from Leh to Bangalore. I didn't get any refund for Srinagar hotels and Shikara though. I expected Travel agent to ensure refundable accommodations in case of unforeseen situations. Otherwise why someone should go for a travel agent when nowadays most of the travel portals are providing free cancellation of hotels upto checkin or 24 hours mostly with same or lesser price as I checked. Hotel prices from travel agent were also lil higher side without any cancellation option as I had to go for one day accomodation seperately in Leh due to plan change I had to enquire with hotel directly and found the price differences. Snow capped Khardungla Pass & Changla Pass. Journey from Leh to Kargil along Indus River.

Due to delay in appling discount voucher on travel triangle by Manish, Our hotel at Nubra Valley got changed by our agent saying that payment was delayed by one day and hence they couldn't complete the payment to hotel. At last moment agent gave us new hotel information, which was very disappointing. The driver was very new and was not professional in behavior at all.

The tour was a success thanks to the travel agent, the hotels and drivers. However, the tour coordinator designated by Travel Triangle Mr. Belal was just not available. His phone was permanently out of zone or switched off, calls were not returned nor WhatsApp messages responded to. Travel Triangle needs to counsel their coordinators appropriately.

First of all the contact numbers for travel agent that were provided to me were out of reach for multiple days during my trip, I had to rely on driver for any queries or issues, also the Travel triangle personal Aarzoo was never reachable, on one of the days the hotel voucher was given to us was not valid as the hotel never had our reservations confirmed and at the end moment we were moved to a different hotel and spending hours on the phone. Leh Ladakh is a must visit

Trip was amazing. Very well organized by Loveleen Kaur. There were no hiccups while on the journey. The driver was unbelievable. Mr. Togo was very sincere and polite. His suggestions being a local was very helpful. Highly recommend this driver for Ladakh trip. The night sky at pangong was out of this world. Literally.

Travel agent mr yugal's behaviour is very good his experience works for me. I booked all property on behalf of mr yugal's experience and all was good. Driver mr T sering is also a good guy very polite and guided very well about the place and explored every place and also teach us some local language

We had a really memorable, delightful experience during our Ladakh trip, all thanks to Mr Santa Singh ji for his constant support and assistance throughout the trip. He provided us with excellent quality hotels even in such remote locations, great transport facility and a well planned itinerary that covered most of the places in an organised places. He even organised a special cab for us to watch the lovely sound and light show at the Hall of Fame in Leh. Moreover, all this was done at a reasonable, competitive cost!! Would definitely recommend Travo guider and Travel Triangle for sure for all future trips!! Thanks a lot!

Travel experience with Tripita Good apart from few glitches at the hotel in Tso moriri. Experience of hotels given were good except for the one in Tso moriri. This one was a decision taken in haste but it only got better! It was my daughter's birthday so we were thinking of celebrating it offsite and decided to go to leh and Ladakh which we were planning for quite a while but didn't know where to start so randomly booked the air tickets with absolutely no plan in mind. And then we came across with Yugul, from Travel Triangle at just the right time. From our itinerary to our accomodation and food all was taken care of by then. There were places they suggested and we approved, all well within our budget. No hiccups whatsoever in the trip. Although a few of us gave in to the altitude sickness but luckily we were prepared. All safe and sound, had the best scenery, sites, and rides starting from Leh > Kargil - Drass > Nubra Valley > Pangong > back to Leh. Missed Tuktuk though, was a bit tight schedule owing to long drives and lots of travel. All in all it was a 7 day trip from Delhi. And no complaints with any services we required. Quite satisfied with the planning and execution from the company and of course, we had Yugul all the time available for any assistance we might have needed him to address. Needless to mention name of Mr Stanzine our companion as Driver and Guide for entire six days, was too sincere and knowledgeable and cooperative. All accommodations suggested by Yugal were very nice and worth staying. To be very honest Yugal’s communication skill and behaviour impressed me so much that I will remain in touch with him for my future upcoming trips. Thoroughly enjoyed with family! Thank you for making it a memorable one, Yugul and Travel Triangle. All places were beautiful and worth seeing, the huge landscapes and Pangong lake particularly and their scenic beauties have stolen our hearts

The entire package tour was well organised. The best part of the trip was Cab driver Sonam Joldan. At his age, he seemed to be very active, always helpful and provided the best service. Hotels were good. The cottage at Pangong could have been better. Overall, totally satisfied with the services of the travel agent. Hunder Sand dunes and Pangong were the best memories.

Our Trip to Kashmir was divided into two parts: Srinagar and Ladakh. I will be reviewing both parts. We had a tour of 9 days in which we here serviced by two different Tour Operators: "See Kashmir Travels" in Srinagar & "Pristine Travels" in Ladakh. During the tour, we stayed at 7 hotels/tents. Our field agent at Srinagar, Mr. Shabir was a great guy. He was not only welcoming but was flexible with all our plans. He was following up with our driver and also asked the driver to take us to few more tourist spots that were not included in the itinerary. During his tenure, we stayed at 02 hotels and a houseboat, all of which were awesome and we had a memorable stay. We were two couples and the vehicle provided was a Tavera. The driver, Mr. Iqbal, was a well behaved-professional guy. We were enjoying each moment of this trip and often spent some extra time at the spots, to which he never uttered a word and was considerate enough to extend his service by few more hours than assigned. Coming to Ladakh, we realized how the mood of the trip depends on the tour operator. On arriving in Ladakh, we were taken to a hotel that had nothing but a platter of disappointments. On informing the same to our Amazing Routes agent, Mr. Priyanshu Das, who was an awesome guy and was always available for our support, our stay was changed the next day to "Jeevanam Villa" which was magnificent. Meanwhile, we also received a call from the field agent, I don't remember his name as we had conversed only that day and that too he was saying that 'Aapko Leh me aise hi hotels milenge'. The hotel was a mess. The tiles in the bathroom were broken, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the food-it was a nightmare. And to add to it, the driver who was also supposed to be the guide, was one horrible person. He didn't know anything about any places plus always had a grumpy face in addition to being rude. Every time we went to any spot, he used to come before us after few minutes and ask us to proceed to the next spot as it will become late. He was doing it throughout the trip and used to get us back at the hotel by 3-4 PM. After 02 days, we talked to Mr. Priyanshu regarding this after which the driver was like "aapko jaha jitna time lena h, le lo". I know this is a long post, but I wanted to convey to the Travel Triangle & Amazing Routes Teams that kindly refrain from these types of agents as we were having at Leh, they only spoil the trips which in turn may reduce your customer base. If we would have taken a trip only to Ladakh, we would never have booked any further trips with Travel Triangle.

We booked Ladakh tour with travel triangle . Immediately they provided various competitive quotes and full support to plan the trip . We chose an agent Yugal. He is just fabulous. Always available to Answer questions . Trip was smooth. Especially the driver Karma Ji made this truly memorable . Most of the places hotels were good. We only did not like Tso morri inn and wish that option of hotel Should have been presented . Other than that all 8 dard were well planned without no hiccups . Recommend it anyone who is planning Ladakh trip. Will surely hire again for future trips
