as always been in constant touch with us ensuring the trip was progressing well and we didn't have any issues at any point in time. That was such a lovely gesture and I have not seen that level of hospitality and customer satisfaction with any other travel agents in any of our trips before. It was great working with her and I would recommend the services of Travel Talkies for anyone travelling to Himachal in future. And the next big thanks should go to our driver for the trip Mr Rajender Singh sir who took care of us really well right from Airport pickup to final drop.. He guided as on each sight seeing spot, planned things perfectly from start to end of the day, ensuring we were having a great time throughout.. He never hesitated to take us to small places nearby which was not there in original itinerary but we had time for the day. And the best part was his planning and execution of visit to Rohtang Pass where we had breathtaking views and also we could see the Pass right from start to end providing us complete satisfaction. It was an awesome experience travelling with him and looking forward for future as well. Overall the trip with Travel Talkies team was very good and memorable, highly recommend everyone to consider them for future tours if you want the best customer experience Rohtang Pass, Shimla Mall Road, Kufri and horse ride, Hidimba Devi Temple and all the five days of stays and food provided by Snow White Resort and Manav Valley

. Choedar Homestay in Tawang is very good. It was really neat and clean. Hosts also very kind. Hosts of Lama's Homestay at Bomdila(Shergaon) are not proactive. We have to say everything, like curry for roti's, we explicitely have to tell. For us they gave only rotis and told that we did not tell them about curry(side dish). Driver from Guwahati was overspeed at some places. He need to control the speed. In few places he was overtaking even if a vehicle was coming from opposite direction which was fearful moment. Still thankful for taking us back safely. From Tawang, to Bumla pass and Zemitang valley, we have to travel with our own cost and not included in the package. This information was provided by Triptovana. But they did not tell me how much cost it might be. It is really very costly. Total it costed us around Rs. 13,000/- extra. Request for Hotels to have cleanliness, driver to have moderate speed. And Triptovana should give the information of expected average cost amount which is not covered.
